Rails and Nami for the win!!!
Amazing tour to the Rail Park and Nami Island. (1) The best part (for us) was the Railway. It’s definitely worth the money to get a private/not shared train car. (2) Nami Island was super fun. Tons/Lots of photo opportunities!😂. Also tons of trails and greenery. Only wish we had more time at Nami. (3) Finally on to Petite France/Little Italy. It’s a bit cheesy and disney-fied. But relaxing being able to explore all the little houses. FYI- they stop for lunch before going to Nami. You have to pay yourself at the chosen restaurant. You get to choose from a set menu of about 6 items. It’s was “ok”- we had better- but not bad. It was about $12-15,000 per item ordered (main dish). It was a great day with Perfect weather. Rose- our guide- did a good job getting us around.

      Nami Island/Italian Village/morning Calm - Zero
The trip is a bit rush but the tour guide Zero is fantastic, friendly and energetic. She have a good introduction of the places before visiting with good commands of both Mandarin and English. I taught Morning Calm as the name suggests to be the first to visit in the morning!😀 Zero, keep it up with your passion on helping visitors to understand Korea better with non Korean speakers. All the best to you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A great experience that would be better if not so rushed
Very full tour with excellent destinations. Possibly too many in the timeframe as guide was always seeming to rush to get to next place. Also drop off points at end of a busy day left many passengers a considerable distance from their accommodation- costs of travel back to hotels!

Beautiful landmark but beware of unhidden fees
All three sites were beautiful!!! That’s where all the star ratings go to! The logistics in meeting and paying extra for the unoccupied seat for the railway park were less than desired. Our tour fees cover the railway park ride if you had 2 or 4 riders. However, if you had 3 in your party, you had to pay an additional $10 US for the empty seat. It was not spelled out in the tour, nor should we pay for the empty seat. Left a sour taste in our mouths.

      It is OK
It was OK if you want to spend a full day out of Seoul. Not very exciting but not boring either. The tour guide was funny and interesting.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE! I have a Horrible experience with this company. I was waiting on the pick up location but they never showed up. I checked with the other company and they said they did not see the tour company arrive. I called multiple times but no answer from them. In the end even if they didn’t show up they will not communicate with you or give you the refund. I felt scammed! Stay away from this company.

Awesome Nami island + 2 day trip
Being able to tour 3 different places and have lunch as well during the day tour was amazing. Our guide Jaemin or Jesse did an awesome job and was a fantastic guide.

      Lousy unprofessional company. Stay away
Very unprofessional company. Stay away from them at any cost. They send me the meeting point immediately when I made the reservation, however few hours before the tour they send me new location and tells me we are not picking up from the place we sent you. Miraculously I was able to get to their new meeting point. The disaster happened when I found out the tour guide does not speaks a word in English. I talked to his boss she simply said we don’t have many tour guides who speaks English. Although their ad says clearly English speaking guide. Apparently it’s small company runs by few siblings who like to play tour guides. Total lack of professionalism. I spent the whole days listening to instruction in Chinese. They dropped us off at a place 20 minutes by taxi from where they picked us up. When I asked to speak with some one about the drop off place they connected me to an arrogant person who simply said you wsting time. That’s where we gonna drop you and that’s that. Of course the company will not refund me for their lousy business so I have to take the case to the credit card company.

      Fun-filled Tour
This tour was a day filled with fun activities from riding the rail bikes through tunnels and by the river (it is a bit of an exercise) to walking the tree-lined paths of Nami island and finally enjoying the scenery of the Garden of Morning Calm. It was a fun tour made even more enjoyable by Charles. He was friendly, accommodating, and funny!

      Katherine- Best Tour Guide!
Katherine was an amazing host and gave us the best day! Full of information, kindness and fun, she made the trip fabulous. We loved the Alpacas and the rail bike- Nami Island is a little bit cold in the off season bit still very pretty. Would recommend Katherine and this trip to anyone who wants a fun day outside of seoul!

      Pat the floofy alpacas!
We had lots of fun and it was amazing to feed the alpacas, ride the tandem bikes and visit Nami island. We do wish we had a bit more time to explore each place however it’s the best the tour could do with all the locations included

Overall, this tour has three great and distinct tour locations that are more unique compared to other tours that just involve multiple shrines in a row. At Wakayama castle, you can view the castle and get a panoramic view of the Wakayama city. After that Kuroshio Market is where we got lunch as well as witness the Tuna cutting show. There's even a theme park right next to the market but due to the lack of time you can only mainly take photos and walk around. And finally, Nara park which is where you can personally feed friendly and tame deers.

Location wise it is fantastic. Unfortunately, I still have to give this tour an average review mainly due to the tour guide. My tour guide was a part timer who goes by the name Marco. To be honest, calling him a tour guide can be considered a bit of a stretch as the bus driver could probably have taken over his job. First, he was mainly conversing in Cantonese (there were a few tourists who only know English) and when he was speaking in English, he wasn't very fluent in it and often left out details. There was even a time where he mentioned the time to return to the bus in Cantonese but failed to do so in English!! Secondly, there was hardly any "guiding" that was done. All he does is take us to the entrance of each tour spot, and then he leaves you on your own. This isn't much of an issue for Kuroshio Market since the bus parking is near the market entrance but for Wakayama Castle and Nara park, you can easily forget the path from where we came from the bus parking lot. In the end, this made me question what part of the "Tour Guide" was he actually doing. This feels like an extended taxi service where they just ferry you to the location, tell you what time to return and that's it. No guided explanation on the history of the tour locations. You could probably find more information about the locations via google than him.

S.A Tours please take note. Perhaps you may be short on staff and whatnot, but if you're going to hire part timers that is going to "guide" half heartedly, please WRITE THIS IN THE TOUR DESCRIPTION. This tour does not have a "tour guide". It's just a bus conductor that will let you know where you are and that's it.

Overall I can sum up this tour as basically for anyone that just wants to explore this places by yourself but does not want to drive there yourself. But even then, you will still be limited by time at each location, so maybe you will still be better off visiting these places on your own. Or at least not in this tour.

Very Short line up in buying ticket. Organized Que for departing to the cable car. The journey itself took about 4,5 minutes until the top, with a very smooth journey. Breath taking view from the car below until above. When we reach the peak, more picturesque view 360 degrees of the mountain surrounding until the eyes could see. very beautiful. in the peak itself they sell some snack, ice cream and coffee. So you could enjoy the view on the table provided with a cup of coffee. Well I suppose there is nothing else to do just looking around in that peak nest..usually people will stay maximum 20 minutes and going down again with a quite same smooth journey.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR JUST A MODE OF TRANSPORTATION.

If this tour could have been given -100 I would have given it that.
We booked an English speaking tour but were put on a tour aimed at Chinese speaking so when guide gave any information regarding history or directions- it would 20mins in Chinese and 2mins in English . The guides English wasn’t even basic so most of the time for directions we had rely on being close to one of the other tour member or them giving us instructions in English!

Before even starting the tour I inquired as to the language and was reassured that it was bilingual and be won’t have an issue.

The tour it self only gives an 1 hr at Nara and Tenoji temple and 2 hrs at market where u need at most 30mins!

Have done many tour through TripAdvisor and I am highly disappointed that they offer this tour and refuse to refund us for the tour.

To summarize plenty of other tour providers and websites offering this tour so to avoid disappointment use one of them.
