A colleague and I had half a day in Jeddah city and we decided to visit the Old Town. I found a listing by Abha Trips and booked a slot. For some reason, even though I had booked it for morning, the app gave me a confirmation for evening. I contacted Dr. Osama regarding the same and he immediately sorted it out and gave us a morning tour. Muhammad was our guide for the day and he was extremely gracious, forthcoming and knowledagle about the city and it's history. We walked around the town at leisure while he explained the history and significance of the structures and the current restoration work. He also told us about the other places that we could visit in the city. We were looking to buy some perfumes and dates and he was extremely accomodating and took us to 3-4 different shops with a variety of products available. I highly recommend Abha Trips and Muhammad for your next trip to Jeddah if you wish to explore the city and understand it's history and culture. We had a great experience and are extremely happy with the service.

Abdullah our guide was very warm and welcoming, we enjoyed our conversations with him and he is an excellent hiker and climb guide. Moon Valley is beautiful and very awe-inspiring, the experience of climbing the rock and seeing sunset are memories we will cherish. We are so happy we did this with Abdullah and organised by Osama from Abha trips who we highly recommend. Things to note: it is a climb and there are places where you are scrambling up high and even need to descend on your bum as it is very steep, so you need to be ok with that. We were picked up at 4.30pm because of the heat, if we did it again we would ask to be picked up an hour earlier and take the first half hour of the climb in stronger heat as it’s a quick climb to the top otherwise and it’s a push, you also come down in the dark with a headlamp so again, you just need to be ok with that. And if you are ok with all that, then do it, it’s a truly incredible experience!

The green side of Saudi was surprisingly astonishing also hiking under Abha's rain was a life time experience for me. I felt safe and got to know alot about one of the oldest trading routes between yemen and saudi. Thanks to Osama a professional tour guide who loves his job and does hus best to enjoy your time.

We had a great tour of Jeddah, including the seashore and the old town. Adil was a very knowledgeable tour guide and attentive to our needs. He helped us make the most of our time, especially as we needed to adjust our tour given it fell on the second night of Ramadan.

We took a day trip to Rijal Almaa from Abha with Abha Trips and it was great. Our guide was Mohammed who also drove us through the adventurous, winding roads to get to Rijal Almaa. He was an excellent driver and tour guide. We visited the Rijal Almaa Museum which is housed in a traditional Asiri fort. The stone architecture punctuated by small colorful windows is quite fascinating. We stopped to see baboons and enjoy the views of the valley from several lookout points which made the tour quite interesting. Also visited the local market in Abha where I purchased some delicious honey native to the region. Mohammed also took us to the Fatima Museum (even though it was not part of our itinerary) and we got to experience snippets of local Asiri culture and traditions. I was excited to learn about Al Qatt art form, a traditional art style of the Asiri region which is also a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. Last but not the least, we enjoyed some really delicious local food on our trip such as haneeth, mint tea, and the local bread with honey. It was a great tour and impeccably organised from the beginning when I got in touch with Osama who handles the bookings to Mohammed picking us up from the airport and taking us around the place. We had a very pleasant experience with both Mohammed and Osama and I would definitely go back to do more tours with them in Abha. The tour is free for kids under the age of 18. So that was an added bonus for us.
