Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- ShakeIslam0 contributionsAn amazing day with heroic tour guide Lin!I booked this activity tour with high expectations and I'm happy to say, my expectations were met and exceeded! Was texted information before the activity and then again the night before the activity, with timings etc. Lin was our tour guide and his energy, humour, knowledge and hard work all add to the experience! Lin was amazing, the day was full of fantastic sights and activities, and I loved every aspect of it! Lin helped me purchase my ticket on the day, and you'll have many lunch options once in Ba Na Hills. The day is at your pace with flexibility, and it includes cable cars, the theme park, the golden bridge, giant buddha, the toboggan ride/roller coaster ride, and more! I would recommend this activity to everyone who comes to Da Nang and Vietnam, and would recommend Lin as your heroic tour guide for all activities and days out! Thank you Lin once againWritten 26 March 2025

- Jane P0 contributionsFabulous day in Ba Na hillsWe had a fabulous day trip to Ba Na hills thanks to our very energetic, friendly and informative tour guide Lin. Lin infused the day with his warm and welcoming personality and made sure that we got that most out of the day. He explained everything about arrangements very well so we didn't waste time or get lost in the crowds. He also explained a lot of interesting things about the park and also the history of the area and Vietnamese culture and some helpful language tips. He helped the whole group to make some connections with each other using humour and his tour guide experience. He speaks good English which is very much appreciated and respected, as we can't speak any Vietnamese. Any group that gets Lin as a guide will have a great day out visiting places in Vietnam. Ba Na hills is a unique place to visit. The golden bridge is amazing and we weren’t prepared for the sheer scale of all the other attractions. The dance performance was very impressive too.Written 24 March 2025

Our tour guide Thinh was hands down the best tour guide I've ever had. Thinh was incredibly professional, attentive to each guest’s needs, and fluent in English. He gave us insightful tips and advice at each stop, including helpful pointers on the fair price ranges when shopping—a priceless bit of local knowledge. The tour was worth every penny.
The itinerary was flawlessly scheduled, with no downtime or unnecessary delays. Thinh kept everyone on track, moving us seamlessly from one highlight to the next, making the tour dynamic yet perfectly paced. I never felt tired but stayed excited about each stop along the way.
Marble Mountain and Hoi An Old Town were my two must do. Hoi An itself is such a charming, vibrant, and romantic city, and this tour really brought out the best of it. The late afternoon start time at 3 pm was ideal for me, allowing me to make the most of my entire day. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hoi An—it’s a fantastic way to experience the city with a top-notch guide like Thinh!

The tour was well organized and communication was good throughout. The guide Xin Chao was a funny lady and took care of the group well. The bus was dated but AC was strong and clean overall (our tour had maybe 18-19 people). For vegetarian option, the guide was kind enough to give us some cash back as the restaurant presented option was not preferred for us which we appreciated. Overall, I recommend people to take this tour and see the marble mountains which are very unique. The Hoi An town is awesome - we got about 1.5 hours free time to walk around, and best to see it in the evening. Wish I had more time - if I ever make it back next time, will take my private transport and spend more time in Hoi an over a full day

The sunset tour of Hoi An was amazing! We first started at a little shop outside of Marble Mountain. Great place to look around at the local marble carvings and use the restroom before crossing the road to Marble Mountain. Once there we were afforded the opportunity to climb the stairs (moderate level agility required) or to use the elevator (separate fee from the tour). I chose to climb and the views were beautiful. There were different areas of the mountain we explored and for those not wanting to climb higher they were afforded the option to meet at the bottom. Inside the mountain were caves with different Buddha’s and historical significance. Once we finished at Marble Mountain we made our way to Hoi An. We arrived before sunset and it was stunning. We explored a historic Chinese Temple before being given approximately 2 hours to explore the area on our own. This was nice as there was so much to take photos of. We then met back up as a group and had traditional Vietnamese cuisine for dinner. After completing dinner we made our way back to Da Nang. I never felt rushed during any portion of the tour and the sites were breathtaking. Our tour guide Chau made the tour especially special as she was funny, kind, knowledgeable and considerate of all the tourists in her group. She took care with each group member and communicated very clearly and understandable. Thank you Chau for everything!

Told to wait at hotel 10 minutes before, yet picked up 10 minutes after advertised pick-up time * Blame for my hotel being on wrong side of the river was unacceptable * Caused annoying delay to other customers and some rushing e.g. to get on last elevator off the marble mountain * First-stop was a marble souvenir shop on pretext of a toilet break, 10 minutes from tour start * No briefing on token marble carving at backyard of shop * Seat-belt tucked away and said initially to not work, and was not necessary * Guide had no mic (out of order), so he leaned over front seat to raise voice, spraying front-row customers with spit and coughs from the strain * Limited command of English pronunciation and diction e.g. kept being told of visiting soon the ‘Leaning Pagoda’ which turned out to be the Li Ung Temple * No briefing on the rich history of Hoi Ann apart from saying it had UNESCO heritage status * Evening meal was good and ample, though some explanation of its origins would have helped.

Hoi An was absolutely beautiful—one of my favorite stops in Vietnam. The lantern festival was magical. The stop by Linh Ung Pagoda and the Marble Mountains was also great. I was surprised how close these stops were to Da Nang. You can probably take a car/bus to these places, but this is a really good value tour because you get all these stops, plus the tour guide, and the dinner (which was at one of the nicer restaurants in Hoi An). Hoi An was busy the night we went because the weather was quite nice, but it was still really pretty.
Sky was a great tour guide, and I highly recommend him! He was cheerful and informative, and he was really patient with a group of tourists who were kinda rude and kept getting lost. :/ but he made the experience really great even with these other guests! He kept checking in on me and my other friend and made sure we were doing ok (even though it wasn’t his fault that other people were wandering off.) Super sweet and kind tour guide! :D

We took a mini bus transport from the hotel to get to the scene. Entry to the cave costs 40,000 Dong per person. Watch out for stairs that are sharp and in some places very tight. It is well lit inside with deities and Buddhas. There is even a lower direction that will lead you to hell and if you have the courage another that will lead you to the light with very narrow steps.
Leaving the cave, heading to the left, you can take the elevator 10,000 Dong or take your courage to face the steps for the visit of Linh Ung Pagoda.

We went on the tour as stated in the tour description. We started our tour with a visit to the Marble Mountains. We did a quick stop at a shop and then we started climbing. We visited one of the three famous pagoda is here so this is a must visit. We also visited the natural cave with buddha statues inside.
After the Marble Mountain, we visited Hoi An Ancient town. There are lots of shops and the historic river cruise. We did the river cruise and explore the shops, and at the end, we enjoyed a good Vietnamese meal.
The overall experience was fantastic. Ms. Banana (Duyen) was very knowledgeable as she carefully explained the historical details of areas we went to. She also let us know how to "negotiate" for prices since locals typically raise the prices for tourists. Ms. Banana made the trip fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend this trip for someone that has a short time in Da Nang.

A great short tour although when we went it was raining making it even harder for us to climb the marble mountain especially with a 3 years old but our tour guide Thanh was great, he is funny, knowledgeable patient and understanding as he slowed down to ensure we all can catch up. He is also friendly and speaks good English. When we got to Hoi An we had about an hour of free time where we went to pay 150,000VND altogether for us 3 for a boat to go on the river (get tickets by the river bank). We also paid 100,000VND for 3 lanterns that we could make wishes and leave on the water when we were on the boat. After free time Mr Thanh took us to have dinner at “Blue Gecko” restaurant for some authentic Hoi An food. Hoi An is amazing at night, would highly recommend this tour as I haven’t seen many that offer night tours to Hoi An. Thanh also went out of his way to get his the famous pork rolls for those who would like to try ☺️

This is a well run tour, with max 20 people. The marble mountain requires ability to walk up 400 steps (the elevator was broken on the day we visited). If you cannot walk up hills, then option is to stay below the hills and have coffee /food at a cafe (your own expense). I really enjoyed the Hoi An tour, the guide shows you the main 3 spots and then you have 1h of free time to walk around or take a boat trip (own expense). I recommend the tour as the guide was very knowledgeable and quite funny! Got to know a lot about Vietnamese life in the countryside (most Vietnamese do not live in Da Nang or Hoi an but in small villages closeby, due to high rent). The dinner was Ok, nothing remarkable.

This was my second time to both Marble Mountain and Hoi An. Châu, our guide, was knowledge about the area and kept us engaged with her jokes and insights. We had quite a diverse group of people and she made sure that everyone could understand her and that their dietary restrictions were met. I really appreciated her keeping a tight schedule and expecting everyone to be on time and take care of their belongings. Châu Also gave us good recommendations for other activities, including seeing the dragon bridge breathe fire on the weekend and a bar recommendation. Thank you!
