Overview
The soaring volcanic hills, palm-lined trails, and lush rice terraces of Bali make a spectacular backdrop for a cycling adventure. On this tour, ensure maximal views with minimal effort with a downhill bike route suitable for all abilities. Start high on the slopes of the Kintamani volcano, stop to admire the rice terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and cycle around Ubud’s handicraft villages.
What to Expect
After pickup from your Ubud hotel, transfer to the starting point, close to the summit of the Kintamani volcano. Enjoy incredible views over the countryside, as you glide downhill, stopping to explore the plantations and learn more about Bali’s UNESCO-listed rice terraces.

There are plenty of opportunities along the way to admire the views and take photos, and your guide is on-hand to point out all the best viewpoints and offer an insight into local life and farming practices. As you near Ubud, pass through the famous handicraft villages and admire the vast array of arts and crafts on display, made using traditional weaving, wood carving, and silverwork techniques.

Your bike ride ends in Ubud, where you enjoy a typical Balinese lunch or dinner at a local restaurant, before being dropped back at your hotel.
