          A Great Introduction to Mumbai!
We had an amazing day with Vikrant! This was our first visit to Mumbai so it was great to have such a comprehensive tour to learn the history and cover so many sights. Vikrant was knowledgeable and has put together a good itinerary that was well paced and not too rushed, he even took us for a train ride experience! I would highly recommend anyone going to Mumbai (especially first time visitors) to book this tour, We especially liked learning about the Dabbawalas! P.S - Vikrant also takes great pictures :)

An unforgettable night ride through Mumbai during a layover
During our layover in Mumbai, with many hours of waiting ahead of us, we decided to quickly explore the best of the city. The night ride totally exceeded our expectations! The perfect guide was very nice, spoke great English, and also gave us a detailed description of the city, local customs and traditions. The driver was also excellent, he made us feel safe the whole time. I can recommend this experience to absolutely everyone - the perfect way to experience the atmosphere of Mumbai in a short time!

GREAT Experience for our Mumbai Airport Pickup
Highly recommend this airport transfer service in Mumbai! Vikrant was very communicative the day prior and day of our pickup to make sure our pickup was seamless. Even more so, he was extremely flexible when our flights were unfortunately delayed; he kindly agreed to pick us up 2 hours after our originally scheduled pickup time and he was very kind about it. The car was comfortable and clean (he even provided us with water) and the driving efficient. We would definitely book with this company again in the future.

          Stunning day out in Mumbai
Excellent tour with Sameer who was extremely knowledgeable and a very attentive guide. The caves are amazing and should not be missed from a Mumbai trip! Sameer was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional. The Pagoda is stunning and well worth visiting. The dome inside is incredible. I would 100% recommend this tour and Sameer as a guide!

Wonderful afternoon exploring and sampling the flavors of Mumbai
Spent an amazing afternoon with Ankita Shah! Ankita is obviously very proud of her heritage and also very knowledgeable about Mumbai and the street foods. It felt more like spending the afternoon with a friend. We explored the city and stopped several times to taste some of the most amazing, authentic food we have ever had. We would definitely recommend this tour, or any other tour operated by this company. You can’t go wrong with this personal, private experience. Ankita also is a wonderful photographer and took some great pics of us that we will treasure forever.

One day in Mumbai with an excellent guide.
Sameer is an excellent tour guide. If you have only one day in Mumbai this is your tour. The private vehicle was incredible as in this ocasión it was a completely new SUV. We were very comfortable and in addition to Sameer we have a driver for my wife and myself. The tour started at our hotel exactly on time. They drove us to Mumbai South where the British arquitecture is at its large. The only problem was the quality of the air so visibility was not very good. We start with the Gateway of India and then the university and the train station in where we had the opportunity to ride a train as locals and feel the breeze in our body and face. Then Sameer took us to the temples that were very crowded as it was festivity day. Unfortunately we could not appreciate because of the people. We visited a market that I would recommend to take it off the tour. We went to the open laundry which was impressed and we finished in the hanging gardens. Two important things to note. As next day was going to be my wife’s birthday in one of the sores as a surprise Sameer bought a present for her. In addition he took us to a very nice restaurant in where we had traditional Indian food. I recommend very much to take this tour because, it is not expensive for the time, new vehicle, private guide and you could have a great idea of what Mumbai has to offer

          Educational and exciting experience.
This was my second tour with this company, loved the first and was not disappointed with this one. Every courtesy and care extended and the tour went very smoothly. Enjoyed the whole experience and appreciated the tour of the caves provided by Hanesh. The significance and history of the site was clearly explained, as was its ongoing significance as a holy site and economic support to the people of the island.

          Great service and outstanding quality.
Just finished my tour of Mumbai and loved it. As promised I was in a very comfortable car, driven by a very competent and friendly driver. The tour guide was excellent and the tour went very well. My expectations were surpassed to say the least. The tour was well planned and I was delighted to have, amongst other things, an experience of city train travel, attendance at a Hindu ceremony and a visit to markets and the huge laundry. I could not have hoped to see a tenth of this on my own. Needless to say I was also provided with extensive information on the background and wonder of this amazing city.

This tour was a true adventure & an amazing experience I will never forget!!! The tour guide, Vikrant, was very informative about the Hindu religion & the history of the places we went. I learned so much! Through this tour I was able to see some beautiful places & sceneries. I got the chance to feed animals, see part of a wedding at a temple, see drummers march up to the caves, have a delicious vegetarian meal, go to a wax museum, and take some of the coolest photos... I couldn't have asked for anything more! I would highly recommend this tour. You will be in for a treat!!!

The tour and guide was great. We were very satisfied with what we saw. The guide listened to our preferences. The only negative thing is that even though we removed 2 things from the program, the tour lasted 3 hours more than it was supposed to. About 30 minutes of that was waiting to fuel the car.

I enjoyed this day trip immensely, even though rain and fog ended up hiding some of the views. But it was a full day of interesting sights nonetheless, with a great driver and a friendly, personable guide, Harshal. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and be ready for climbing plenty of stairs (the caves and the fort are both high up) — but the vistas at the top are well worth the effort. Highly recommended.

I did this full day tour last weekend and it was amazing. I saw really very interesting nature, waterfalls, Lions's point and the surrounding of Lonavala. And we immersed ourselves in history and a little bit into the Indian soul. I liked it very much and it was really authentic. My guide Vikrant was very concerned about me, polite and tried to fulfill my every wish. It was really a wonderful day.

I imagined the trip would be a beautiful drive with gorgeous scenery. It turns out to be an average drive with so-so scenery. Since the monsoon hadn’t hit yet, the PCR was bone dry. We went to the Karla caves and Lohagad Fort. The fort and the caves by themselves were quite interesting. The problem is that the path to reach them was poorly maintained and littered with garbage, food wrappers and plastic bottles. The toilet facilities were absent and the one public facility at the entrance of Karla caves was simply atrocious. It’s really sad that such historical sites are being trashed by poor maintenance and uncaring local tourists.

My mother and I had a wonderful on our trip! I had been in India for 2 months when we took this tour and it was one of the most fun days of my whole time in India! They made sure we got the fullest experience and had an authentic Indian Adventure! It's truly a day I will never forget. Between the waterfalls, the hiking, the history, the art, and all the beautiful views, I cannot imagine a more fulfilling day. We even got to try lots of authentic Indian goods like WADA PAV!! I'm so thankful for the memories they helped my mom and I create. I cant wait to come back and take another tour, honestly.

We booked the tour relatively last minute - and on our requested date we could only get a driver without a guide, as it was also a festival on that day. Obviously, having a guide as well would have been better, but it was a good tour nevertheless and we are happy the agency was still able to offer us something! The driver's English was sufficient to agree on times, places and what we do. Some of the explanations we got from the security guards on site.

        Pros:
Private tour, so possible to stay as long as needed in every place. We made some adjustments to points of interest (skipping Vax museum and only stopping for bathroom break at Mapro). We also did a bit more walking around Bushi dam, and in our experience the nicest part was actually from the pathway to the left, exploring beautiful lush green area (not sure why anyone would want to see the actual dam?!). We didn't walk the entire way to the waterfall as it was looking like it was going to rain (and it shortly did :) ) and I would have liked to stay a bit longer another time.

        Cons:
As mentioned above, we decided to skip some areas. Potentially the gaps in itinerary could be filled with more sites of interest then? As we felt like it would have been nice to stay at Lion's Point event later, and we did drive to the further point as well on our request afterwards.
My Indian friends told me that price for tour perhaps could be smaller, especially since there were three of us. For us it didn't make a big difference to pay per person and not per car, but if you are on a budget, you may want to consider this.

        Beware of:
Selfie seeking tourists. Honestly, I felt like bringing a bodyguard with me, as I was being harassed by "selfie plz" requests by both men and women. It was easily 50 people who requested this and while first 10 was ok, by the 20th we started running away from them and you cannot sit in peace for a moment, as they would sit all around us, grabbing at us, requesting more and more pictures. We have seen it in other places in India, but here #selfiewithaforeigner was a whole new level.

        What to take with:
Wet wipes to clean your feet after caves and temples.
Water, drink (or plan to eat in cafes, as no food is included)
Umbrella and/or rain jacket, waterproof shoes.
Some of the sights are very beautiful, but then there is garbage right under your feet. So I would say no open toe shoes.

        For whom this is suitable:
If you are working in Pune, this is a nice weekend day trip.
Fitness level moderate - not wheelchair accessible, the only climb was Karla caves, but one can take it as slow, as needed.

We were over the top impressed with our guides Vikrant and Sameer! They took care of everything we needed and made us feel like family the way they cared for us. It was great to see the Karla caves during the big rains and the water gushing out. I have never been in this heavy rain in my life and I was actually a ton of fun! I felt like I was in an ancient water park! They showed us how to be respectful in the temples and explained the rituals and imagery we were observing which was very helpful. Bushti Dam was also like being in a natural waterpark with the extreme overflowing water kn the steps that you can sit in and feel the pressure. I am in my 60's and was chicken and didnt do it but I should have! The Lions point was beautiful in the clouds and loved seeing all the monkeys stealing corn from the vendors. A fantastic day and our guides were superb!
