They made us feel at home and absolutely secured. They had an excellent collection of hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars depending on your budget. We were greeted amicably by the expert chauffeur Rashid, a young and dynamic person and a careful and informative driver, who made our exploration of Kashmir an unique experience. It was great traveling with Lone Tour and Travels. They offer reasonable pricing with great service. Ms. Arizoo was a pleasure to talk to and helped us throughout. Our Driver Mr. Mehraz also doubled as a guide and told us a lot about Kashmir while on the road. My family is very fond on the entire team at Lone Tour & Travels, we also met their entire team by visiting their office in Srinagar. Picture below.

We have organized our tour package through lone tour and travel, srinagar. Ms. Ibra has made excellent arrangment for us and we enjoyed our tour fully. Looking to the arrangement made by said agent specifically by ibra, employee of tour and travel I am totally satisfied on the service extended by them. For which I should extend my thanks to said travel agent who have organized our tour very comfortable. I recommend this agent to organize tour through this agent only if some one enjoy their tour of srinagar, sonmarg, gulmarg and pahelgam

We planned a last minute holiday to Kashmir in the 1st week of August and booked a flights right away from the 6th-9th of August. We had nothing in mind, so we decided to go with a travel agent for the trip. Despite my last minute approach (a day before our planned trip) Ms Ibra from Lone tours and travels was able to give us a very smooth and comfortable travel expirience. The best part was she being available for a doubt or clarification round the clock throughout the trip. Thanks alot Ibra for the amazing hassle- free comforable yet enjoyable holiday!

Good deal with reasonable price provided to us by Ms. Rukaza Khan from Lone Tours & Travels. We were provided a driver and proper itenerary for 4 days. For 4th day, we were also given complimentary tour till the time of our flight.
Everything was good, except a few that are :
- First day we went to hoyel city grace in Srinagar, it was not worth spending even a moment.
- Our driver was very unwilling to let us go to restaurants and shops of our choice, he was adamant that we should only visit and spend on the ones he suggested. Probably he had vested interest there. We did not like it.
The best part was houseboat, Mr. Manzoor and Mr. Mushtaq, who were managing the property, were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed their company. Chinaar Houseboat was the one we went in. We really enjoyed horse ride at sonmarg, however sledging at glacier is not worth it.
Overall our time was spent well.

This was very pleasant tour We enjoyed snowfall too beside other beautiful green areas like pahal goan Doodh Pathry etc.The Driver Sameer helped us many ways during whole trip.Miss Rukaza who organized tour was totally dedicated towards her business attitude and kept our tour very comfortable by tightening the Hotel people and driver duty etc. Time to time she remained in touch through out the tour.

The trip was flexible and could change according to you comfortablity. It was for my parents so i was worried but ms. Tajili was in contact withme. I had my plans to make their anniversary for remembering and Mrs. Tajili made it possible. They had a lot of fun everything was perfect and the drivers were cooperative as well.

Tour arranged nicely. All the main places covered. Tajali madam takes care of all the things personally and ensure travellers do not face any issues. She ensure travellers are happy.
What I liked the most is the itinerary she has planned for me for my 4 nights, 5 days travel plan.

Excellent arrangement done by Rukaza Khan from Loan Tours and Travels. All hotels stay was really good. Bus driver was very polite and he has provided guidance and all importance places information though out the tour. Overall great experience with Loan Tours and Travels.

Lone travels cannot be rated without quoting two individuals - Ms. Ibra, the tour organiser and Mr. Misar, the cab driver. Made our trip a heavenly on the paradise of Earth. We travelled with family consisting of kid and elderly and arrangements were made to accommodate everyone . Food was great. Wango Sheraton houseboat was fabulous. Pine spring hotel at phalgam was excellent, except a glitch that the hotel did not have a lift. In total, well organised and excellent service.

We have been to kashmir recently for a 4 nights 5 days trip and we are super glad for choosing lone travels and tours as our travel partner.From the moment we landed, till our back to the airport everything was planned seamlessly
