Whilst the activities were good, the whole experience was rushed, had one bite of my ’lunch’ (cold rice and half a sheek kebab) and was told to hurry up. Did get a bottle of water but no tea/coffee as promised. The quad bike did not steer properly and no advice was given in how to navigate the desert. No helmet, so I went slow to the annoyance of our terse ‘instructor’ . Then we were kept waiting while replacement dune buggy was located which had no seatbelts and seats that were loose. No safety talk, no helmet. Camel ride lasted 3 minutes, and it was all rush, rush, rush to get back to the’show’ which never materialised after 40 minutes waiting in the cold, so gave up and asked to come back to hotel. We were also told when booking there would be stargazing, but that didn’t happen either. So overall it was ok but would not do again with this operator. I don’t like to give bad reviews but felt others should know. I certainly would not take children or anyone with the slightest of mobility issues. You live and learn 🙏

An absolute must, stunning views, Mohamed arranged everything from start to finish. The staff at the venue were very welcoming and our tour guide was fantastic.

Booked the luxor day trip through this company. Picked up from the hotel early morning by the guide and driver who were friendly and very knowledgeable. There was lots to see the valley of the kings was amazing very worth while. We also had a boat ride on the Nile to a banana plantation which was interesting. We had a meal which was included. We also visited a couple of other ancient sights and monuments lots of photo opportunities. Got back late evening overall the day was superb a must when visiting Eygpt.

We went on a private tour from our hotel in Makady bay, through Carent tours. It was an amazing day. Dendera temple is magical, well preseved and not too crowded. The colors inside are incredible and the whole place has some amazing peace. We had a teriffic guide, Heba Mohamed from Luxor, who told us everything about egyptian mythology and the history of this temple. Highly recommended.

At the start I need to say that members of staff were great. However, the travel model they run is absolutely not sustainable and harmful to nature. You get taxied by a speed boat to where a pod of dolphins is and jump out to stick your head into water to see them. The boat fumes stink, powered by dirty diesel. At some point I felt dizzy from inhaling the fumes. The wildlife is not given any space - they run dirty motors directly above dolphins risking injuring them and even people. Loud and stinky! You're not given any freedom to swim by yourself. Need to be in a group of 20 or more people who jump on your back in a rush to see dolphins. Really not an idyllic experience the company is selling. They want to check out a box of tourists seeing a dolphin, regardless the pollution and harm it causes. Stinky, busy, noisy and harmful to wildlife.

Went on a day trip to snorkel the reefs. The staff were amazing, helpful and very experienced The lunch was amazing and the boat wasn’t rammed with only a limit of 25 which was Nice. It made the holiday very special seeing the amazing sights under the sea, perfect!

Hello everybody just i want tell you that our trip to luxor was duch magnificent trip we lived splendid moment's among greatest civilization The tour take around few hours abd guide got in with us in coach along the way to luxor he didn't stop explsination about Egypt. Luxor.upper Egypt We had our program and return back to hotel in peace it was whole day but comparing with joyful is nothing I advice all make .if you visite Egypt without luxor is nothing

We were with free Star group it was splendid trip we start at 3clock early with comfortable coach was about 30 People with us and guide join us along the Road to cairo was amazing and guide give us info about Egypt in general we saw just amazing pyramids and golry of shpinx we had lunch and was duch trip of dreams to see such pyramids i advice all make this trip with such company

We had a great time on the dolfins and snorkeling trip. It was an overall very good experience. The boat was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and entertaining. Sometimes a little too much though. The trip itself offered exactly what we were looking for: lots of dolphins and lots of fish's in the riffs. We stopped first for the swimming with the dolphins and than had two stops for snorkeling in the riffs. On the second stop was also banana boat riding possible. The riffs are not in the perfect shape they used to be a couple of years ago, but still decent with some variety. A real highlight was the customer service. I forgot my shirt on the boat and they brought it to my hotel the next day. Thanks again!

We went to desert safari ride with quad bike in the desert and near the beach. Everything was amazing. They picked us in time, were very nice and helped us in the.driving. They also took really cool photographs from us ! Totally recommend it

ecently went on an excursion for the Jeep Safari including quad-biking, buggy-riding, belly dancing and a village tour to Bedouin to do camel-riding, and me and my partner found it to be an absolutely fantastic, once in a lifetime experience! The pick up was bang on time, the English speaking guide was very helpful and informative and the whole day was well-run. I would recommend anybody to use this service if you want a fuss free, all-inclusive package and an unforgettable time.

Banana boat and crazy sofa were great I would recommend this as a fun and relaxing day out to anyone. From England
