Well firstly. Transport didn’t turn until 3/4 hrs later quads for 20 mins (engine blew up) buggy for 15 mins Drive across the desert 30 mins (bumpy which is what to expect as it being across the desert ) Couldn’t get on the camel ride not enough time Taken to some markets felt like you had to buy things It’s all sell sell sell you things felt being rushed to do the activities as it was very busy Food was average But over all was ok just not enough time to do the activities.

Excursion booked for 12pm, waiting outside of my hotel for 20 minutes; no show. I then call the company to be told it’s now at 1pm, bearing in mind I was not contacted via email or a message left for me at the front desk of my hotel, so if I didn’t call I would’ve been a “no show”. Little did I know that would’ve been the better option than wasting my day on an “excursion” 10 minutes on a buggy in a circle 30 minutes of clueless waiting 10 minutes on a quad in a circle 30 minutes clueless waiting 30 minutes bone clattering ride to camels 2 minutes on a camel in a circle 30 minutes waiting with a dribble of tea 30 minutes bone clattering ride for authentic dinner 30 minutes wait for dinner Served, rice, spaghetti and red tomato sauce water. Salad of red cabbage and white cabbage 2x mini skewer “but an authentic meal :) “ Left waiting for 45 minutes for a traditional show, didn’t even stay for the show as the wait was unbearable ended up leaving early to the hosts dismay, alongside 20 other people on the excursion. All in all if you enjoy wasting time being kept in the dark like a mushroom look no further.

Never turned up meant to get picked up at 12 never showed up rang customer service they said they will come at 1pm to pick me never showed up they then text me the would pick me up at 1 the next day waited never showed up again , strange people

Badly organised, poor equipment, dirty and rushed. We were picked up from our hotel in a beat up minibus that had definitely seen better days. Taken out to the desert to a dirty, run down building where we met our guide. Everything was designed to make you spend more money. Out at the Bedouin camp (I don’t think so!) the camel ride was the quickest thing I’ve ever experienced, I’ve spent longer on a donkey at Skegness beach. Back to the base, we were then put in a buggy for a ride through the desert. To say they were poor is an understatement the passenger door wouldn’t stay shut on ours and the one in front was leaking oil on to the engine. Back again to base, where we were encouraged to have a go on the quads, we declined. Really don’t waste your money and time.

Even if you see on average around 4.5 stars please only follow the bad reviews, they will just take your money and dissapear, it’s totally a scam!!!

Extremely bad experience. Trip was cancelled without any communication or update. After 10 calling attempts 30 min before departure the agent explained me that he was not paid by TripAdvisor/Viator. Never again! There are better more reliable booking tools.

The guy didn't show up and didn't get in touch with us. We got in touch the night before but he didn't reply. He got in touch in the morning and he didn't reply, only 5min after the supposed pick up they he answered us and said everything was cancelled. Very very disappointing! Do not book with this Operator.

They don t pick us from hotel, they did not answer on the phone or messages After 2 hours i receive an email that they refund us They are not serious

Don’t book this company - they don’t even turn up! First they tried to cancel because of bad weather even though it was great weather. I managed to transfer it to another date but they didn’t turn up.

Driver has not shown up, wrong contact information on the site waited for an hour to be picked up. Not happy, do not go with this guide! if money is not fully refunded we will rake further action

They didn’t even turn up, no contact on the day or day prior waited over two hours submitted a refund request and the clown gives me a pound back do not travel with this scam company going to a dispute with my bank for this clown

A full on day with so many different activities. The guides were great and very attentive. They made it fun and looked after us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trip to others.

I would give this trip a 10/10. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, couldn't do enough for you..playing around with the kids. Fantastic food at the end. Will defo do it again. Thank you
