Hired Bukap for the duration of our travel throughout Colombia. We had four different pickup locations. Our driver was incredible, super nice and very professional. Always arriving early and assisting with our bags. The private shuttle was spotless, air conditioning was great and a comfortable drive. We breezed through checkstops and never missed a turn. Driver would stop to let us take pictures, use washrooms and grab snacks. Even showed us a few things we would have missed without a local driver. I would recommend to anyone traveling to use this company. Before and after every trip we recieved a message confirming times and that our transportation went well. This service was worth every penny!

Great tour to coffee plantation and swim in the cascade. Cascade is a 10min uphill walk from the furthest point the car can go and can be crowded but worth it. Erik and Jefferson (the guide and driver) were amazing.

Fantastic service. We decided on Saturday afternoon that we wanted to go to Cartagena on Sunday morning. They were efficient, reliable and very accommodating.

We used Bukap for both a private tour on Tayrona Park and a transfer to Cartagena. Bukap was been very professional and reliable through and through. We felt very secure, they were very responsive including for last minute changes. Definitely the most reliable partner in the area!

Erik was our bilingual tour guide who picked us up promptly at our hotel. On our journey to the Sierra Nevada mountains he shared a lot about the history of Colombia and more specifically about the region of Santa Marta. His life long passion for wildlife gave us a unique perspective as he was able to identify many sounds of birds and other animals to enjoy along the way. We toured the coffee plantation and got to see the complete process. Following we transferred to an off-road vehicle to reach a secluded waterfall for a relaxing afternoon. Would highly recommend!

We had an incredible day in Minca with our guides Eric and David! Our family of 8 was picked up right on time in a comfortable van for the 80 minute drive. Once in Minca, we transferred to 2 4x4 vehicles. First stop was the Victoria coffee plantation where a private tour had been arranged. Samples were waiting for us when we arrived, and after a snack we had an incredible tour. Next stop: the Marinka waterfalls. We were driven up to the falls in the 4x4s. Please note: It was a very very bumpy ride and was uncomfortable for a few in our group (which ranged from middle aged to our senior dad). One of our party opted to walk part of the way. The falls were fantastic and there were restrooms, a restaurant, and hammocks. It was perfect for the swimmers and non-swimmers. Worth the bumps! Then we headed into town and to lunch which was a surprise and delight. We ate on a terrace lined with hummingbird feeders and were thoroughly entertained by the hundreds of hummingbirds zipping by. Eric is an endless source of info on all the flora and fauna and helped us understand what we were witnessing. Lastly, we strolled around town until we were ready to head back to the hotel. Here are a few things we especially appreciated about our Bukap tour: - we scheduled this trip only 2 days in advance, yet every detail was arranged perfectly - Eric and David were 100% attuned with the needs and desires of our group and were accommodating and flexible - David was always willing to help us with translation, even helping us communicate with the staff in our hotel! I highly recommend you speak with Juan Carlos at Bukap to plan your time in Tayrona and Santa Marta.

Reliable Private transfer service from hotel in Cartagena to hotel near tayrona national park and return to Cartagena airport. Excellent communications with management. Hader our driver didn't speak English but we managed to communicate with the help of Google translate.

We could not have asked for a better day. We are a family of 4 adult children with our spouses and our 86 year old father. A comfortable van stocked with water showed up exactly on time. Eric and David, our two guides, were perfect. Eric is a passionate and expert naturalist and historian and was able to give this very curious group fascinating information about the Indigenous peoples, plants, birds and animals on our hike into the jungle to an archeological village. He knew everything! David was so kind with my father, helping him with a few tricky areas on the path. After the hike and tour of the village, we went on a one hour tubing excursion down river to where it meets the sea. On the way we saw ospreys, fish eagles, howler monkeys and other wonderful creatures. Eric had bags of oranges and other local fruit to share with us and we spent about 20 minutes on a lovely beach. Then we went back upriver by boat to a tiny restaurant in the jungle. Fresh fried snapper for lunch for $10 per person!

I came across Bukap on Trip Advisor after I realized I couldn't get a direct flight from Santa Marta to Cartagena. When booking anything online, I'm always a little nervous but the transport arrived early and the journey between the two cities was very smooth and uneventful.

Great safe ride. Knowledgeable about the roads and the city. Drove safely the whole time. No issues at all, I would do it again.

Superb service. Haber picked us up from the hotel, and he was there early. He was an excellent driver and navigated any unexpected traffic problems with ease. My Spanish is limited, but he spoke slowly and used simple vocab, so we were able to follow along as he told us about the areas we were driving through. At the end, he double checked to make sure we were at the right place because google isn’t always accurate, and we really appreciated the help. Cannot recommend this service and driver enough. Much better than the bus!

This was an incredible tour. Erik was our tour guide and he made me and my wife feel so comfortable and have such a great time. He spoke English and Spanish and was so knowledgable about Colombia and the area that we were in that we came out of it having just much more of an appreciation of the Sierra Nevada and Minca region than we did before. Every part of this excursion was incredible. The reason Erik was so wonderful is because you know that he has such a passion for the nature and the world he lives in. Constantly spotting different animals and plant that were so unique to what my wife and I had ever seen before. Jader (ha-der) was a wonderful driver transporting us from our air bnb all the way to the town of Minca and dropping us off at our air bnb as well. He is a local of Minca so he was able to share some of the history of Minca with us. This was one of the excursions my wife and I signed up for and it may be one of our favorites because it gave us adventure and the opportunity to swim in waterfalls and it also gave us an awesome experience at the cacao/coffee farm. These two men knew this area so well that they took us to this remarkable restaurant in Minca with an incredible view and 100s of hummingbirds that were eating from the feeders that added to this incredible time! Highly recommend!
