          Great value for dependable service
Fantastic job. Super easy to book, the driver Sokhoam was at arrivals with sign, helped with luggage and away we went. Very safe driver and actually gave me a few history lessons of Siem Reap and Cambodia area. Very good value, would highly recommend. Will be using them for return to airport.

Very nice tour with interesting temples. The temples are not as touristy as Angkor Wat, but are very mystical and magical. Kin was a great guide

          Exciting and enjoyable
We had an amazing experience on our Angkor Wat tour for multiple temples! Tola's knowledge and patience really seem to have enhanced our visit, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty and history of the temples❤️❤️. Best part, we had a built in photographer 😂; Tola took beautiful pictures for us, making the memories even more special. Having that personal time to explore after the guided part of each temple is such a nice touch, allowing for a deeper connection with the site. The history behind each temple was significant that it didn't feel like a boring class. Tola made it very interesting. Overall, Tola made the tour both informative and enjoyable! I would definitely use this service again as long as we have Tola as our tour guide!! 👍👍

          Angkor temples fun tour
I recommend this tour if you want to see the Ancient temples in Siem Reap. Our tour guide Silong (John) made our trip memorable, exciting and informative. He gave us an extensive history lesson regarding the temples. Please be advised that you need a comfortable shoes/sandals for this tour as theres heaps of stairs at Angkor Wat. You will be needing sunscreen, hat, fan and water . After each site, Silong handed us an ice cold towel to cool us down which was trully appreciated especially after walking around in heat for hours. i love this tour and will recommend it.

Great tour, that went very smoothly from pickup to drop off. Our guide was Tola, with good English and deep knowledge of the Angkor temples, Khmer civilization and hindu and buddhist myths. The day passed by really quickly, we had a blast !

Pick up was from our guesthouse and we then assembled in an AC minivan at a central dispatch point for tours. Our guide Lucky spoke good English and made good use of the roughly 2 hr drive to give us a detailed background of recent Cambodian history including the Khmer Rouge era and Year Zero as well as ancient history surrounding the construction of the various Hindu and Buddhist temples under a long line of rulers culminating in Suryavarman II and Jayavarman VII. On arrival we parked then passed through the standard rows of stalls and made a short climb to the reclining Buddha statue. Subsequently we visited the river a short distance away and saw hundreds of stone lingas in rushing water. A short walk back and a brief van trip took us close to the Kulen Falls where we climbed down, and let the fish nibble our feet. The younger members of the tour were happy to don swimwear and frolic in the Falls. On the way back we stopped at a good restaurant for lunch and by 5pm were back home. It was excellent value for money and I can definitely recommend it. In retrospect we could have spent more and found a tour that included the Butterfly Park and Banteay Srei temple as well, since you drive close by to each, but that would probably have cost at least twice as much!

The chaos began when my hotel pick up forgot to pick me up. I had to ring the office to be picked up by another driver. The driver arrived half an hour later.

Upon arriving at the office I was inform that the tour had left without me, this is despite me ringing to inform the staff they had forgotten me!!!

I was then placed on a bus and told I would be taken to my tour group at the angkor ticketing office. After waiting a few minutes, I was kicked off that bus by the tour guide because I didn’t have the right ticket. The bus then left without me.

After speaking with staff, they then organise a second bus to take me to the angkor ticketing office.

Once arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes to find the bus waiting for me as both myself and the tour guide were unable to ring the office as the phone line was busy.

Once the phone was answered management on the other end of the phone had no idea what myself or the tour guide were talking about. Lucky the tour guide from my trip was able to find our bus waiting and took me to the correct bus.

The most annoying part of the experience is that at no point did anyone apologise to me for the ordeal I had to face in even getting on this tour.

Overall, I found the tour destination to be enjoyable and I recommend people to visit them when they are here. I would just suggest not to use this tour company.

We regret that the guest misunderstood events and made this very negative review. In fact, the circumstances were beyond our control and we quickly made special transport arrangements to accommodate this guest and ensure he did not miss out on the tour. In fact, there has been a lot of major road works ongoing in Siem Reap for the past three months and, each day, the road blockages are different. This causes havoc with pickup schedules. This guest was the last one on the pickup schedule, but pickups were delayed and the tour bus had to leave with the other guests. We therefore arranged special transport so that this guest could be sent to the ticketing office and rendezvous with the rest of the tour group. Obviously, it was a difficult and busy day for us since we have to handle pickups for 100 guests from numerous hotels all over Siem Reap and cope with the dynamic road conditions. For sure, our phone was 'ringing off the hook' as the old saying goes. We apologise that noone adequately explained all this to the guest. We believe our staff simply took responsibility for the situation and resolved it. If someone had explained it, maybe the guest would have had a completely different attitude and thanked us for making strenuous efforts to make his day enjoyable.

We somehow got into this tour courtesy one of the friends we met near our hostel. We were there were empty seats available and we ended in the bus. Got ourselves the tickets pretty quick at the office, the staff was courteous as many others in Siem Reap. I just love this place for the warm people. We were in the van and the guide introduced himself as Bunny ( :)) that was different name too coz the one before we met.). Mr Bunny introduced himself and started telling about how he came to be there in his life. He had a smile all through. He spoke about the what the nation went through for most people might know about what had happened and the PTS that they carry. Alright, back to the tour, we had a nice ride and were helped by him when we had to purchase our breakfast and also he explained the stories once we reached Kullen. One nice thing he made us do was to sit down for few mins of meditation in that peaceful place. One can sit for hours together amidst the forest with a pleasnt breeze and sounds the birds were making making. It was a nice little trek.
We went to the waterfalls and it was all normal until later when he showed us snaps of the group members. You wouldn't expect someone to do that but that was really nice of him. After he told me his story, he inspired me atleast to overlook certain things in life and be rooted in situations. He's wise and has wit too. Thanks to him, that this trip to the waterfalls was really fun. Coz my trip to angkor wat was not so pleasant with another guide who just raced us through the main complex.

Thanks to the Shuttle Tours team too. Keep up the good work. Would surely refer you guys, if any of my people are visiting Siem Reap.

This join in tour was pretty good. We enjoyed all the sites, especially the waterfall. We weren't given the option to hike, like we wanted and signed up for, but in turn they stopped at an extra spot for a quick peak at a beautiful spot overlooking the valley. Our guides were great too.

The only downfall about our trip was when our driver was speeding down one of the country roads on the way back (passing other vehicles) and nearly ran over a 1-2year old child! He never slowed down, and it was an traumatic and AWFUL experience watching his mother run out into the road, drag his naked body across the gravel road and then have to dive out of the way so neither would be run over. All the while we were screaming for him to slow down or stop (you could see the toddler in the road plenty of time before we got close) and he did neither. He even laughed about the incident once we were past. For a company hosting numerous travelers from various countries, I expected a much safer and enjoyable experience. This alone is enough for me to deter future travelers from booking with this company, or at least make sure you don't get stuck with this driver (pic with review)!

We thank the guest for this feedback. 1) Nowhere do we say guests 'hike'. Although we note the description did say 'trek'. Definition: trek: a long arduous journey, especially one made on foot. The journey is an uphill walk on dirt (sometimes mud) trails. Some guests call this arduous. It's subjective. 2) The road in question is Route #66. It is a Cambodian highway. It is not a Cambodian country road although in Canada it probably would be called a country road. It's subjective. 3) 'Speeding'. Subjective. Overtaking slower vehicles is normal worldwide. 4) Incidents involving cows, people, dogs and a wide range of vehicles is commonplace on Cambodias roads. One only has to look at the road traffic stats for Route #6 (Siem Reap to Phnom Penh), the most major of Cambodias roads, to see how dangerous the roads are. However, most people know how dangerous it is and take extra care to avoid incidents. 5) When talking about Cambodia we suggest some perspective be applied. This is NOT Canada or any other developed Western nation. Siem Reap Shuttle has operated for several years and entertained more than 150 thousand guests without even one accident. We have 100% safety record. This is a testament to our drivers skills. This is in stark contrast to other travel operators, which have suffered numerous accidents resulting in vehicles going off the road and killing tourists. We regret this guest found the journey 'traumatic', 'awful' and found it necessary to 'scream'. We don't think screaming really helps! For a more safer and enjoyable experience, we suggest visiting a more developed country. Although, to be honest, developed Western countries have their fair share of tragic road traffic accidents too! Don't they?

Overall a reliable service - good online booking system, pick up on time etc. We were quite lucky as well - with only three people it was a private tour at a shared tour price. The guide, Chhayakim, was a helpful, knowledgable and friendly guide, did not rush and gave us enough time to enjoy the sights and a waterfall.

Our guide Bunny was brilliant, he really made the tour , not only was his knowledge of the area excellent he also had many interesting stories about himself growing up in Cambodia,it was still relevant to the trip because it really helped us understand the history of religion and politics in Cambodia.
The mini bus was clean and airy , cold bottles of water were available throughout the day . The only pre trip advise I would give is to wear suitable shoes that can climb small bolders and steps .

This tour is one of the best experience I’ve had and will remember it for a long time. Our guide Mr. Chenda was amazing. His attention to detail is really special and this trip was made more memorable because of him. We were part of a tour group and Chenda created a sense of camaraderie right at the beginning by asking us to introduce ourselves and where we were from. He took time to explain what to expect during the tour in a very thoughtful manner and you knew right away you were in great hands. We particularly enjoyed the history talk he gave and how he drew diagrams on the dirt as he explained key historical timelines. Additionally he bought the group bananas to try as well as recommended local snacks to try. He was also very diligent about taking photos of us and took great care of us. Chenda is a phenomenal guide. Siem Reap Shuttle is also a great tour company and was seamless working with them. Swimming was great fun and very refreshing! Expert driver deftly maneuvered some bumpy roads and kept us safe throughout. Our shared tour group became like a family and we had a blast together.

Would highly recommend this tour if you’re looking to see breathtaking sights with a friendly and informative tour guide. My guide was Dara Try and my driver was La (apologies if I’ve spelt this wrong!). They were fantastic, helpful, courteous and above all very friendly, light hearted and genuinely kind people. Dara Try also took amazing photos for us so we can easily remember these beautiful memories. As a general comment, it’s a bit upsetting when you come across comments such as the tour is “expensive” (not just in relation to this tour but other tours) but arguably this is because there’s an expectation that prices should be low as we are in South East Asia. The trip is still less than what you can expect to pay for tours you would find in other western countries and was value for money. Most of all, I loved that it also included local snacks so that our money goes directly to support local businesses especially in a city which is heavily reliant on tourist money. It was also nice that they provided tips for us to provide to the monks (which was not necessary, but again a nice gesture so you know part of the tour money is being used as a donation). Dara Try was also working on his day off and covering additional shifts as his co-worker was sick. Thank you again Dara Try for taking time out of your day to take us on this amazing day to explore your beautiful country! We highly appreciated it! We would highly recommend Dara Try as your tour guide!

I decided to go to Kulen Mountains Waterfall tour with Siem Reap Shuttle as suggested by Onederz hostel where I was staying at Siem Reap and I must say it was one of the most amazing trips I've done in entire Cambodia.
Right from the pickup to the quality of Van to the itinerary, the restaurant stop, the driver and best of all our guide Silong, everything was just perfect..
The tour started as promised, sharp on time, we were taken on a very luxurious and comfortable mini van from our hotel with our Guide Silong explaining us every detail about the tour about the country and kept cracking a lot of jokes to keep everyone together.
We stopped at all the designated places, mainly the waterfall and thousand lingas, but to our surprise we were even made to stop and see a beautiful Buddhist pagoda, some palm sugar factory and some more, we all totally loved our visits.
The driver drove very carefully as some roads were not the great but he took great care of everyone and whenever we returned from a stop, he provided us with cold towels and chilled drinking water.
They even stopped at a very well maintained and beautiful Khmer restaurant which also serve a great variety of western food too and for a good meal plus a drink costs us just about US $10 each. We also wanted to try some street side roasted pork and they even stopped for the same.
By then end of the tour I would definitely say it was a complete value for money tour and I absolutely recommend them for all kinds of tours.

We had a wonderful day trip with our guide Mr Chenda and driver Mr La. Mr La was amazing in navigating the mountain roads to ensure we got to our destination - Phnom Kulen National Park - safely and back safely.

Mr Chenda was an incredible guide. He started the day trip, at the site of the 1000 Lingas, with an educational and in-depth overview of the history of Angkor, and the water systems and how the lingas were constructed etc. It was informative and he presented it in an interesting manner.

For the rest of the day, Mr Chenda ensured we had tonnes of fun at the Kulen Waterfall and took plenty of amazing photos for us. And he also ensured our tour group was safe and well taken care of.

I would highly recommend this tour to view the incredible scenery of the surroundings of Siem Reap.

And I would also highly recommend Chenda as a guide for this tour and also for visiting Angkor Wat as Chenda has extensive knowledge.

A side note that the walk down to the Kulen Waterfall may be slippery and while there are some wooden/steel steps, some caution is advised when descending.
