Was an awesome experience. We celebrated birthdays and so they added something special for the ones who were celebrating their birthdays. Great food and atmosphere.

Really enjoyed our visit it took a while to get our bearings as you start off away from the mosque and go underground to the mosque it really is amazing to see and even our son who wasn’t bothered was impressed !

Great way to learn about Dubai and see the city highlights! Seeing the city from the top of the Burj is amazing! Our guide was wonderful. I had kids, ages 13 and 10, and they really enjoyed the tour as well.

We were booked for the first session of the day so it was relatively quiet which was good. We enjoyed the panoramic views from the glass walkway and also loved the gimmick of the glass slide! So much fun. The staff responsible for the edge walk were so professional. We had to put on overalls and a helmet and our iPhones were attached to us in a plastic wallet so we could take as many videos and photos outside as we wanted - which was brilliant even though there was also a professional photographer out there with you too. Not going to lie, I wasn’t really nervous before we went out … but when faced with no barrier next to a 700ft drop, suddenly it felt terrifying! You are completely safe and harnessed securely but it took me a while for the irrational fear to subside. The staff are so so patient and great at their job. I really wanted the iconic photos of leaning over the edge and the instructor got me there! There was alot of handholding and encouragement so I’m so grateful to him for helping me. The photographer was awesome too! So many amazing shots that I can feel proud of forever. The views were outstanding especially with the Burj Khalifa in the background. All the professional photos (the glass walkway, glass slide and edge walk) were fantastic and I bought them all (205 in total!) worth every penny for the memories. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Edge Walk - such a feeling of achievement afterwards. Thank you to the superb staff who made this an adventure I’ll always treasure!

Dubai often has hazy air so going higher doesn’t always offer much of an advantage in terms of views. We skipped the long lines at the Burj Kalifa and went to Palm Island instead. Views at the lower level are very nice but even better is an upgrade to go up two more levels where the protective glass is absent. These are really the nice views of both the city and the layout of Palm Island.

Usman was amazing! Took their time, great knowledge and knew all the best places for pictures and also took great pictures. We will be back and will be requesting Usman and Sougat to handle all of the different experiences Dubai has to offer!

Avoid at all costs! Just finished up and I can echo all the other comments here... Substandard food, poor service and a terrible location sat in a meeting room in the Hyde hotel, I felt like a school production. Had to wait until the 4th course for a drink which we had to request and were served half a DIY salad, Luke warm soup, some cheap chicken and beef skewers in a cheaper risotto with hard rice. Pending a refund and will leave a follow up after it comes through. On the plus side it was a novel concept with some genuinely interesting pieces, coloured dry ice, floating tables etc but nothing can save this... A couple next to us also left halfway though.

It was so amazing. Normally animals are Unlike traditional zoos where animals are caged, Dubai Safari Park stands out by offering a unique experience with animals free and they live there on habitat . It truly feels like stepping into real wildlife, providing an immersive and natural environment for both visitors and the animals. A must-visit for nature and wildlife enthusiasts!

First and foremost there is no point in buying your ticket online because you will line up again to get your ticket at the counter entrance. At the counter they will offer you an upgrade insisting its better tk upgrade your ticket to all including Magic and Fabtasy Park - DONT! Its a waste of money. The ticket costs 79aed for Dinosaur Park and Glow Park which franly costs 10aed per person to be honest. Already a rip off. My stars are for the Dinosaurs, thats the best part and if your child likes dinosaurs they will enjoy rhat. Glow Park is ok too. Eating withoit question cost is high for the quality you will get. Better dont if you can eat somewherelse before or after gong. As for the toilets - no changing station for baby. Something they should provide if you cater to families. Will we go back? No.

I can not recommend this enough. The staff is fun, professional and trustworthy. The activity is exhilarating, safe, adventurous and exceeded all my expectations. I have a fear of heights and so glad I pushed myself to do this. Giovanni instilled such trust and encouragement that I ended up enjoying every moment. Do not miss this! The views and the sense of achievement are worth it.

If you have kids aged 1+, this is perfect! It's not just a standard softplay area. Each room has a different learning experience created in such a clever way. It's interactive, colourful and fun! A must visit if you're in dubai. And it's a bargain for the price.

Our driver Yacub was outstanding! His English was perfect as was his dictionary and knowledge about Dubai. As a single mum travelling with my young adult boys in a new country, feeling safe and cared for in the right hands of a responsible driver and knowledgeable and charismatic one is all I could as for when booking a private tour. The crew members are horrible in providing food to us. If we ask water after eating she asking for time. They don't know how to time the event especially in economic class. Are we flying free!?
