We were given 3pm pickup from hotel .It was paid and confirmed. But no one came to pick us up and we had to make our own way to Garden and buy new tickets as they don't accept phone or internet tickets. Was told to confirm it from hotel. That should have been done bu Trip advisor as they had all our details. So we lost booking from UK and immense disappointment

I had a long layover in Dubai and out of all the things to do in Dubai I chose this. BIG MISTAKE! I booked with 2 months in advance. The page were you book, never asks for your hotel for pick up. For 2 months I called and emailed and did not get a response. They have an Indian cell phone, I contacted by WhatsApp but after dozens of texts and calls I could never get a straight answer. Because I was using WhatsApp, I could tell they were reading my messages but after relying once they would just read and not get back to me with any kind of response. I just wanted to confirm that I was going to be picked up and the time. Nothing special, just what I had booked and payed for. I tried to call trip advisor costumer service and they assured me I would be picked up. Sure enough I never did!!! Out of the 10 hours I had in Dubai, I spent 5 trying to find out if I was going to be picked up or not, because the costumer service representative that I had contacted was in Las Vegas.
I finally got a hold of a costumer service representative in Philippines. The cost of the call was more than what I had payed for the tour! She offered me a refund and I ended up having my own driver to take me as it is far from the “New Dubai” She was great and sweet, but “Amazing Asia”, the company that puts this tour together is by far the worst service I have ever come across!!! And on top of it all once you book they don’t accept cancellations!
Seriously? What a nightmare.
The Gardens are absolutely amazing, just DONT book with this company if you know what is good for you!!!!!

Amazing Asia neither contacted nor came to pick us up.Please initiate refund.
I would suggest to all don't book your Miracle Garden Ticket with this Tour operator. When you are going to enjoy your holiday, you have to face very bad situation ( they will neither pick you up showing several pleas nor will refund your money.) Be careful of this. I have faced horrible experience from them. They have ruined my full trip.

I visited Dubai last week and went to Miracle Gardens with this company. Garden is super good and everyone will enjoy the place.
