        Alamein day tour
We loved it with our guide in Alexandria, so we also decided On spending one more day in Alamein, which is a nice destination if you are a history buff , or have interest to see military museums & the Commonwealth graveyard in Egypt. We also loved seeing all the modern construction being built along the way of the new City of ElAlamein.

        Superb Tour
A great tour. Rasha keeps in touch with me with all the latest information before the trip. During the trip, it was enjoyable and informative. Rasha & karim were punctual and gave many tips after the trip as well. Fast response and easy to communicate. I highly recommend taking the tour with this great team.

        A day tour to Alamein
We really enjoyed all aspects of the tour. Starting with being picked up from our hotel, being on the road to the Alamein, enjoying the vast construction & the new city being built along the way. We spent enough time exploring around, enjoying our interests. The military museum & the Commonwealth cemetary were very interesting to us.Thanks for Karim & Rasha for arranging such a tour for us.

Following in the footsteps of my Dad.
All aspects of the tour were great. From booking through to me arriving in Alexandria, communication was great. Very well organised. Rasha was my guide, and she took me to all the places I was interested in. Didnt spend a lot of time explaining things to me, as she realised I had a fairly good knowledge of the history of the war here. My Dad actually fought here and Tobruk. So she just gave me enough information, and let me do my own thing. Which I liked. I had 3 graves to search for at the Allies cementry, and Rasha arranged with one of the workers to help me find the graves. All 3 were found.

80 years later, memories and a great day
My visit to El Alamein was important, as my father was twice wounded there in 1942, so it was important that our guides were empathetic and obviously patient. My wife and I couldn't have asked for more, as Rasha and Karim were great all day. It turned out to be a perfect mix of emotion, seriousness, fun and variety and I have no doubt Rasha and Karim's care and knowledge made it such a lovely day. They certainly went above and beyond our expectations and we felt their friendship made it a day we will always remember fondly. Absolutely recommended.

        Alamein full day tour
We had an amazing day touring Alamein. My husband is a history buff & this was his day!. We set the pace for how long to visit each area. Sometimes we had to sit still and reflect on the history of this place & we were honestly never rushed. It was fun touring with Rasha & Karim & had stories to share. We could not have done this without their help. Don't miss that if you are visiting Alexandria.

Heba led my hunt for tracks of The Desert Fox!
My guide, Heba was great. Friendly, thoughtful, fun and well spoken and full of information. She even had toilet paper for me (The Museum had clean bathrooms but no TP).

A good way to learn some history.
My driver and guide, Karim was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me lots of interesting facts about the museum exhibits. Karim gave me time to wander through the war cemetery by myself , while keeping a distant eye on me. I really enjoyed my trip to El Alemein and would highly recommend it .

We had a pleasure to get to know Alexandria with Karim - an excellent guide and Alexandria native. It was raining on the day of our visit and Karim constantly shifted things around to make sure we see the inside places when it rains and to be outside when it doesn't. It was really astonishing. While doing so he was able to answer every question we had (and we had a lot) and to make sure that we get acquainted with all the important sites and information. Being that you have only 4h to visit Alexandria, having someone that organized and knowledgeable really means a great deal. Thank you Karim!

Our family of 4 did a day trip from Cairo to Alexandria and met Rasha our guide there.
Rasha took us to the main attractions of the city and was very flexible in customizing the visit to suit our needs.
Her English is excellent and she has a very good relationship with the local authorities which came in very useful at St. Mark's Cathedral.
She also helped us navigate the local shopping areas getting some god deals.
I would definitely recommend Rasha to anyone else.

My Tour of Alexandria with Rasha was super fun and great overall! She was very diligent keeping in touch and confirming details prior to meeting. We spent few hours together, during which she did her best to show me the most important sightseeings in town. Overall, i was so happy touring with Rasha and strongly recommend anyone visiting Alexandria to take her tour. It is well worth it! Thanks Rasha!

Karim was by far the best tour guide we could have asked for. He went significantly beyond his call of duty to help us during our tour of Alexandria.

First thing when we arrived in Alexandria by train (in the early morning) we were greeted — not just at the train station, but right outside our train carriage door by Karim who had dutifully waited for us before our arrival.

What followed was a mesmerising tour of Alexandria’s Catacombs, Mosques, Forts, Roman Amphitheatre and Downtown in a structured, informative and well-explained manner (no doubt attributed to Karim’s trilingual skills and nineteen years of experience in the industry). We also had a lovely lunch and a Shwarma place where Karim sat with us to eat and enjoy the meal together (something we did not experience with our other guides)

Moreover, he is clearly well informed not just of the place — but the people in the city ad well (from other tour guides, to security, to shopowners) which made our adventure an absolute breeze past the numerous checkpoints and busy streets. His vibrant personality and quick-witted sense of humour was an excellent addition to our tour.

Credit must also be given to our driver, who was absolutely skilled at navigating the crowded intersections and find shortcuts to allow us a swift return to our train station during the busy rush hour.

We therefore emphasise that you should request for Karim during your trip to Alexandria.

Karim was the perfect guide to show us all of Alexandria. He is very knowledgeable and knew how to avoid traffic and kept the pressure of street sellers off of us. It was a full day tour and we saw all the sites as promised before they closed with plenty of time.

We loved our tour of Alexandria.
My husband and I booked this tour on a Friday which is the start of the weekend and most of the day is spent in prayer in Egypt so traffic was light, the Bibliotheca was closed, and the Mosque was in prayer time. We had a great time- we saw the Catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar, The Royal Jewelry Museum, Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque (my husband and I had to enter separately here and were only able to stay for a short time due to prayer), & Citadel of Qaitbay which had great views of the city. Our guide Manal was so lovely and kind and very informative about Egypt & all the sights, and she also gave us tips on where to eat & other sights to see in our own time. Our driver was lovely and a great driver, we felt very safe. Highly recommend this tour to see the main sights of Alexandria, without the hard work of doing it on your own.

We visited Alexandria primarily to vist the CWGC cemeteries in Alexandria and El Alamein. We booked the El Alamein trip ahead of leaving the UK and were met by Karim ounctually at our hotel. We were mpressed with the lvel of knowlege that KArim dhared with as and imediately booked for the Alexandrai full day tour for the folowing day. Karim showed us the Citadel, Pompei's Column, The Catacombs and the Aplitheatre. During the day we had a walk through one of the poorest parts of the city and experienced some 'real' Alexandria life. We had a coffee in one of the local cafes and were warmly greeted by everyone we met. This was a highlight for me. Overall, a great day out and i would thourghly recommend.

To engage a local guide is one of the best ways to make use of your limited time in a big foreign city, and Rasha, our guide in Alexandria, was simply superb in every way. She very knowledgeable about the history of all the amazing places we visited in the city. Her English was flawless. We wanted to slighlty alter the itinerary, so she went out of her way to make sure we had the best possible city tour experience. It really was worth our every penny. Many thanks Rasha for this amazing Tour!

I had one day in Alexandria and wanted to see as much as I could: and this tour definitely delivered! We were able to see numerous sites across the city, spanning both historical and modern. My guide was extremely knowledgeable, always ready to share insightful details about the places we visited. They also patiently and thoughtfully helped me understand how to navigate an unfamiliar and quite busy/energetic city. It was a great time!
