Pickup details- All properties on Denarau will be picked up at 08:30 AM for the AM departure and 12:30PM for the PM departure. Other properties outside of Denarau vary between 06:30AM - 08:00AM in the Nadi area or 11:30 - 12PM for the PM session. Please be in touch with our team atleast 24 hours prior to travel to confirm pick up time and place email us. We also provide transfers for properties on the coral coast at a small fee of FJD20 per person - payable at checkin by card only.

Since this was on our first full day in Fiji, we wanted to get a late start so we could hang out at our Denarau resort first in the morning. Cloud 9 was one of the first activities we booked since it was only a half-day outing and we went with the PM trip. It was quite fun. Good vibes with good pizzas and drinks (not great, but totally decent). The snorkeling in the area was also surprisingly decent. Also, I appreciated that they don't overpack the place with people. They will turn down your booking if there are too many people with reservations that day. But that's to keep the crowds manageable and I appreciated that there was always seating available throughout the platform. The boat ride out and back was also nice and not too long. And if you book the PM tour like us, you'll likely get a stunning sunset view on the way back to Denarau.

Amazing day, and cannot fault at all the staff of the platform. Extremely friendly, hospitable and catered to our every need. The platform itself is quite large with a lot of seating areas, and generally not too crowded. Snorkelling was absolutely incredible, saw sea turtles, sting ray, plenty of fish directly in front of platform in the snorkelling zone. Water was beautifully warm and clear. There were several overly drunk people on board who made the boat ride back a bad experience, but was not to the fault of the staff. Definitely recommend using your tab to get pizza and a few drinks instead of all alcohol. There were several families on board but due to the amount of drunk people (there for a bachelor's party) not sure how much children would get out of it, although they all seemed to be having fun and enjoyed the snorkelling. Boat there and back was comfortable, and staff were amazing. Definitely recommend, great value for money with included bar tab which was more than enough!

Going out to party is not my thing. However, this was recommended to me as a "must do" by a number of people so ofc we booked ourselves in and i must say, it was well worth it. You can jump from all sides of the pontoon. Sunbath, snorkel, eat and best of all relax while enjoying the amazing view.. Yes, there were rowdy people having a great time but I think that plus everything else made the experience that much more worth it. How can you not enjoy yourself while everyone else is?

We had a horrific experience when visiting cloud nine while holidaying in Fiji, August 2023. Drinks were VERY expensive. $18 for a small bottle of cider or $40 for a cocktail! Management (a man who told me his name was Ash) was well out of his depth and this showed during our experience on cloud nine. We had a large group of family, and as such organised a private charter through our resort. We were advised that by doing this we would be able to go to cloud nine and return from cloud nine at any time during the opening hours. We chose to be picked up at midday and return at 5 pm. This was confirmed by our booking office and our boat driver. Upon arrival at cloud nine the staff member advised our driver to pick us up at 1:30 pm. The time was now 12:30 pm. This would have given us one hour on board following a very hefty sum transfer. We told the staff member we had booked until 5 pm. They then tried to negotiate a 2:30 pm pick up. Eventually, both parties agreed on a 4 pm pick up. At 2:30 pm, our driver arrived and advised us cloud nine had rung our resort and instructed them to collect us early. This was completely without our knowledge or agreement. We had just ordered an entire round of pizzas and drinks as per our agreement to leave at 4 pm we still had another hour and a half left on board. When I questioned the early arrival of our boat, the manager named Ash approached and advised that they had accepted too many bookings that day and were overloaded for their licence and that is why we had to leave. Through no fault of our own, but purely because cloud nine had taken too many people on board. Obviously this was disappointing to hear and I advised Ash we had just ordered a round of pizzas and drinks. His response in an incredibly rude and condescending way “I suppose you will have to eat and leave“. Not exactly the response you expect to hear as a paying customer who has done absolutely nothing wrong! I explained to Ash that I felt this was not really fair as we had booked until 4 pm. Again Ash responded telling me it was “not his problem” and to “take it up with our booking office”. I began to rebut this but before I could get a word in Ash became extremely agitated and proceeded to ask us to leave the boat immediately. Essentially, making us feel extremely unwelcome and quite frankly like we had done something wrong, which while Ash advised our early departure time was due to cloud 9’s error alone, his demeanour and attitude did not reflect this at all. Not a single apology or offer to fix. It was quite clear Ash was worried that he had overloaded the boat and getting us off it was a priority. Made to feel like absolutely nothing and missed out on half an experience we will never get back. Not to mention the cost of the charter there made harder to swallow due to the short stay! Will not be returning and certainly will not be recommending.

Started with the driver service from my hotel to the pier. Ended up being in an enclosed van with a bunch of rowdy, drunk Australians, who obviously had no sense of how their obnoxious behavior affected others. By the time I got to the pier, I already had a major headache. Boat ride to the floating pier was agonizingly long. Once we got to the pier, the experience was underwhelming at best! Very little to do except drink, and watch a whole bunch of obnoxious, drunk 20 something’s act like fools! The best part of the day was the staff, who were great as well as swimming and the beautiful waters of Fiji.

LEGEND has it…..in a highly guarded secret location somewhere in the South Pacific off the tropical Fijian coastline adrift upon the warm marbled teal coloured coral rich waters teeming with aquatic life the mythic “Cloud 9” awaits. It’s a place where fun, food, love, laughter and libations collide creating a kaleidoscope of carefree everlasting memories. ❤️. We swam. We snorkelled. We drank. We sang. We dined, we danced and we drank some more. When we drank enough we dove (well jumped actually) into the welcoming waters far below the top deck buoyed by imbibed bravery……and then we drank some more. Cloud 9: come with an open heart and leave with your soul sated. ❤️👍

The Cloud 9 experience was the best time in Fiji. The 1pm slot does book up fast so I suggest booking a couple days in advance. We booked the 9am slot and I thought it was the perfect time to go. You get to relax with the amazing 360 views which included your bar tab and snorkeling. My husband and I had a blast. The customer service was great. 10/10 highly recommend.

This was one of the funnest day trips I've ever taken. It's literally an afternoon (or morning if you have children), of day drinking, dancing to the DJ, making new friends and jumping into the clear blue sea! The drinks and pizza are priced well (same as we pay in NZ), and everyone is in a party mood. I really loved dancing and befriending people of all ages.
I loved this afternoon so much I booked it again for Sep 2024 trip... However we were cancelled due to bad weather, which can happen, and they will try and rebook or if not refund your money.

The Floating Platform with incredible view "Cloud 9" in the middle of blue ocean waters. I enjoyed my time on it with good food and friendly staff. With hotel pick-up and drop-off, I think this trip is worth the money, because then you don't have to think about taking the taxi and be overcharged by the taxi drivers. Note that the only real food you can get is pizza but there's a good variety. You can definitely do this trip even though you aren't a party person but compared to other trips I would say this is is more for the party people.
A little note: On the platform, I got a bit confused of how the voucher for food and beverages was working. At first, I bought a drink and handed my voucher to the staff member/cashier. He took the voucher and told me that my name would be called when the drink is ready. The confusing part was that I still had money left but he didn't say anything about it or handed me my voucher back. But it turned out that the voucher was registered under my name in the system, so next time I order something, I should just tell them my name.

The provider assisted and organised our transfers to and from The Warwick on the Coral Coast and timing across the transfer to boarding was flawless.
Travel to the Cloud9 floating bar was only 1hr but was an easy and comfortable trip.
Upon arrival we were provided with our bar credits and found the cocktail and drink options to be great and ultra affordable (generally 30FJD and 40FJD, or 19AUD to 25AUD). Not bad for the location.
The pizza and calzones on the menu were next level and had a wide variety of options. Tasted great and was awesome to enjoy from the top deck overlooking the ocean.
Highly recommend, it made for a great day and photos.

You might be cutting it very fine. I boarded to main boat to go back to the port at 2pm. There were other private boats picking and dropping off others during the day. You might have to talk to the desk when you check in for the trip at the port.
It is a hour and half boat ride back to the port, then roughly a hour to lautoka.

Times vary depending on where you are leaving from but they had an earlier mid-day option and a later early afternoon option. I think it was around 4.5 hours in total.

Otherwise just get yourself to denerau by local taxi, would be cheaper and then go to the cloud nine office at the Harbour

My friend and I will be arriving in Nandi at 5:30 AM August 12th and will spend one day in Denarau and then several nights/days in the Mamanuca islands and several nights/days in the yawsawa islands, total of two weeks. Is the only way to get to cloud nine from Denarau or do they offer rides in from the Mamanuca islands in the Yasawa islands? Just wondering if we have to make it only happened the first day or if we can go anytime to cloud nine from the islands?

We missed our “group boat” and paid for a private water taxi from the intercontinental (expensive) So many locals will get you there no problem or have your hotel set it up. I was there for my birthday in March. It’s worth every penny!!! Make it happen.
