Cusco by Night: Planetarium Cusco, Dinner, and Pisco Sour
From US$68.00
Overview
This guided nighttime tour takes you on a curated night out designed to showcase the best of what Cusco, the Peruvian capital, has to offer. With a small group of just eight people and a guide, see the city sights lit up in the Cusco Historic Center, go stargazing at the Planetarium, and wind up with an authentic Peruvian dinner and a pisco sour.
What to Expect
Begin your late-day tour with a stroll to the San Pedro Market, a hidden gem where the locals shop. Learn about the variety of native fruits and vegetables, taste some, and get a peek at traditional medicinal herb offerings. Head over to the main square to have a pisco sour (the national drink) and learn about Peru's pisco production.

The next stop is the planetarium, where you'll listen to a presentation from astronomers about the night sky in Peru. Get a chance to check out the Southern Hemisphere's constellations through the planetarium's powerful telescopes.

Wind up your evening tour of Cusco with a traditional Peruvian dinner and a walking tour of the historical center to see the city landmarks lit up dramatically for the night. If you find yourself indecisive or overwhelmed on what to do on your evenings in Cusco, this tour is for you.

Great way to find your feet

We did this on our first day, not wanting to overdo it when we first arrived. Finding the "real" market, having the planetarium trip and transport organised and included in the prices, and then being taken for dinner was very welcome in a strange city....More
