Valparaiso and Emiliana Vineyard Tour from Santiago
Combine two great Chilean attractions into one with this 9-hour trip to charming Valparaiso and then the Emiliana Vineyard. Head to the Casablanca Valley where you’ll enjoy four included tastings as you learn about Chile’s burgeoning wine industry. Then explore sights like ‘La Sebastiana’ house in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Valparaiso.
What to Expect
Receive a morning pickup from your Santiago, Providencia, Las Condes, or Vitacura accommodations, after which you’ll head by bus to Chile’s Casablanca Valley to begin the wine-focused portion of your trip.

Stop by Emiliana Winery, offering the perfect chance to take an in-depth look at Chile’s internationally-recognized wine-making industry. Sample four of this winemaking operation’s top vintages during an included tasting and then soak up the beautiful atmosphere of this important agricultural area known for its cheese making and fruit production.

Continue the trip by proceeding to Valparaiso, a charming port city located on the Chilean coast. Take a closer look at the colorful architecture of this hilly coastal town, stopping by “La Sebastiana” (the former home of writer Pablo Neruda) where you’ll have included admission. Then begin the trip back to Santiago, pausing in the resort town of Viña del Mar for lunch (own expense). You’ll be dropped back at your accommodations in and around Santiago at the end of the trip.

No. Funicular is not included but the visit to Valparaiso is great as lunch takes place at a nice restaurant up-hill so the views are spectacular.
