They would pick u up from your place if you're staying in Jakarta City. The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable about the places that we've visited and gave us detailed explanation and introduction. the driver was driving steadily that I could sleep soundly during trip.

I have stayed at this hotel for so many years since 2012, every time I visit Jakarta. Never had a bad experience. The staff has the most high-quality services with respect, politeness, friendliness, and attention to detail remains. This hotel has always made me feel like home beside very comfortable and immaculate. Last but not least, one of my favorite employees is Katherine when I come for breakfast at Sailendra. The last time I was here, I was sick for two days and didn't come for breakfast, then she was genuinely sending me a breakfast for me to deliver to my room. It was unexpectedly and this is why I've always felt like home when I stay here. She is a very attentive and genuinely good employee that I've known her since 2012. Also, Nurul (Sailendra employee) is such a good employee as well, and so Aksa, the receptionist, is very helpful and professional. Adjie, the cleaning room man, is very polite and has cleaned my room so spotless. I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel. Thanks, JW Marriott, for having such professional and genuine employees.

This was a full day but worth the commitment of time We covered an array of sights and events including a puppet show and local music, visits to museums and monuments and even had time for shopping The guides were great and very helpful

This was my first guided tour in Indonesia...and I'm so glad I booked it! My family really wanted a relaxing but enjoyable experience that wasn't too packed and this package delivered. Our guide Rizky was extremely knowledgeable as well as (and more importantly) funny and flexible--his English was great and he really made sure we were comfortable the entire tour. Our driver, Mami, was a true professional and his skills were a sight to behold! So much so that we dubbed him with a new nickname worthy of his capabilities: Mami Whoosh, after Indonesia's high-speed bullet train. I have no hesitations about recommending this tour to groups of any age. Thanks again, Rizky and Mami Whoosh, for making the day such a pleasant and informative experience!

Best One-day trip ever. Beautyfull landscape and the hot springs was one of the most enjoyable things I’ve tried. Our tour guide Risky, was top notch - he was kind, knowledgeable about the tour and well coordinated. 100% recommendations!!

Risky was a freakin legend, he deserves a raise. I would really recommend trying the roadtrip with Risky. It was very fun.

We did the trip with our tour guide Tashia and had a really great experience. We learned a lot about the city of Jacarta and about the culture of the people. The tour is neither too long nor too short and I think it covers the most important and interesting stops. It is very good to get a great overview of the city and because you can always relax between the spots in the car it is not too exhausting with the temperatures. Also I liked the small group size with just us and Tashia so you can really follow all along and ask questions. Besides with Tashia it was the perfect mix of learning a lot and also laughing a lot. Awesome day trip with friends where we got to see attractions outside of the city of Jakarta. Amazing memories that we are so happy we spent the day doing. Highly recommend this excursion. Every visit we did was very fun and unique and would not have been able to do without the guide. Rizky and driver were very friendly, engaged, and knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant.

Where to start? Catherine was an amazing Tourguide! The tour has some very insightful facts into the Indonesian history mixed with peculiar “oh I didn’t know that”moments. Half a day well spent and everything made easy by being picked up and dropped off even though I was staying 20Km away from Jakarta for a tiny extra fee.

This tour provides an excellent introduction to Jakarta, taking you to some places new, some old, and those in between. The street food was delicious. Tour guide Tashia does an excellent job, is polite and professional, and very knowledgeable as to the city. Driver Andy provides a safe experience in challenging traffic conditions. Absolutely no reflection on the tour, but maybe best to avoid scheduling your Jakarta trip when the Pope is in town. Would highly recommend this tour!
