We were in Beijing for a 24 hours to make scale and we contacted with Larry to do a private tour and it was realy cool. He is kind and nice and respectful. We were in the great wall of China, in the forbbiden city, summer palace, tour for the old town, silk market and tipical dinner in a very good restaurant and cheap, and finaly we decided to see a Kung Fu show. If we come back to Beijing, i call again to Larry. Thanks for this experience!

Larry was our driver to the Great Wall. Throughout our experience, he was was on time every step of the way. During the drive, he gave us a good history of The Wall. While hiking, he purchased discount tickets online for the Kung Fu show in the Red Theatre for us. He met us out front of the theatre the next night 30 minutes prior to the show to give us the tickets. After realizing we paid him too much, he found us in the theatre to return the extra money. You can trust Larry will take care of you at an honest price.

It was a really great tour. Our driver Bill was polite and patient, giving us great directions onto the wall. Once there we were treated to some stunning views, the challenge of some parts made it all the more adventurous! Would recommend!

It was an unexpected day! I believe there is no better way to know Great Wall. Larry met us at the train station, took us to the Summer Palace, he is an excellent tour guide. It gave us very interesting information about the history of china, without being tiring ... in fact, tiring is something Larry is not. Extremely polite and knows how to leave visitors at ease. On the second day we went to Great Wall. A great private wall. Only me and my wife! It is an area of ​​the Great Wall that tourists will not go to. Larry can also take you off the common tourist hotspots to get away from the busy areas and long lines, meaning you get to see the best bits of China, and more of it! This visit was incredible. Larry was so helpful, and nice ! He waited for me at the airport and drove me to the wall, with great talks along the way. He then dropped me off in th city centre of Beijing, right next to where my hostel was. I had a perfect service, with quality talk and beautiful pictures as an extra bonus. Unforgettable !

Larry is a great driver and guide to have when visiting Beijing! He waited for us at the airport with a sign and we had a quick exit out of the airport. Larry gave great recommendations such as; places to eat, the Kung Fu show, and souvenir shops. Larry has great English and provided commentary to significant places in Beijing. He is well organized and knowledgeable, leading to an overall great experience!

I really can’t say enough good things about Larry, as he went above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a driver to take my husband and I to the Jinshanling part of the Great Wall and found great reviews here. His responses to my initial emails were immediate, so I booked him with a deposit via PayPal. He was prompt upon pickup, called me when he arrived and greeted us with a smile. Our 4 hour (total) drive time went quickly since he was an interesting and informative conversationalist. He also let me charge my devices when needed. Without our request, he helped us to communicate with the staff to buy our entrance tickets. He then rode with us on the electric car that took us to the cable car lift and helped us to buy the lift ticket as well. Along the way, we took pictures and bought coffee and he was patient with our stops. He gave us all the info we needed for our hike, and had bottles of water waiting for us when we were done. He even tried to help set up our WeChat/Alipay and offered to help us buy tickets for a KungFu show. I highly recommend Larry and am glad that the reviews were on point about him. Larry’s service was outstanding from the very beginning! From the very start of our trip he was extremely accommodating to us and was able to communicate in English very well which was amazing for us since we don’t speak much Mandarin. He picked us up from the airport with ease, drove us to a not so crowded part of the Great Wall of China, and waited for us to finish to then take us back to our hotel. All while being very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go in the city. The service was overall exactly what we were looking for and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a driver in Beijing!

It was a great trip, Larry picked us up from the hotel, was very punctual, outside waiting right on time. When he drove us to the start of the hike his car was nice and comfortable, and he directed us in the right direction, good directions, the hike through wild Jiankou was beautiful, and then it was nice to see the restored section at Mutianyu. At the end he was waiting right where he said he would be. Great trip. And then he dropped us off at a restaurant on the way home, very convenient.
