Nile Dinner Cruise in Cairo with Belly Dancing and Hotel Transfer

Overview
The Nile River flows through 11 countries, but it is most closely connected to Egypt, where it looms large in the history and culture of the region. See the world’s longest river during this entertaining cruise past the Cairo skyline. You’ll top off the tour with a hot dinner buffet and a traditional cultural performance with belly dancers and Sufi dervishes.
What to Expect
Get a front-row peek at Cairo’s spectacular skyline in an unforgettable cruise on one of the world’s most famous bodies of water.
After a front-door pickup from your Cairo hotel, board your riverboat at the dock and feel the rhythm of the water as the captain cruises into the Nile’s current. Get ready to take a ride on the river that has inspired countless poems, artwork, and songs throughout the centuries.
While Arabic music plays, belly dancers perform a predinner show, giving you a taste of traditional moves. Then, it’s time to hit the buffet: hot and cold dishes, including meats, salads, rice, and a tasty dessert spread.
During the next performance, whirling dervishes, known as Tanoura dancers, hit the stage to Sufi music, showcasing traditional Egyptian religious devotion. You’ll have time to head to the deck for a remarkable perspective on Egypt’s bustling capital city before returning to the shore.

Typical dinner cruise

Standard touristy meal on a boat. Salad bar with choice of main course, all the food was good, nothing exceptional but tasty. Watch out for the bar tab, wine is ok but pricy, mixed drinks were way too expensive plus they add taxes and service...More

Poor experience - but a nice night out for tour guides

Our tour guide and driver were on time. But we weren't sure why we needed a tour guide for this event. It was a 2 hour cruise and we were hoping to have a scenic, relatively romantic night out with each other. But instead, our...More

Very disappointing

There are two great things about this cruise - the sufi dervish show and the views from the top level (which is not where you get seated). Seated on the first level, you can’t see much while cruising. There is a lot of foreign (not...More
