Had a fantastic time, our tour guide was very knowledgeablle and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a hassle free, safe tour in Cairo. A very reliable and great alternative to booking through your hotel, couldnt recommend highly enough!

We booked a full-day tour from Aswan to Luxor with Emo Tours, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, it was a complete letdown. For $210 (two people), we were promised a guided tour and lunch while visiting two temples from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The real issue? Lunch. At 1 PM, we asked the driver about it, and he told us it was scheduled for 2 PM. Turns out, no reservation had been made, and the actual plan was to have lunch in Aswan at 4:45 PM—right at the end of the tour. Absolutely unacceptable after a full day of travel. To make matters worse, we had previously booked with Emo Tours via Viator and had a decent experience. But booking directly with them? A completely different story. The service and guide quality were significantly worse. We reached out to their support on WhatsApp, but honestly, for $105 per person, this tour was a complete rip-off. Do yourself a favor and book with someone else.

The camel ride was amazing! It was great to ride a camel with the view of the piramide! My guide, Kiro, was very friendly and always available to take a lot of pictures during the tour. I suggest this tour!!!

One of the most remarkable experiences ever! If you want to know Egypt you can't miss these locations. Again, Emo Tours provided us an amazing experience, from picking us at the hotel, provinding an incridible guide, Khalaf who were super kind and dedicated! He was able to teach us everything about these places and was essential for our experience. Besides that, water was provided and a car with air conditing took us location to location. Defenitely, recommed Emo Tours to help anyone to get to know the Pyramides!

The experience were great from the begging! Hamada was very kind and arranged everything for us. Emo tour picked us at out hotel and left us at the cruise (The Pharaos). The cruise was very pretty and the decoration screamed Egypt. The buffet had many options and the food was very good with various deserts. The attractions were very nice and the experience worth every second, really recommend it for those who what to had a fun and cosy experience with family and friends. At the end, Hamada took us back to the hotel. We had a great experience with Emo Tour :P)

The boat ride on the Nile was lovely, a great escape from the busy capital. Our guide Mustafa was very friendly and helpful. The boat ride on the felucca was really charming, would definitely recommend!

We booked multiple tours/ events on-line with EMO Tours in Cairo. We had issues with every pickup, where drivers went to the wrong pickup location and/or were significantly late. At the heart of these issues was EMO not providing either client or driver with the other’s contact information. We later learned that EMO forbid sharing contact information in fear that a client could setup future tours directly with a guide/ driver without EMO getting the revenue. Instead, we had to communicate with the EMO front office acting as the “middleman.” This “relayed” communication became even more fractured outside of regular business hours. The above resulted in delays and miscommunication, along with our anxiety and escalating frustration. For one evening event; we would’ve been at least ½ hour late for a one-hour Sound & Light show. With an absent driver, we cancelled and asked for (but never received) a refund. I documented and registered a dispute with my credit card company using a WhatsApp log as evidence of the smattered communication we had with the front office (either the driver was lying to the front office, or the front office was giving us affirmations while being ignorant of the situation).

Great tour, very easy to organise and super friendly, knowledgeable guide in Ahmed Essam. He knew all the best things to do at each location and we were very well looked after. Punctual and very nice car, safe driving. We took our two young kids and had a brilliant time. Detour to the papyrus shop was good, nobody was pushy, nice atmosphere. Very good lunch included.

Best tour and ride ever. First time on a quad bike and it was so awesome. Tour was amazing and relaxed. I loved every moment, from the private car pick up at the hotel to the quad bikes and the rides to the pyramids with amazing pictures

It was an amazing trip! Hassan is very good and interesting guide. He came so warm atmosphere and nice friendly conversation. Tour was full of perfect experience. Three beautiful deserts - stunning views. And the finale step was sunset in the black desert. The camp was perfect with good food and nice houses. The day was ended by sitting next to camp fire telling different stories and drinking tasty tea

In late January 2025, we did a full-day road trip to Alexandria. Our driver “Hussein” spent 2/3 of the time on the freeway (including on the way back to Cairo) using one hand on his cell phone to dial/ answer/ speak with various people; while speeding up to 30 kilometers over the speed limit (both illegal). For us, his most repetitive and grueling conversations were consoling a woman who had screaming children in the background. Our driver knew so little English that no matter what I said or how I motioned he didn’t get it that my wife was cold and wanted him to roll up his windows and turn on the heater. His astounding response to us was “Cafe”? We met our guide in Alexandria (helpful and knowledgeable, but only spoke at each point-of-interest). She was dismayed when our driver’s car was at one of our stops; but he wasn’t. He showed up 15 minutes later with two other men???

We had a great time, visited everything that was listed. A wider and more detailed explanation of sites would be awesome.

Nice ambiance.. lovely buffet food & show was very entertaining.. We really enjoyed this activity . Our tour guide was Hassan Adel , a very nice guy, very friendly, chatty & made us felt safe from picking us up from our hotel & back. It’s our best night in Cairo. We will surely recommend this tour to our friends

What a beautiful evening cruise on The Nile. We had Mohamed and Aya as our host pick up and drop off to ensure a smooth transition on and off boat. Music and entertainment was five star. A true immersion into Egyptian culture and upbeat vibes. We felt safe and had a lot of fun. Food for a dinner cruise was very good. Great selection for appetizers, dinner and dessert. Would thoroughly recommend this particular tour and it’s polite and courteous on time service. A must do. And very classy.

Meena was an amazing tour guide. She made our trip the best experience ever! She had a vast wealth of knowledge about each place we went to, from the Mesuems to the pyramids. She always brought a lot of energy to her tours, which kept us having a great time while we hit so many places in a short amount of days.
