Excellent visit to the Salt Cathedral, the salt mine, and the small town nearby
We had a great tour leader who perfectly managed our mixed English and Spanish speaking group. The audio guides in the cathedral were good and helpful. Bring headphones to free up your hands. Beautiful place. Cute town and we all opted in for lunch which was fantastic

      Informative, Fun & Exceeded Expectations
Our guide for the day was Nestor. Bilingual in English and Spanish. He was well informed and professional. We loved getting off the bus to tour a site or an area from 5-15+ minutes. We stayed on bus for all 4 hours but got to have extra time for lunch in our own. Nestor encouraged questions. Well worth every minute to learn more about Bogata!!!

Excellent experience, great guide and driver.
Highly recommend getting this pass early in your vacation. Our guide Steven was incredibly knowledgable and very helpful with questions/recommendations. We unfortunately left this until the end of our holiday but the tour was great nonetheless. I would get it sooner to get a good idea of the city and then use the others days as transportation and spend more time at each spot (like they recommend) Driver was great, trip felt perfectly safe and comfortable. Thanks again Steven!

      Great guide and itinerary
Nestor was a fabulous guide and seamlessly switched between Spanish and English so everyone could enjoy the experience. We covered a lot of ground in four hours and I felt like I got a real sense of this fabulous city. Thank you Nestor!

Bogotá bus tour gives a great overview of the city
We took this tour our first day in Bogota. It’s a great introduction to the city and has helped us decide what neighborhoods to visit. Our guide was excellent and accommodating to English speakers (thank you!). We were there during the rainy season and weren’t THAT surprised it was storming. That made a sightseeing tour by bus extra appealing, and we were grateful it wasn’t canceled. We did get off the bus (they provided umbrellas) at a few stops. We were able to see a demonstration at an emerald store – where I also tried coca tea – then we did some souvenir shopping and went to a marker with beautiful fruits and delicious fresh juice. Our walk took us past some beautiful graffiti – I want to call some of them murals to give them judtice. The company offers other tours to get a deeper cultural experience, which we would have loved to do if we had more time. This tour was very much an overview and exactly what we wanted since we were jet-lagged and acclimating to the altitude. The tour allowed us to see many places we won’t have time to visit individually. In addition, the tour included museum passes that we will be putting to use today.

More of a hop on only once bus.
I'm not sure if the bus even looks like the one in the picture because I sat in the corner of juan valdez coffee for 45 minutes and had a good lookout of both streets and never saw the bus. It would be great if there was a map that showed the possible areas the bus might stop at each point. It isn't really a hop on and off bus because there is only one chance to get on. If you miss it that's it as there is only one bus. I had one chance to use it and took a taxi to and from the first point. It was a real let down.

Will never use Viator again. Wasted time and money for no-show.
No show, wasted entire morning. No response, no contact, dangerous to use when traveling to new country and they leave you stranded not spending the language.

      Salt Cathedral Zipaquira
I had a nice experience in this tour package. Our guide (Esteban) is kind, approachable and accommodating. My experience of many tours that i had before, this is one of the best one. It makes a difference if the guide of the tour is enjoyable and enthusiastic. It’s my first time to booked a tour in tripadvisor and it wil not be the last..

      Great experience
I cannot describe how much we enjoyed this tour. Fabio has a wonderful way of introducing his city. We felt like we hired a friend for the day. He was professional yet personable. Far exceeded all our expectations. Another special thanks also for driver Carlos.

      Thanks Sebastian and Esteban.
Thank you Esteban and Sebastian for being amazing tourist professionals. Bogota, Guatavita and Zipaquirá is better understood now thanks to the knowledge given by you while being on the tour. Your genuine persona makes traveling in Bogota much more friendly. This company is lucky to have you both.

      Great experience!
Great experience and customer service! Booking the tour was very easy through their website. After we booked we received two emails 1 with our ticket and 1 requesting our ID information and when/where we were planning on catching the tour bus. The bus was very comfortable and great for our three year old to be able to see out the windows! On Saturday we took a taxi down to La Candelaria on Saturday morning and walked around part of it and walked Carrera 7 up to the International Center stop to catch the bus and to the part of the afternoon tour. We ended up being the only group on the tour that day. We really enjoyed all the stops and learning some history about Bogota. Some of the videos that history that the guide gave was not totally appropriate for our three year old, but luckily he was distracted by everything outside. The bus dropped us off at our hotel instead of taking us all the way back to the 93. On Monday morning we took a taxi up to the park and caught part of the tour that we missed on Saturday. This also included several great stops. We were lucky the other group with us was also a family with a young child, so they were very patient with our kid. If you have a family this trip might be a little pricey to get tickets for everyone, but it was a great way to get around the city and learn the neighborhoods, architecture, art, history and much more.

      Best Private Tour for me!
Mauricio was an excellent tour guide. And he was the perfect guide for me! We shared an equal love for photography and architecture and history. He knew all the places I would most like to see. And he shared them with an infectious joy and lots of information. He really loves this city and is able to share that with great enthusiasm. He made me fall in love with Bogota.

I was searching for a good layover tour in Bogota and found this company. The communication is great from planning to booking and the tour itself. They reply almost immediately to my questions and concerns over Facebook messenger and WhatsApp. My flight arrived in Bogota at around 5:30 am and the company said that the driver/guide will pick me up at 6:30. After I arrived I got through immigration, customs and had exchanged some money at the airport and when I was about to get to the meeting point I already saw the driver/guide (Alex) with my name waiting for outside. He was early 😊. He spoke good English and since I arrived early a lot of the stores/restaurants are still closed so he showed me around Bogota showing me the street arts around the city (which is great since you can just see them anytime and I love street art) and a place overlooking Bogota. Alex is very knowledgeable and very informative about the city. He was able to accommodate my request to go to this certain cafe I wanted to try. I would recommend Bogota Pass to anyone who has a long layover.

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
