Absolutely disgusting. Everyone had BO and toe jam. They were extremely abusive to the camels. It was unsanitary and vile

We booked the the private tour from Abu Dhabi to Al Ain. While the booking went well, the guide was basically a driver with very low english knowhow. Not even basic basic communication was possible. Therefore he was not a guide just a driver which had no knowhow about the tour itself. He was using google maps to drive us from around. Furthermore the driver was constantly talking on his phone instead of taking care of the traffic. Also there was NO feedback from trip arabia about our complainment. I would not recommend Trip Arabia to anybody, sorry, this is a no go!

Actually this is a review for the afternoon safari with bbq, because there was some trouble with the car, and they changed our booking. It was an excellent safari. We enjoyed it very much. Dune bashing, quad riding, sandboarding, dinner, the show… everything was so good that you shouldn’t miss it! Unlimited Soft drinks, smoking area and you can buy alcohol. And Aziz, our driver, was so nice and at our service! Thank you, Aziz!

Overall this company delivered, but not everything was as promised. One day before our reservation we were told that they could not pick us up in Al Ain even though pick-up is included in the ticket price. Luckily we had a car, but we had to use our gas to drive one hour in each direction, and we didn't receive any discount for this inconvenience and expense. In addition, we did not visit a camel farm as promised, nor was there unlimited shisha - you had to pay extra if you wanted more than just a try. Most disappointing was that none of the staff spoke much English, so there was no cultural explanation or educative component to the evening. It was pure entertainment without any accompanying description of what we were experiencing. The staff could barely respond to the simplest of questions; they were obviously not from the Gulf region. We don't regret doing it, but it was overpriced and we felt taken advantage of as tourists.

Firstly, the trip was fab and enjoyed the sand dunes and quad biking (guide friendly). The problem was we booked for an early morning slot only to find out the same morning they had changed this by 3 hours later…. No warning, no cancellation option, no reason … just a message saying driver would pick up at 8 instead of 5am… already up by that time ….didn’t know if it was a mistake … no contact details… this completely ruined the plans we had for the rest of the day … why have a time if they then change it last minute. Company non apologetic and basically tough!

One month ago I booked a fishing trip for this morning, 21 January. 1500aed for 6 hours. I talked a lot with the guy on WhatsApp +971 50 509 2801. Last year I fished with that guy and same company. But yesterday evening at 11pm he wrote me very late the sea was bad he preferred to cancel and replace for afternoon. The sea is perfect I told him to send me the weather issue but of course he didn't. I think he found somebody else who paid more. It's a shame !! He told me he checks boat during night so we have been there at 6am but nobody there and of course he locked my number phone so impossible to call and write him now. Shame on your company !!

砂丘のドライブはかなり揺れるので、車酔いする人は事前にスタッフに申告した方が良いです。 私が参加したときは、他の参加者が少なかったために滞在場所で自由行動の時間がありすぎました。ただし、自由に飲める飲料もありますし、砂丘に登って景色を十分堪能することができました。 11月頭に参加したのですが、夜もそこまで寒くなかったです。気になる人は薄手のカーディガン一枚あれば十分問題ないと思います。 食事もそこまで期待していなかったのですが、炭火焼きしたチキンやビーフもあり、意外に美味しかったです。 The dune drive is quite bumpy, so it's advisable to declare in advance if you get carsick. At that time I participate this tour, there were not many participants. So there was too much free time at that place. But I could drink some beverages freely and climb the dunes to enjoy viewing. I took part in the tour at the beginning of Nov, I didn't feel cold. If you worried about the temperature, I think it's enough to take a cardigan. Honestly, I didn't expect that the meal is good, but they serve chickens and beefs which charcoal and grilled. It's so nice.

Very professionally arranged safari. We got all that we expected and even more! We were looking for something reasonably priced and this went way beyond our expectations. Extremely friendy, polite an helpful staff. And a great show.

10/10, guide was brilliant, all activities as advertised. Our personal favourite was the quad bike. Great day from start to finish

Fantastic experience with a great tour guide Arif my family did the morning desert safari and it was amazing! Such a great experience

I was initially a little apprehensive of booking the excursion given the limited reviews. However, I would definitely recommend booking this tour! Our tour guide(driver) arrived punctually and collected us from outside of our hotel. After picking up the other guests, we made our way to the desert where we first stopped at a camel farm. I had the opportunity to feed the camel. Following this, we went on a sand dune bashing. An extremely thrilling experience and the car was handled well adding to the experience. We stopped for photos and the tour guide was very helpful in assisting with photographs and poses. Through the sand dunes, we eventually made our way through to camp where we jumped on to a quad bike. It was an enjoyable quad tour and was able to speed through the desert on the quads following a tour guide. It was exciting and challenging to handle the quads and well worth the experience. We was able to get a few selfies and videos whilst on the quad. Once we returned, we jumped on to a camel and was given a quick camel ride with the guide offering to take plenty of pictures of us whilst we was up there. We attempted to do the sand boarding/skiing but struggled with the sand being smooth to slide down. We would need to climb a higher sand dune to get the full experience but given the heat, we did not have the energy to climb the higher dune. Unfortunately, we did not get to dress up to take photos which I would of really loved to have the opportunity to do. Also, at the time of booking it states dates with Arabic tea and coffee but this also was not provided which was a shame. Overall, it was an amazing and thrilling experience which we would definitely recommend!

All exactly as stated. Had lots of fun. The sand skiing was on a very short dune and the camel ride was really short.

The experience was nice with a good driver Mahmoud. We should have paid a little less as the belly dancer did not perform due to Ramadan season.

Highly well organized. The people from Arabia Trip were very flexible in rescheduling the trip, adding more tourists and we're very polite and reliable. Excellent services. Go for it.

Very nice trip into the Abu Dhabi dessert. Good quality Quads, very friendly staff. Punctual and nice ride from hotel and back
