Overview
Visit two major attractions of southern Vietnam — one historical, one natural, both cultural — on this 11-hour tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta from Ho Chi Minh City. Explore the tunnel system and learn about its role as a hospital, living quarters, storage, and more during wartime, and then cruise through the canals of the delta on a motorboat and rowboat to visit a village.
What to Expect
This VIP full-day Tour (max 7 participants a group with VIP Limousine Transfers). (In case your family has more than 7 people, you can still book and We will use the bigger VIP Limousine and the Tour is for your own family only) takes you from Ho Chi Minh city to 2 popular attractions: Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta

7:45AM. We will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city by a VIP Car (with seats luxuriously designed in passenger cabin) and head to Cu Chi tunnels where you will explore and learn about the Vietnam War resistance the US Forces. You can crawl short distances through the tunnels. Learn about how different types of booby trap - the symbol of guerrilla warfare - were created and set up. If you get adventurous, you can buy bullets to fire a real AK-47

11:30AM. We depart for Mekong Delta. On the way, we stop by at a local restaurant to enjoy a lunch with Vietnamese Cuisine (Halal & Veggie food available)

13:30PM. Arrive Mekong Delta, take a small row boat to paddle along the small canals under fronds of coconut trees lining both sides. Get on the motor boat to cruise to the coconut island. We disembark at a local family to enjoy tropical fruits, taste honey tea, honey wine, see how the local products are made, and enjoy a live local music performance performed by the villagers.

16:00PM. Strolling along the countryside roads to get to know the locals going about their day. Relax with the peaceful atmosphere, then say goodbye and depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

Around 17:45PM to 18:15PM. Arrive Ho Chi Minh city. We take you back to your hotel.

Wonderful Vietnam Experience

Duc (Alex) was the perfect guide. He was very knowledgeable and a comedian at heart. The tour itself was diverse and something someone would spend a week planning out on their own and still wouldn't get the seamless experience of hopping from a candy factory...More

Well it doesn't entail too much walking or any climbing at all, hence a decently active person in their 60's can book this tour
