We enjoyed a great experience on a day cruise to Bai Tu Long bay: super comfortable transport, great onsite organization and communication between the agency and local guides. We felt very well taken care of, everyone on bord and on the ground was very thoughtful and willing to cater to any needs. A day tour to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi is a fantastic experience! The natural scenery is breathtaking, with stunning limestone formations rising from the emerald waters. The boat was excellent—comfortable and well-organized—making the trip even more enjoyable. Lunch was included and delicious, and the small tour group made for a more personal and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site in a day!

If you have only one day this is a good option, but if you're a vegetarian you'll be put on another floor and won't hear the explanations from the guide. I have also upsold a mini boat tour 5min before the strat of it and without clear explanations on what happens if I don't.

The views were amazing. Good time was had by all. Had the vegetarian meal on the boat even though I’m not one. The meal was great. I’ve taken other tours in Vietnam and the vegetarian dishes always look better than the meat ones

We just had our half day tour with transfer from and to our hotel and the whole experience was amazing! Pick on time, all the activities were done and the service was fantastic (great food - a lot of food - tour guide, huge clean boat). All in all everything went smoothly and we are all very happy. I will highly recommend their services!!!

The trip was everything as stated. Trang was a very good hostess who met us at the counter at Halong bay terminal and guided us all afternoon long keeping us very much to time. We selected the tour to meet our docking time on celebrity Soltice and give us the tour that celebrity wanted to charge the earth for. Fantastic time kayaking, good food and plenty of it. Would have been 5/5 but the attendants missed giving us bowls for the seafood broth and drinks were a little pricey compared with cost of trip Good communication by WhatsApp before meeting Don’t be put off by the heavy ware the boat has taken, they all seem to get battle scars in the jostle for position in and out of destination docks Would easily recommend the trip and great value for money

The trip was very amazing and the people very nice. It was very touristy but they warned us about that so we new before that we wouldn’t be alone at the three stops.

I gave them a time frame and an area of a Vietnam I was interested in visiting and they gave me some options to pick from. They planned all transport between as well. Exactly what I asked for and nice accommodations as well.

Would have preferred a smaller group and less time at ‘gas stations’ cruise was ok , food average , just nothing exceptional,

I had an amazing day - it was a full day of fun and 100% with the price. The tour guide Sonny was great, gave us interesting facts (and I love facts), had a smile the whole day and was very helpful. Sonny made the day a lot better. This is definitely a good tour to do full day of actives.
