Bangkok by Night: Temples, Markets and Food by Tuk-Tuk
From US$66.35
Low Price Guarantee
Overview
During the day, Bangkok’s soaring temperatures can make sightseeing an uncomfortable experience. Discover Thailand’s capital when you feel cooler and calmer on an evening tour by tuk tuk, a great way for first-time visitors to orient themselves in bustling Bangkok. Bypass the city’s traffic jams, avoid daytime crowds, and admire the Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho) illuminated by night. Dinner and dessert are included.
What to Expect

Greet your guide in central Bangkok and climb aboard your open-air tuk tuk. Leave navigation through the city’s traffic to your experienced driver. In the refreshing evening air, you’ll travel to the Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho) to see it illuminated by night.

Then, continue to Pak Khlong Talat, a 24-hour flower market home to bright and beautiful blooms. Sate your appetite with a dinner of pad thai from one of Bangkok’s most popular noodle bars and satisfy your sweet tooth with a Thai-style dessert.

Choose between your driver dropping you off at your hotel or staying in central Bangkok.

Street food was great, temples at night amazing, great guide

I booked this last minute - a few hours before the meeting time on a Saturday. I was nervous about meeting up at the metro stop but it was super easy to navigate the Bangkok Subway/ BTS system and super easy to find my guide...More

All of our group were running late due to traffic (note: it took over an hour to do a 20 minute journey by taxi!), but our guide P was very understanding. He was also very knowledgable and gave us an insight into local life as...More

Great night

Had a great time with the luxury of less crowds at the sightseeing spots as it’s at night. Plenty of food, facts and activities. I found the flower market more interesting than I thought I would.

Wasted time at overcrowded restaurant

We wanted to love this tour - its' such a great idea. We had a fantastic guide who spoke perfect English, and the mix of markets and temples gave it variety. The highlight was tasting street food in the local market - our guide chose...More

We booked this tour after my sister raved about it. Even if you've been in a tuk-tuk, I still recommend this tour. We saw parts of Bangkok that you wouldn't normally see during the day. Also, it's much cooler at night so the heat doesn't...More

I cant see why not. Just a note, you dont spend very much time at the night market on this tour. Virtually no time for shopping and eating is just at a few stalls picked out by the guide (the snacks they choose are really... More

Depends on the age of the children. I don't think this is a modern kids activity.
