Discover Taiwan’s natural wonders, sacred temples, and lively cities with an all-encompassing trip that takes in the whole island in just five days. Travel further than you could using public transport and see attractions including Sun Moon Lake, Taroko Gorge, Kenting National Park, Fo Guang Shan Monastery, and Kaohsiung.
On the following day, continue south to visit the famous Fo Guang Shan Monastery. Then, spend the night in Kaohsiung, Taiwan’s second-largest city, which is renowned for its atmospheric night markets. On the third day of the tour, make it to the southern tip of the island, where the Kenting National Park is full of photo-worthy natural landscapes. After a night in Taitung, set out on a dramatic road trip along the east coast, before spending your fourth and final night in Hualien. Make a final stop to see the Taroko Gorge, before returning to Taipei, where your adventure ends.
