A wonderfully unique Hawaii experience! We booked this flying dress shoot as part of our honeymoon. I was able to choose the dress color and tie style from several options. For a bit extra, one can hire a dress stylist/assistant, which I would recommend—the assistant provided help with my belongings, billowed my dress, and adjusted my straps when needed. In order to catch the golden glow of sunrise one must leave by 6am, and Stacey was right on time. The wind was fierce that day, and I ended up fighting my long hair out of my face quite a bit; in hindsight, I wish I had arranged my hair half up (bring a hair tie). The selected location was gorgeous. I felt a little awkward at first, but Stacey provided much helpful direction. We received the raw photos within 2 weeks of the shoot, and once we chose our favorite six, the edited versions came back within a few days. Start to finish, the entire turnaround process took only three weeks. One area in which Stacey really deserves additional praise is for her color correcting and editing work; she did an outstanding job with our selected files. Overall, the experience provided us with a beautiful sunrise together off the beaten path, a glamorous photoshoot, and six stunning images.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Phaedra and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her! She is amazingly talented and such a fun soul to be around. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera and captured every single beautiful moment in this amazing dress! To add to an already perfect experience, her attention to detail and communication was throughout the whole process was perfectly faultless!
If you are in Hawaii and you are looking for an experience you will remember forever and a photographer who is on top of her game, I highly recommend booking with Phaedra!

Stacey and her assistant/lei-maker, Chaleia, were very nice and have a good eye for taking artistic and scenic shots. Stacey did a great job with the shoot in general. Before even editing, she showed me some great shots of my wife during the shoot, and there was a variety of media that she did for us, including videos, slow-mos, and time lapses. They were patient and adaptable with the location, wind, etc., while trying to make sure we got what we wanted out of the pictures. We also opted for the optional drone and natural and hand-made lei options. The lei was both perfect and amazing, made by Chaleia.

My mom and I arrived to the big island for our first mother daughter trip with absolutely no plans made for what we were going to do. Travel anxiety makes it hard to plan things in advance but I asked my mom what is one thing she would like to do. She said she would love to do a Flying Dress Photo Shoot.
I googled and reached out to Stacey that same day to see if it was even possible to get a mother daughter shoot done during our trip and she said yes!!!! Stacey went above and beyond. Her business is on a whole other island and she flew out to us with dresses and headpieces in hand. She also coordinated her team to come and support the shoot too.
This was my mom's first ever experience with a photoshoot and Stacey and crew made both of us feel comfortable and supported. We received a preview of our photos and I am so empowered. I can't wait for final edits!
Stacey has an amazing eye, and is great to work with, and I would 10000% work with her again. In fact I plan retreats and we are talking about how to offer this experience to retreat goers.

I booked a photo shoot for my daughter and it was everything we could have asked for. We came from Oklahoma so I was nervous about booking from so far away but she communicated every step of the way and during the photo shoot she made my daughter feel like the most beautiful person in the world. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

What a phenomenal experience! I appreciated that Stacey took her time to get the perfect shots and Angie's skillful styling of the dress made me feel like a goddess. Not to mention Chaleia's breathtaking lei was the crowning glory. If you desire a flying dress photo shoot that will make you feel like a queen, Stacey is the photographer for you!

Today, my best friend Gwen and I had the most amazing experience! When we decided to come to Hawaii to celebrate our birthdays, I knew I wanted to do the flying dress photoshoot. I began searching and found Stacey Williams owner of Flying Dress Photoshoot Hawaii. Her photos are absolutely stunning and I wanted her to be my photographer. I reached out to her on her website and she replied quickly. We talked and set the date. I choose the color for my dress and flower crown. The entire experience, from booking, to the actually shoot was seemlessly easy. Stacey and her assistant Pam are warm, friendly and so professional. They both made the experience so much fun and exciting too. Stacey worked with me as I was feeling a little camera shy, but with her guidance I found my inner goddess! We shot for 90 minutes and in that time she made magic happen! She would stop and let me see into her camera and OMG! I couldn't believe it was me! She is so talented! My photos are amazing! I'm so pleased and overjoyed with the outcome! If you want to celebrate a birthday, or any special occasion, I highly recommend doing the Flying Dress Photoshoot Hawaii!

Stacey is the most incredible photographer ever!!!! She took us to the most picturesque places on the island and captured the most beautiful photos of me. I have worked with photographers before but Stacey is very special! She is slow and methodical, and as a result gets amazing photos!!! I cried seeing the beauty and love she captured in her photos! Stacey is also a wonderful person and the conversations along the way were full of laughter, good insight, and love for the world. I will definitely be visiting again and doing more shoots with Stacey. She is a magical human being!

My friend and I were going to Hawaii, and I had been wanting to do the flying dress experience for a while. I contacted Stacey and she walked us through what to expect, pricing, and add on items. We are not morning people at all, so the sunrise time frame seemed really early. We went ahead and scheduled for the day after we arrived so we would still be used to our own time-zone, and it wasn't that bad! The sunrise and location were beautiful. There were no other people around when we got there and only a few coming in as it got later. I am sure sunset would have been packed and very hard to get a shot without other people in the photo. She sent us each at least 100 photos to choose from and we got to pick which six we wanted touched up. Stacey and her assistant Chaleia were amazing! The pics turned out great!
