Overview

Spend the day snorkeling with wild marine life on this full-day cruise along the Waianae Coast in west Oahu. During the cruise, watch spinner dolphins and sea turtles riding the ocean waves and look out for migrating humpback whales (January–March). Snorkel in calm waters among the dolphins and coral reef and enjoy a hot or cold lunch after the cruise. Includes snorkel gear and return transportation (select hotels).

What to Expect

After pickup from your hotel (select hotels), board a boat in the Waianae Harbor and set off along the scenic coast. Relax onboard in the sun or shade and be on the lookout for spinner dolphins jumping in the air and playing in the waves. Visit from January to March for a chance to see massive, migrating humpback whales cruising through the sea. Carry on to a shallow spot where your captain will drop anchor and invite you to snorkel in the calm water. With tips, instructions, and gear from your guides you’re ready to jump in the tropical waters and swim among the dolphins, coral reef, and colourful fish. After a day of swimming and marine life spotting, return to Waianae Harbor to enjoy a lunch of hot dishes, sandwiches, and beverages (vegetarian option available). Finally, be dropped off at your departure point or Waikiki hotel.

The perfect day!

Dolphin Excursions is a wonderful company to experience this with! They are knowledgable, laid back & safe. They keep trying until you find dolphins, turtles or whales. We had the best time and saw so much!

Hi Paz, they just have the normal snorkelling facemasks. Have a look at the 4th photo in my review and you can see the four of us wearing typical facemasks of what they have. If you want full-face masks you may have to... More
