Overview
If you have just one day to explore Oahu, the Circle Island Drive is a must – taking in all the island’s highlights in just one day. This full-day tour from Honolulu visits the the Dole Plantation, the North Shore Beaches, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, and Waimea Falls. Hotel pickup and drop-off is included.
What to Expect
After being picked up from your Waikiki hotel around 7.30am, set off on the Circle Island Drive. Start by heading east, driving past the grand beachside villas of Kahala, then stopping to admire the natural wonders of Diamond Head and enjoy spectacular views over Hanauma Bay. Keep your camera to hand as you wind up into the Koʻolau Mountains, stopping to gaze out over the Hawaiian Islands from the Nuʻuanu Pali Lookout and visit Byodo-In Temple.

Continue to the North Shore, where you’ll have chance to explore seafront towns such as Banzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach, enjoy sweeping views of Waimea Bay, and watch the surfers taking to the waves. Visit the beautiful Waimea Falls, then make a final stop at the Dole Plantation, where you can stroll through the pineapple plantation maze and perhaps sample some tasty frozen pineapple DoleWhip® (own expense).

After a full day taking in the island’s highlights, return to Waikiki, where your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

Thorough & Interesting

Loved going to so many spots in one tour, and our guide Lisa shared fascinating history and insider knowledge that we would have missed on our own! She totally made the trip. The Pali Lookout was my favorite - so beautiful and green.

Great All Encompassing Tour!

Took this tour with my parents and siblings. Alex our driver and tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a great overview of Hawaii in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

No, there is a 20 min one way easy walk to a waterfall but there is a buggy available at your cost if you don’t feel up to walking.
