It was an absolute pleasure to meet and spend time with our driver Tyrone. He was so nice and courteous with simply an amazing attitude. We travel regularly to Belize as we have a second home there. Our flight from DFW to BZE City was delayed by nearly 6 hours. Tyrone kept in touch with us throughout the day as the delays occurred and was at the BZE airport waiting for us when we arrived and cleared customs around 10:00 PM. He then drove us all the way to Maya Beach in Placencia about 2.5 hours from the BZE airport. I will definitely use Belize Ground Service again and again. Hopefully we will be able to get Tyrone again as our driver.

Belize Ground Shuttle has a straightforward booking procedure. The vehicle was clean and tidy. Meanwhile, they provided a HotSpot for WiFi en-route with decent Internet speed.

We used them to travel from the international airport to San Ignacio and from San Ignacio to Belize City. Avram did an excellent job communicating with us prior to and upon arrival— our flight was late. He provided awesome restaurant recommendations for San Ignacio as well. The shuttle was on time, clean, and felt like a luxury vehicle compared to many we traveled in.

We scheduled a transport from Belize City to Placencia with Avram and I highly recommend him. He offered a level of knowledge and professionalism unmatched in my travels around the world. He is punctual, timely and extremely courteous. He will definitely be my requested driver when we return in February!

Jared's expertise in navigating the roads and his passion for Belizean culture made the ride both informative and enjoyable. He shared insights into the local history, pointed out scenic landmarks, and even suggested hidden gems along the way. Despite making seven stops along the route, Jared ensured we arrived in San Ignacio well ahead of schedule. We booked Belize Ground Shuttle for our round trip between Belize City and San Ignacio based on Trip Advisor reviews! This was a great decision! Belize Ground Shuttles provided us with excellent on-time service for our party of 4! The shuttle was new and very clean. Avram, our driver was friendly. He safely drove us to San Ignacio and back again three days later. The van air conditioning worked well and we were provided with cold water. Highly recommend that you leave the driving on your next trip to Belize Ground Shuttles.

Our Belize Ground Shuttle experience with our driver, Avram, was excellent. I was in email communication with the office while our flight was delayed in Miami for three hours. Unfortunately, Avram had still be waiting at BZE for us for several hours when we arrived. He is a pro and very friendly - he answered our many questions as we drove to Placencia ("What's a tapir?!"). The shuttle was comfortable and new. The new shuttle route from BZE to Hopkins/Placencia is via the revamped Coastal Highway, (almost fully repaved with only a few remaining dirt segments). We were a bit disappointed to not go via Belmopan and Hummingbird Highway, per the route description on the shuttle's website. We were looking forward to seeing some of the inland countryside. However, the new route cuts an hour from the drive (now 2 hours), and most shuttles now take this shorter route. We were very happy to have Avram escort us back to BZE, as we made our way home at the end of our adventures in this enchanting country. We would definitely book with Belize Ground Shuttle for a return trip.

We took Belize Ground Shuttle from the airport to San Ignacio and then San Ignacio to Placencia. Both drivers showed up early (at the airport he showed up in time for our flight landing which was 2 hours before the shuttle was supposed to depart, giving us extra time in San Ignacio!). Both trips were very pleasant.

Amazing service! They made my trip so comfortable, figured out my COVID test to come to my hostel (had a flight the morning after) and then arranged to pick me up after the results. Very smooth, very highly recommend!
