Small Group Moonlight Tour of DC
From US$50.00
Overview
Washington, DC’s monuments and landmarks light up after dark, perfect for dramatic views and memorable photos of the capital city. Explore the sights from the National Mall to the White House and key memorials on a 3-hour, guided, small-group night tour that includes transport between locations.
What to Expect
Meet at the Ronald Reagan for a 7:15 departure, then make your way to the grounds of the United States Capitol. Follow the Presidential Inauguration route down Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House, where you can take in the north side of the building and Lafayette Park, and continue to the Treasury Building, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, and the Blair House.

Visit the World War II Memorial, then travel on foot to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, set at the edge of the Tidal Basin. This is the perfect spot to snap a photo of the Jefferson Memorial across the water. Tour the Korean War Veterans Memorial, and walk up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial for views back towards the US Capitol.

Make the final stop of the night at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial—your guide can assist in finding a name on the wall, as you hear the individual stories behind the war. This tour concludes at the Vietnam Memorial, close to public transport and National Mall sites.

Great tour!

Dean was a very knowledgeable tour guide. There were only four of us on the night we toured, and he was very flexible in meeting our needs. At the end of the night, he took us back to our hotels, something not included in the...More

Monument Night Tour

The smaller group environment was really nice. Dean was great! His obvious love of the history of the city and our country was apparent. We got so many "extra" details that made it so interesting. This was our first trip to DC and I'm so...More

You should contact the company directly for these questions as they might have several different vehicles? We were on a small bus. I don't remember the max number of people.
