    The Train is a wonderful experience with lovely rolling countryside to view on the way to Blenheim. They gave us wine tasting on the train and beer tasting too. I booked through the train's website which is much cheaper than paying for the boat excursion...More

    The train is lovely but the ride to Blenheim and back was a little boring as the there isn’t much in the way of scenery. Still, a fun experience. The time in Blenheim could definitely be a bit shorter. Limited things to do there.

    Take your ship's shuttle van that will drop you at the Picton Tourist Info Office. Take any of the vans going into town--they all go to the main drop point of this quite compact village. There will be vans to return you... More

    Yes, easy parking and yes one can travel in one way only. Be sure and get out of those seats and enjoy the view from the platform on the end of the carriage cars.
