A great tour on the architecture and community of Tallin
Roman was a great guide; so knowledgeable on the architecture and life through the ages in Tallin. It was a fun and friendly tour exploring the top sites in the city. Given it was a very cold -17’C / 1’F, Roman also adapted the tour with some fascinating inside stops along the way so we could warm up without distracting from the tour. Would recommend for groups and solo travellers.

Comprehensive tour of the Medieval Old Town in Tallinn, Estonia
Roman is an extremely good story teller of his home town Tallinn. He has an extensive knowledge of his City. He is very engaging and showed not only the main sights but many special places that you would never see unless you knew the town very well. Tallinn sets you back into a past era and Roman is the perfect guide to help you on this journey. Thank you!!

      Stunning park
This National Park is stunning! You can spend several days in here and never get bored. Viru bog is my favourite part. You can swim in some of the lakes!

A great day in Lahemaa National Park
We had a great day visiting Lahemaa National Park which includes wetlands, peat bogs, forests and coastal beaches. The whole day was excellent and varied. Our guide, Karl, was very knowledgeable, interesting and courteous, giving insights into Estonia's history, language, customs and especially its nature. The walks were easily managed by our 6 person group.

      Amazing Lahemaa Park visit
Roman is an outstanding guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and the tour topics. He is very attentive and he showed us a few extra sights in Tallinn, shared details on Estonia's history, culture and nature. He even gave us great tips for our upcoming trip to Helsinki. We enjoyed a lot the trip to the Lahemaa National park and we learned a lot of interesting things. We definitely recommend this private tour with Roman!

      Estonia, short visit
In sep 2017, I had the opportunity to make a short visit to Estonia. It was a business trip, and I had only one day off. Roman revealed to me the beauty of Tallinn in a short period. We visited many interesting non-tourist places and I discovered the secret sides of the city. Also, he showed me a bar with good food and drinks. Thanks!

My friend and me visited Tallinn in November 2017. We were lucky to meet Roman Artamonov as our Old Town guide. We booked his service without any recommendations and received what we really expected. Roman as historian provided very memorable tour. He practices non-standard routes with beautiful yards and medieval dwellings visiting, he guides in churches and museums, recommends cozy places to try local food&drinks. After 3h of informative tour we were sad to break up with Roman. Roman is very intelligent, attentive to details, ready to assist out of time of our excursion. Despite of cold rainy weather Tallinn seemed to be warm and hospitable for us, first of all with Roman's help. Roman is great enthusiast of his business. It is clear he loves his native country and it's capital Tallinn. We can honestly recommend Roman as a professional in providing good stay in Tallinn. Anna and Jerry

      Excellent Tour of Tallinn
We visited Tallinn, Estonia in May, 2017, and wanted to have a private guided tour of the city. The tour was excellent. Our guide Roman Artamonov was VERY knowledgeable. Currently we reside in US. However, we used to live in Tallinn some time ago. Even though we were not completely new to the city we learned a great deal about it, and enjoyed every minute of the tour. Roman is truly passionate about the city and the history. Being a historian himself Roman was able to bring to life this old European city. He has good sense of humor too! Roman can guide tours in both Russian and English languages. Do not miss an opportunity of a private tour with Roman if you happen to be in Tallinn.
