Overview
Explore the Lithuanian capital on two wheels on this 3-hour Vilnius city bike tour. Hop onto your bike and spin through Vilnius’ historic Old Town as a guide sheds light on the city’s colorful history. Delve into the UNESCO–listed Republic of Užupis — popular among local artists — and discover top local attractions including the 16th-century Wall of Vilnius, and the Church of St Francis and St Bernard. Along the way, watch locals chatting in busy cafes, head through bustling squares and see a side of the city many visitors miss.
What to Expect
After meeting your professional guide at 11am and receiving your bicycle and helmet, head out onto the streets of Vilnius. This is not just your typical city tour. Rather than being a one-sided story-telling experience shared by a knowledgeable but possibly tired tour guide, this tour will be interactive. Your knowledgeable guide will place emphasis on encouraging questions, comments and every manner of participation from participants, making this tour more of an adventure of discovery, uniquely tailored to suit the interests of the group. Therefore, this tour ends up being a little bit different every time and always shows you the many faces of Vilnius.

The tour takes you through the historical Old Town and the "Republic" of Uzupis. See not only the beautiful Old Town that is enjoyed by so many travelers, but also the everyday Vilnius with a unique local perspective. See Vilnius as it really is – with its joys and worries, grandeur and mundane routine, modernity and parochialism.

This is the perfect opportunity to get a sense of the city's vivacity and feel like a local, while at the same time, learn about the city's history, legends, language and culture.

Sites on the tour include: Vilnius Old Town, St. Anne's church, Bernardine Gardens, Gates of Dawn (Ausros Vartai), Vilnius old Town Hall, Vilnius City Wall, Republic of Uzupis, Church of St. Anne’s and St. Bernardine, Cathedral Square and much more.

Really friendly and well organised service

Our company group of 24 persons had excellent and memorable afternoon activity by cycling to Belmont and then canoeing back. I can heartily recommend Vilnius City Bike Tour and especially Frank, who organised whole thing for us.

Excellent service and bikes

We as Dutch people request good bikes! And we can confirm by our own experience that the bikes were great! Further, the service was excellent as well. We got a good tour and real Lithuanian restaurant and bars recommended.
