Excellent Customers Service
Firstly, I did not attend to the Auschwitz tour this company was organizing because there was a misunderstanding with the times of the visit was first arranged, and I could not attend to the one I just booked for. As I already paid but it was not my fault they changed the time of the visit, I wrote them to get the reimbursement of my payment back. At any moment, they were very kind and helpful, solving the problem in less than one day simply exchanging emails. I give them 5 stars for their speed and transparency giving a solution to the customer and the easiness to pay back.

Custom mushroom picking tour!
Katia and Kamil were amazing hosts, and they put together a wonderful experience for our group. If the idea of mushroom picking doesn't jump out at you, just take my word for it--it was a blast. Just remember to bring an appetite, rugged/weather appropriate shoes and clothes (mushrooms are in the woods, in case it needed to be said...), and they will take care of the rest. The earlier in the day and the more off the beaten path you go, the more likely you are too discover good mushrooms--the locals are up bright and early so don't sleep in. You could combine this activity with bike riding or something else outdoors and make a full day of it (early morning picking, build an appetite, and return to lunch). You will be blown away by the hospitality.

They have organised a great special tailored mushroom picking tour for our international group. They were organised, knowledgeable and most importantly it was a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend them.

They were great!
Karolina was awesome in setting up most of our activities in Krakow! From the driver to and from the airport to our daily excursions - Salt mine, town of Bolesławiec, the town of Zakopane... Everything was very well organized and all went smoothly. There were seven of us with one of us with a wheelchair! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you all for making our stay in Poland awesome!

Trip to Zakopane and private transport to a wedding
First I would really like to thank Kamil for setting everything for us. He was courteous, very helpful and overall fantastic to deal with. We booked through Kamil a day trip to Zakopane and also a private transfer to and from a wedding which was about 50km from Krakow. Both the drivers showed up on right on time and were very polite to deal with. (Special thank you from our family to the drivers Adrian and Rafal, thank you again) If you need any tours, sightseeing or transfers booked, send Kamil an email and you will not be disappointed. Our family had a blast and we thank you for it.

Fun customized Krakow day-trip!
Discover Poland did an excellent job organizing a full-day, customized tour of Krakow for a group of 9 people - special thanks to Karolina at this point for the smooth and quick organization via email. She suggested a day tour and quickly made adjustments as required to fit the groups needs, including a full-day guide and transportation to move us between the different activities. We started the day with a private tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine (Miner's Route) - the experience was fun and our guide exceptional! We then had lunch in Nowa Huta before doing a tour of this interesting area of the city in Polish vintage cars. We got the full experience when one of the vintage cars broke down and we had to push it off the road and continue in taxis - which the guides organized swiftly. The day ended with a food-crawl in the city center (donuts, beer, vodka) - cut a bit short given the group's first fatigue signs. Overall a memorable experience and Discover Poland is certainly to recommend for this type of trips!

Excellent Highly Recommended
Simply Amazing. Starting from Kamil Warzecha who was the first person I communicated with and came out with a wonderful programme. He was always very responsive to all my emails and very helpful. Another thanks goes to Kamil Rozanski for a very interesting city walking tour in Kraków. He was very nice and made us feel very welcome. Last but definitely not least Karolina Lis who was with us for 5 days in Zakopane. She's a precious gem for the company. She's humble, bubbly, fun to be with and most of all very caring. She even went out of her way to order pizzas for us when it rained and we had to stay indoors. Will surely highly recommend Discover Poland for the sterling service given from the beginning till the very end. Thanks to all of you for making our family holiday a memorable one.

Krakow is amazing!
On our arrival we made a 1h citytour in golfcarts, the following day a 3 h ghetto walking tour, including Schindler's factory an the pharmacy museum. The next day a 2.5 h tour to the fascinating Wieliczka saltmine and in the evening a most enjoying wodka tour. The last day we visited impressive Auschwitz and Birkenau. All the transfers were well organized, the staff friendly and especially guide Tomasz Gorny a great experience. In the background Kamil made sure that for our group of 11 people, everthing turned out just perfectly

Kamil is AMAZING
Because it was my frist time in Cracow, it was important that I had some help organizing tours for me and my students. Kamil was a godsend. He helped me plan three, which turned into four, of the most amazing days of our 22 day trip. We were able to have a wonderful food tour, and when our train arrival changed, Kamil changed with it so we didn't miss a beat. The next day we met with a witness of the Holocaust, and went to Aushwitz before attending a Polish Restaurant Experience. On the third day Kamil set up a tour of the Salt Mines and had a wonderful spooky (too spooky for most of the kids) ghost tour. And then, on our last day, Kamil met us at our hotel and made sure we found our train and were properly loaded up with snacks and information about our next destination. My students will remember those days, fondly, forever, as will I. Thank you for such an incredible experience!!!! Best, Jennifer

An excellently organised trip... to a very emotional place
This tour couldn't have been better, we had a small minibus which was shared with one other family. The driver was very friendly, the bus was comfortable with aircon and comfy seats. The organisation when you got to Auschwitz was also to be commended, a smooth transition to the local guides. There was also lunch organised in little carry out - plenty of food for the day.
