10am - Zipline Tour
This tour is approx 2-3 hours where the guides will take you flying amongst the treetops and over the Piper River. Digital photos are included.
From US$91.41
Go ziplining in Tasmania on a 3-hour tour near Launceston. Follow your guide on a course that takes you flying over the Pipers River and through the forest on a series of six ziplines, including one of the longest in Australia. No prior experience is required for this small-group tour, which is limited to a maximum of 12 travelers and includes digital photos of your adventure.
What to Expect

Make your own way to the zipline park, arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. After check-in, place your personal items in the provided locker, then meet your guide for a safety briefing. Learn how to put on the provided harness and helmet, and then receive training for the zipline course.

Follow your guide on a short walk to the first platform, and then set out on a course that consists of six ziplines. When you are ready, zoom across the tree canopy at heights of up to 164 feet (50 meters)—and take on one of Australia’s longest ziplines, which crosses the Pipers River and offers superb views of Tasmania’s lush landscape.

Digital photos of your experience are included, and transfers are available at additional expense.

Flying with the Birds

Had a great time with my son flying through the tree top canopy. Loved the experience and being able to do it with my son. Emma and Jesse were great and very relaxed which made for a great experience.

The waiting i suppose yes was the worst but don’t overthink it and have a convo with your group as you’re waiting to go and that will distract you till you zipline. You’ll have a ball just take a chance ...

Hi Anita, I was in a group of 12, so you do need to stand on the ‘cloud platforms’ for 5-10 minutes between zip runs. You are secured the whole time. We felt thoroughly safe the whole time. My husband has a small fear of... More
