It was challenging and I loved it. If you already know how to mountain bike up and down hills on rocky gravel it will be good fun. If you know how to ride a bike well on easy terrain and are reasonably fit - you can make it through but it may be a challenge. If you want something that doesn’t require effort, then it won’t be a good match. Great instruction to the sport. Fitness and nerves required! Super fun.

Firstly I want to thank Ksena for such an awesome day riding and tasting wine! She was amazing! My wife and I have never ridden e-bikes before and it was fantastic! At first the instructions for the bike were somewhat overwhelming but once we got on the bikes, it was very easy! Ksena took great care of us throughout the ride and the trail, the day of our ride, had other riders. She alerted us of oncoming riders, any hills/ corners, etc. We had several stops where we encountered some wildlife and amazing views around Queenstown. We are very novice when it comes to wine but Ksena answered all the questions we had. As for the wine, my wife and I enjoyed every single taster that we had. Both wineries were amazing! It was the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you for an amazing day!

We had a brilliant wine tour with Tom. We were lucky with the weather, but the whole experience was excellent - amazing landscapes, very well organized and very welcoming at the wineries. We've done quite a lot of travelling and this is one of our favourite experiences ever!

Scenic, Beautiful, and fun ride with exciting bridge crossings. The wineries at the end had a great vibe and good wines.

Shay and Ksena made sure I had a ride that suited my interests. Shay was an excellent guide, very patient, encouraging, and informative. I had a wonderful time surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Ksena and Shay are a remarkably knowledgeable team who give you an experience of a life time. Beauty and thrills and all while making you feel safe and in good hands. We had an amazing experience on this ride. Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Paris was our main guide and did an amazing job and we had a great experience with everyone that we met. Instructions were clear and everyone was safe, we thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

I didn’t know what to expect but this tour was exactly what I was hoping it would be. They take you on private trail that is challenging physically but doable because of the e-bike. I bike a lot but had never done MTB. This wasn’t a problem because the guides Shay and Paris were great. I highly recommend this tour.

From the minute we arrived Jordan was amazing and had everything organized and ready to go. He was pleasant throughout give great instruction and we felt supported and it was an amazingly beautiful trip we went up high came down fast but at all times felt safe highly recommend.

Having a personal guide providing advice and leading the way was fantastic. We ride bikes but we really enjoyed using e-mountain bikes (for the first time) to ride steep and difficult terrain. We enjoyed the challenge and the view from the top of Queenstown Hill was amazing. Jordan was our guide and he was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We highly recommend Shay’s e-bike experiences.

We have just returned from the most amazing day with Ksena, riding through the beautiful vineyards of Gibbston Valley. We could not have been happier with our tour. Ksena was so knowledgeable not only about riding and providing us with all the instructions to make us feel at ease on our e bikes but also in the area of wine. We learnt so much and would highly recommend this tour and would do it all over again. Shay and Ksena were terrific guides (NZ’s best!)

Shay was AMAZING! This was a once in a lifetime experience and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Queenstown. The views were some of the best views I have seen in my lifetime, and the e-bike made the ride a breeze. If I could give this experience 100 stars, I would - it is a MUST DO!

We had such a memorable day on our e-bike tour with Ksena and Shay. We had both experienced and inexperienced riders and they catered for all of us. Ksena's and Shay's knowledge of the area and especially Ksena's experience with the wines and the pairings was fantastic. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our family said this was the best day they spent on our Queenstown holiday - we would highly recommend.
