Had the best time with Off Road Adventures. Everyone was very friendly and enthusiastic. We all got adequate training before we did the trail, regardless of skill level. The instructors really made sure that everyone was comfortable and well prepared for the drive before commencing. My wife who was less confident and anxious about driving a quad bike was well looked after-ed. After assessing that she was not very confident on the bike, a personal trainer was assigned to her who drove her around the training track at her own pace, without it affecting the progress of everyone else. The instructors were very patient with everyone and gave good tips to improve your driving. In the end the instructors gave my wife the option to stay down and practice on the course or for her to jump on the back of a bike of the instructor so she could still see the views, which my wife really appreciated. At no point did I or my wife feel unsafe, even though the terrain can be a bit intense! The view at the top was magnificent and worth every penny. Strongly recommend Off Road Adventures.

Quad bike riding experience was 10/10 - a last minute booking ended up being the highlight of the trip. The views and scenery on the journey up and back were second to none and the fact we managed to do it without having any experience on a bike was an achievement in itself. Ollie had the job of getting us ready and was fantastic. A must do.

Things started well with good customer service and friendly staff. After 45 mins or so of skill learning, driving around the farm, our expectation was to then head ‘above the skyline’. At this point things went south. My youngest son is a small 16year old but super confident and this activity was really for him. At the start he was put on a 90cc quad apparently because of his size. Ok, we went with it despite him being disappointed because they are the experts. When we were told they didn’t feel the group could safely ride ‘above the skyline’ and instead we could stay in the farm or take a guided ride-along in a buggy with one of the drivers, what could we say?? Discussed with the group leader but there was no changing his mind and I’ll respect that, dispite disagreeing with it… but it was just such a let down. We booked this activity over other operators because of the the expectation to compete the whole ride and the conditions clearly indicate ‘no experience required’ ‘fun for all abilities’. When I questioned the leader he said the 90cc bike could not get up the trail anyway…so clearly there wasn’t any intent from the outset for our group to complete the planned route. Overall, the least enjoyable of activities we have taken in NZ I’m afraid, sorry.

This experience was definitely a MUST DO in Queenstown, I took my family for the UTV tour and our Guide was the BEST!! Definitely 10/10 would try again! I’ve already booked for next time I’m in Queenstown and can’t wait!!

My dad and I did the tour on 4 wheelers and had a great time! Bass and Diego were friendly and made check in easy, Olly was our guide and at the end I felt like a more confident and skilled rider, he was a great teacher! 10/10 can’t wait to do this again!

This is a great value for money experience. The gear is in good condition and they cater for all levels of experience and have a training area for you to warm up before heading out to the tracks up the mountains. We had Stefan leading the way for us today and he was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to guide the way at a good pace.

We had horrible weather, rain and 5 degrees, but on the quads it was absolutely awesome. Lots of mud and water to have fun in. Dont let the weather put you off.

Absolutely brilliant fun in the forest. Our teenage children loved the four seater off road buggy. Pick up was easy in small bus. All staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of safety and instructions for all skill levels. The practice session pre tour was also great fun. Protective clothes and helmets provided. Don’t forget your go pro!

This was by far the best thing we did in Queenstown, the weather wasn’t on our side but Sam our guide made the ride so fun and enjoyable and by the end of it I was happy it was wet and muddy. We Started out in the practice area getting used to the quads before heading up some super fun trails and tracks on the hill side tackling the woods, mud and rocky terrain. Sam was very knowledgeable on the trails to maximise our experience that matched our riding level. Sam took us to some great lookouts for photos and talked about the history of Queenstown. I would highly recommend this to anyone that visits Queenstown. Thanks to the crew at off road adventures for a rad time!!

Brilliant way to experience views in a unique way in Queenstown. Instructors were great and felt in good hands experiencing terrain I'd never done on quad bikes before! The mud made it extra fun.

Did a quad bike tour with Dave, he was great giving tips to my partner who was inexperienced on quads. Also gave me a bit of freedom to have some fun as an experienced rider

2 adults and 2 children on off ride buggy adventure. Lloyd was amazing, super friendly, fun and professional. We all had the best time and the tracks and scenery was way better than we imagined. If we come back we will be back for this adventure for sure!
