Firstly I want to thank Ksena for such an awesome day riding and tasting wine! She was amazing! My wife and I have never ridden e-bikes before and it was fantastic! At first the instructions for the bike were somewhat overwhelming but once we got on the bikes, it was very easy! Ksena took great care of us throughout the ride and the trail, the day of our ride, had other riders. She alerted us of oncoming riders, any hills/ corners, etc. We had several stops where we encountered some wildlife and amazing views around Queenstown. We are very novice when it comes to wine but Ksena answered all the questions we had. As for the wine, my wife and I enjoyed every single taster that we had. Both wineries were amazing! It was the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you for an amazing day!

BEST e-bike tour I’ve been on!!! Our guide was amazing, the scenery stunning and the ride was perfect! The e-bikes they use were incredible- by far the best I’ve ever used. HIGHLY recommend this tour company and this tour - the best way to experience Queenstown.

We had a brilliant wine tour with Tom. We were lucky with the weather, but the whole experience was excellent - amazing landscapes, very well organized and very welcoming at the wineries. We've done quite a lot of travelling and this is one of our favourite experiences ever!

Scenic, Beautiful, and fun ride with exciting bridge crossings. The wineries at the end had a great vibe and good wines.

We had a wonderful time with Shay for this tour. My family and I had originally signed up for the Ride to the Sky mountain tour and quickly discovered we were not physically equipped. Luckily, Shay was kind enough to pivot us to the ride to the lake instead for a more scenic and gentle route. It was so wonderful and the perfect way to end our Queenstown visit.

A fabulous family experience in nature whilst getting exercise and exploring the area. We all loved it including the teenagers! The company was easy to deal with, friendly and highly competent. Strongly recommended!

Shay and Ksena had been extremely humble, knowledgeable in understanding our group, our experience, our desires on the ride. Complementary pickup was on time and smooth. My kids had fun with Sapphire (their dog) on our way to event location. Drop-off was smooth and quick. Now Mr. Jordan. Our tour guide… he was the best what I could have hoped and wished for in this 3.5 hour “ride the lake” guided tour! He was extremely humble and patient with our group which was a combination of “over energetic dad” to “slow but cautious mom rider”. He being a great photographer helped us to get some amazing pics. He also being the local, the knowledge of the city and landscape of a mind blowing experience for me, kids and Ma wife. Finally, their ebikes (my first experience with these machines) were in excellent condition. Highly recommend this family run bike guided tour at Queenstown.

We enjoyed a great ride with Shay. We chose ride to the lake and the description was very accurate. The e-bikes were well maintained and made going up the hills a pleasure for a change. Afterwards we received an animated video showing photos along the route which was an added bonus.

MUST DO!! We had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME! Even in the cold rain, Ksena and Shay were FUN, spirited, and entertaining from start to finish. Ksena picked us up and gave us an introduction to their husband-wife operation. It was our group's first e-bike adventure. Ksena provided us with gloves, an extra backpack, and drinks and snacks for our pitstop. The bikes were AWESOME, and Shay gave clear instructions and expectations. Shay took us out, gauged our level of experience, and gave great feedback and affirmations along the ride. He took us to Jack's Point, which was truly SPECIAL, even in the rain. We had amazing views, knowledgeable commentary, and great vibes throughout the tour. Shay made us feel comfortable and confident as we rode. He even helped me set up my GoPro on the bike and took fantastic pictures of us throughout the day. It was so refreshing to focus on the ride instead of worrying about taking photos. At the end of our ride, Ksena picked us up with towels and a heated van waiting for us. They are an extremely flexible and experienced team, tailoring each ride to the specific skill level of the group. We cannot recommend a tour with Shay and Ksena highly enough. Thank you, Ksena and Shay, for an amazing experience we will remember and cherish! We can't wait to come back for a wine tour!!

WOW I felt like a rockstar! The team was great, great gear, great instructions, great info, great trails. The tour linked up more than you could dream for. Snow capped mountain views, newborn lambs, lakes, rivers, architecture, sculpture, bridges. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. A MUST DO in Queenstown. I’m going back for the wine tour today!

We have just returned from the most amazing day with Ksena, riding through the beautiful vineyards of Gibbston Valley. We could not have been happier with our tour. Ksena was so knowledgeable not only about riding and providing us with all the instructions to make us feel at ease on our e bikes but also in the area of wine. We learnt so much and would highly recommend this tour and would do it all over again. Shay and Ksena were terrific guides (NZ’s best!)

Utterly amazing. We had the BEST time riding with Shay through the countryside, around the river and the lake. It showed us a whole multitude of different views of Queenstown and The Remarkables from different viewpoints. We got to see the most breathtaking views, riding on some easy, but fun, tracks. Being a family with two young boys, Shay adapted the tour for me (“mum”) to be able to keep up and the ebikes were top quality. He really looked after us and threw in enough history/local stories/geography to keep it interesting too. Do it! So worth it. A totaly highlight of our Queenstown visit.
