    Extraordinary Experience
Amazing Experience! Outstanding customer services with lots of knowledge of the area. Nice easy track with stunning views, get to watch people bungee jump, and even attempt yourselve if you dare too! There is lots of choices of wineries. Number 20 was my favourite for the tastings, but 21/22 were amazing with the food and the dog Hank the Tank. Highly recommend going blue! And quick easy shuttle, which they’d drop you anywhere you like!

    Phenomenal time!
We had an amazing time! The bikes were well maintained, the route was stunning beyond words, and the wineries were beautiful and had great selections. The route is very easy, all on trails, and we didn’t feel a need for e-bikes. Thank you for the tour and all the tips!

    Amazing experience
This bike trek was amazing!! The trails were great, never on the road. The views were incredible as we wound along the hill tops with the beautiful gorge below and crossed several spectacular bridges and went passed the famous bungee, met some friendly goats, alpacas and deer. The bikes were very comfortable and easy to ride and the wineries were a great way to finish. A must do!!

    Amazing as always!
This is the second time we have used Going Blue to hire bikes for a wine tour with friends and once again it was a fantastic experience! Easy from the outset to book, getting the bikes and being collected was a breeze. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and make the best experience even more special. Will always use Going Blue as our go-to when hiring e-bikes, the service they provide is top knotch every time and worth every penny. Such a great time had out at Gibbston Valley all thanks to Going Blue. One of the best companies around Queenstown, keeping standards high and prices fair for locals. Thanks team!

Fun day out on amazing bikes, scenic route and great wine!
This was such a fun day out! Thank you! Communication was great! Supplied bikes, helmets and locks were all in good condition and easy to use. Maps were also supplied. A good quick teaching session was done regarding use of the bike. Pick up was quick and easy from our choice of pick up spot, and we were dropped back to Arrowtown. Gibbston Valley Winery was beautiful as was the wine and the Tavern also another great stop.

Bike adventure in Gibbston valley wine country
Our first day in New Zealand was awesome with this bike tour of wine country. Our driver, Jamon, was really fun and easy going, and he had some great knowledge of the area to share as we made our way to Arrowtown from Queenstown to start the tour. The bikes were great and I loved the fact it was a self guided, choose your adventure kind of day. We even got to watch bungy jumping off the Kawarau bridge for a few minutes on our way to great wine tasting. Beautiful trails, beautiful views, great wines and so much fun. I highly recommend this adventure for fit couples who love outdoor adventures!

    Biketastic!
Really good trip, collection from both the meeting point and our final stop (you text and let them know where you are along the trail) were really prompt. Bikes were great - track is reasonably flat but there are some hills so I'd recommend e-bikes if you're not a keen / regular cyclist. The trail is really scenic as you'd expect and there are lots of lovely stops at vineyards and various eateries along with lots of picturesque photo opportunities. Arrowtown itself is also worth a look prior to setting off on the trail. Overall a great experience, staff were really friendly and professional, highly recommended.

Fabulous day spent with friends. Amazing scenery and views along the way. Went with a less confident rider - who found the e-bikes made her experience way more enjoyable than expected. The wine was the icing on the cake - the ride on its own was worth it.

    Must do E Bike Ride
We had a superb day out riding the Valley of the Wineries, fantastic support team explaining everything about the Bikes, Route and food options and a myriad of other information during the transfer …. We would highly recommend people of all ages to just go and experience this ride, the scenery is breathtaking. Don’t worry about age, we’re in our 60’s with average fitness and coped easily. Just go and do it … you won’t look back

    Great day
A well organized tour starting with a convenient pickup in Queenstown and drop off in the Arrowtown City Park which has the cleanest and most high tech toilets I have ever seen. Go Blue's electric bikes effortlessly carried us down the smooth trails and over many suspension bridges. The tour runs through the Central Otago wine country that offers more marvelous wineries than is possible to see in a week let alone a day. The surrounding area is spectacular and our driver was very knowledgeable and courteous.

It was a great experience! Jay was awesome and very knowledgeable. He took me to Arrowtown explained everything about the bike (I got “Pixy”, an ebike) and gave me a map. If you are not used to bike I recommend getting the ebike, it’s a little over 3 hours to get back to Queenstown. Overall it was a very cool day!

So easy and so fun! Jay picked us up at our accommodation and we left the e-bikes there afterward. We cycled from Arrowtown to Queenstown and could not have timed it better with the gorgeous autumn colors. The first half of this trek was exceptionally stunning. We stopped for lunch at The Hayes (Lake Hayes) and got ourselves a wee bit turned around after getting back on the trail because the signage isn't as straightforward as it might seem. One bridge was closed, which may have been the issue. Thankfully, Google Maps and a couple of other cyclists pointed us in the right direction. A word of advice in these interesting times for tourists: if you find a good deal online, grab it! Things can change fast.

Be on the lookout for the goats and alpacas! The trail passes through ranch areas. The goats will come over and eat out of your hand! We also stopped to watch the bungee jumpers, who were equally entertaining! By the time we reached the Gibbston Valley vineyard, we were happy to relax, eat, and drink. The restaurant there is upscale and the food was great!

Great communication, great service and a great deal. Picked up at my hotel at 9:45 as agreed, taken to Arrowtown and given my bike, helmet, contact details in case of trouble and a map. I must admit that I did not pay as much attention to the map as I probably should have and so I got a bit off track several times. Some of the problems were due to construction at Millbrook...Fortunately some bikers got me back on track. Made it back to Qtown in about 2 hr. Was a really good ride and a great end to my little 4-day vacation in the south. Highly recommend this group.

This is the second time we've hired from Going Blue. Jay was amazing and flexible with our arrangements. We were picked up from central Queenstown and dropped off at Arrowtown. We rode around Lake Hayes, and over the historic bridge at Shotover River, then back to Queenstown along the Lake. Parked and locked the bikes in Downtown Queenstown. Absolutely brilliant day.

We are a retired couple in average shape and we found this activity easy to do and a lot of fun. Beyond that, the scenery was gorgeous and the bike path uncrowded. The company running the outing was tops, picking us up in Queenstown and transporting us to Arrowtown for the ride back to Queenstown. The representative was personable and gave clear instructions. The route was well marked. Highly recommended!

Fantastic day out in stunning scenery. E-Bikes were state of the art , despite my wife and I not being experienced cyclists these bikes carried us along making the terrain manageable. Christina was ever helpful and gave a comprehensive briefing at the start of the day , she was available throughout the trip if we needed her help with anything. Both tired at the end of the day but well worth the effort.
