- Graciem0000 contributionsAbsolutely amazing experienceIt was such a fun and well run experience! All the staff were so lovely and happy to help out! The Nevis swing was such a thrilling experience all in its own! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting QueenstownWritten 13 January 2025
- Tynan F0 contributionsFantastic, safe, and fun from start to finishHighlight of my three week trip. Staff were incredibly kind, funny, and helpful, and the rigorous safety protocols in place were clearly visible. I not once felt unsure about the jump (despite being nervous!). I loved it so much I did it again, backwards — and the great staff on the platform were so enthusiastic about this. Just an incredible experience that is not to be missed if you are anywhere in NZ.Written 11 January 2025

- Maps6890770 contributions10/10 Would Jump AGAIN - Staff is Extraordinary! This was my first bungee jumping experience and it was a blast. But, I really want to commend every staff member there. They were all super pleasant and very thorough. I was especially impressed and the level of detail and double checking that took place to ensure the safety of the guests as well and the reaffirming and positive nature of every interaction I had. Despite leaping off a bridge, I felt so safe and cared for the entire time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!Written 5 January 2025

- breep20250 contributionsIncredible!Absolutely amazing! Ticked off my bucket list for sure and would do it again! Views are amazing, and the advice I was given which helped, was don’t look down when you’re up there, just jump after the command and dive straight in. Was incredible. Price is worth it too considering the photos and video are all included, as well as a t-shirt.Written 4 January 2025
- suev8770 contributionsA life experienceI was so scared! Thanks to the entire team for giving me the courage to do it. I’d have regretted not taking the leap. They were so kind and patient with me 🩷 When my legs stop shaking—in a couple of years—I’ll be ready to go again 😁Written 4 January 2025
- nikita_sharda0 contributionsHighly recommendHighly recommend this wonderful experience. Extremely professional staff to trust your harness and your life with. I did karawau bridge and it was amazing and exhilarating, everyone was very encouraging and the pep talk really helped to make the final jump which is otherwise super scary.Written 3 January 2025
- Tarifih0 contributionsThe number one option in Queenstown!!Unbelievable exciting experience from the minute that we loaded the bus to the jump location. So professionally run, and they made it fun for the spectators. The photos and video were included. They had food and drinks and made it a great place to hang.Written 1 January 2025
- Abbies-Travels19940 contributionsAmazing and exhilarating experienceMy husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience doing the Nevis bungy and swing in Queenstown. The staff was professional, safe, and so patient and encouraging. I was so nervous to do the bungy jump but the employee was the nicest person and his encouraging words helped immensely with building the courage to jump. We are so glad we booked this!!!Written 29 December 2024
- msm19690 contributionsEpic experience one of a kind, must do when in queenstown.Fantastic Bungy jumping from the Kawarau bridge, very scenic, super safe, friendly staff and they include the pictures and video in the price which is great. Highly recommend if you like adrenaline. The Nevis bungy is their other site with a much longer jump and free fall so I would recommend do the Kawarau first to get comfortable.Written 29 December 2024

- nicolekizia0 contributionsAmazing bungee! Just needs work to not make people wait so longMy husband absolutely loved his bungee! Great atmosphere, amazing location, great pricing and includes an amazing video, photos and a t shirt. Only thing was we booked for 4:45pm, we were with a small child as well. My husband stood on the bridge for 2 hours and jumped just before 6:45pm. It was exhausting waiting for him and I’m not entirely sure how they were running 2 hours behind when they take specific bookings. Would have been nice if they called people and said to come an hour later to prevent everyone waiting around with children to watch the jumpers - especially when food options are quite limited and if you leave your viewing spot you may not get it back to watch your person jump. They also didn’t tell my husband about the 2 hour wait on the bridge so he was freezing up there and standing in the sun for ages, not ideal. Otherwise a must do for anyone looking to bungee - even though we waited 2 hours we would do it again but would just book first of the day to prevent huge waits on the bridge.Written 26 December 2024

I did this jump on Friday the 13th of March this year and it was everything I had hoped for. From the moment we walk into the shop in Queenstown until the jump itself it was carried with complete professionalism. The jump was the main event. it started with a trip out to the platform in a cage on a cable. Do look down as you can see how far down it is. When we got into the cage it had glass panels in the floor and on the bench you sit and wait on. When you are called through to the 'chair' to be harnessed up, you know there is no turning back. It is all done very calmly with some good music on in the background. When you have been attached to the bungy, you waddle to the small platform. This is the best bit !!! the instructor counts down from 5 to 1 and then you go. The sensation is fantastic as you get glimpses of rock, river etc and it is not over too quick. A superb experience that musn't be missed. Highly recommend it.

This is one of the most thrilling and terrifying things I've ever done. It couldn't be a cooler situation though between the drive to the lodge, the gondola ride to the jump hut, and the experience itself. It was my first time bungee jumping and I won't lie I was straight up shaking before and after the jump, but I am so grateful for this experience.
Booked same day on a Sunday in mid-February to give me little time to think about how silly it was to throw myself into a ravine.

Schedule at the beginning of your trip as the weather often cancels the bungy. I did this with my two teenagers ages 15 and 17 and we all absolutely LOVED it! It is very scary (at least I thought so!) but such an amazing experience. The videos and photographs for purchase are amazing!
My palms are sweating just thinking about it but I would do it again!
Do it!!! You will not regret it!

The Bunjy itself was as scenic as things can be. They've done an amazing job at ensuring its fun and safe. The driver to and from the venue (skinny) was an absolute legend, funny and very knowledgeable about the bunjy and surrounding areas. Would happily return again. Had a blast

This bungy jump has been on my bucket list since I was a kid and the experience did not disappoint! Everything about it from start to finish was everything I was looking for. I did both the swing and the bungy. The jump was absolutely thrilling and the swing took me by surprise as well! The staff were fantastic, being both friendly and professional. They made me feel safe the entire time.
I cannot recommend this enough! If you are debating - DO IT!! You will not regret it! On top of all of that, they do a great job taking pictures that you can bring home to your family to brag about your experience!

Me and my boyfriend had a great time experiencing the intimidating but exhilarating Nevis Bungy. The organisation was great, felt very at ease at the top given how many people were doing the jump and subsequently loving it! We bought the photos and videos which are decent quality and the free tshirt is a nice touch. Great mementos to take home.
Also really good that you’re allowed to take cameras/gopros etc on the jump - so many activities ban these nowadays!
My only criticism is that it felt quite rushed at the top... whilst not everyone would want to look over the edge/hang around and perhaps want it over with, I wanted to take in the surroundings but even get the chance to! I feel 10 minute time slots would work better as this would allow everyone to get exactly what they want from the experience. It was very much buckle up, 54321 go...
Finally, I’d just like to mention Bexxx (no idea why she has 3 Xs in her name)... she was incredibly rude when removing our ankle clips, blunt, poor customer service and aggressively gestured for us to move out the way. It was difficult to hear her instructions with the loud music but even more so when she mumbled under her breath. We all have bad days but sadly, in our last day in NZ, we remembered her as the only rude person we encountered on the whole trip.
End on a positive though - everyone should jump!!!

We booked this tour at our 10 years anniversary day. It was a nice way to celebrate by jumping from NZ highest bungy jumping. It is a experience that you must try, words can not describe it but once you did it, you will never regret it! A must do while in Queenstown!

Absolutely amazing staff and experience! I went with my partner and parents! We actually did all 3 activities between 2 days! The bungy is WAY more comfortable on the ankles then others I have done and the staff keeps you pumped up the whole time with great music. Honestly, besides the obvious rush of the experience, our highlight was riding with Skinny who is one of the bus drivers who picks you up from Queenstown at The Station and drives you up to the bungy/catapult/swing at Nevis. He gives a great briefing, makes you laugh, has great energy and gives an excellent ride to the top with good music to boot! We enjoyed riding with him so much that on day 2, we waited until he showed up to take his bus back down to Queenstown! Great experience and big shout out to Skinny and crew from The American/Mexican team!

I was bricking it, but the staff were amazing with lots of tips to keep your mind off it. They instruct you on exactly how to jump (although I messed up and did everything completely wrong) – still it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Talk about testing your nerves. Loved it, and dying to go again!

I’m absolutely terrified to do this... what exactly does it feel like? Does your stomach hurt the entire way down? I’m shaking just thinking about it but I want to get over this fear!
Written 28 February 2020
Haha. You would shake a bit while you are up there standing on the edge. Once you get off the platform, just enjoy the view.
No, the stomach doesn’t hurt at all. No jerks.
It is completely safe.
Must do! 😁

I want to make a jump but I don't want to tie the rest of my families time, are they able to go along? there will be 3 of them in addition to myself.
Written 19 January 2019
So sorry I never saw this but assume you’ve done the jump now. I would have said yes as they would love the experience too. They have to pay to go in the ‘pod’ but otherwise could watch from the central office/hub. Did you do it and how was it?

Hi I am using a prosthetic leg, do you have a waist harness or may I jump with just one ankle to secure?
Written 17 May 2018
Hi, I don’t think your prosthetic leg should be a problem because they make sure everyone is wearing a waist harness.
