It was such a fun and well run experience! All the staff were so lovely and happy to help out! The Nevis swing was such a thrilling experience all in its own! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown

Highlight of my three week trip. Staff were incredibly kind, funny, and helpful, and the rigorous safety protocols in place were clearly visible. I not once felt unsure about the jump (despite being nervous!). I loved it so much I did it again, backwards — and the great staff on the platform were so enthusiastic about this. Just an incredible experience that is not to be missed if you are anywhere in NZ.

This was my first bungy jump and from the moment I arrived the team put my mind at ease with their professionalism and friendly manner. When the time came to jump I didn't hesitate for one second and it was an amazing experience.

This was my first bungee jumping experience and it was a blast. But, I really want to commend every staff member there. They were all super pleasant and very thorough. I was especially impressed and the level of detail and double checking that took place to ensure the safety of the guests as well and the reaffirming and positive nature of every interaction I had. Despite leaping off a bridge, I felt so safe and cared for the entire time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing! Ticked off my bucket list for sure and would do it again! Views are amazing, and the advice I was given which helped, was don’t look down when you’re up there, just jump after the command and dive straight in. Was incredible. Price is worth it too considering the photos and video are all included, as well as a t-shirt.

Highly recommend this wonderful experience. Extremely professional staff to trust your harness and your life with. I did karawau bridge and it was amazing and exhilarating, everyone was very encouraging and the pep talk really helped to make the final jump which is otherwise super scary.

Unbelievable exciting experience from the minute that we loaded the bus to the jump location. So professionally run, and they made it fun for the spectators. The photos and video were included. They had food and drinks and made it a great place to hang.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience doing the Nevis bungy and swing in Queenstown. The staff was professional, safe, and so patient and encouraging. I was so nervous to do the bungy jump but the employee was the nicest person and his encouraging words helped immensely with building the courage to jump. We are so glad we booked this!!!

Fantastic Bungy jumping from the Kawarau bridge, very scenic, super safe, friendly staff and they include the pictures and video in the price which is great. Highly recommend if you like adrenaline. The Nevis bungy is their other site with a much longer jump and free fall so I would recommend do the Kawarau first to get comfortable.

Our 13 yr old did this jump. The whole experience from booking to the actual jump was smooth. The care and professionalism of the the AJ Hackett team was amazing! If we ever want to bungy jump, we’d come here again.

My husband absolutely loved his bungee! Great atmosphere, amazing location, great pricing and includes an amazing video, photos and a t shirt. Only thing was we booked for 4:45pm, we were with a small child as well. My husband stood on the bridge for 2 hours and jumped just before 6:45pm. It was exhausting waiting for him and I’m not entirely sure how they were running 2 hours behind when they take specific bookings. Would have been nice if they called people and said to come an hour later to prevent everyone waiting around with children to watch the jumpers - especially when food options are quite limited and if you leave your viewing spot you may not get it back to watch your person jump. They also didn’t tell my husband about the 2 hour wait on the bridge so he was freezing up there and standing in the sun for ages, not ideal. Otherwise a must do for anyone looking to bungee - even though we waited 2 hours we would do it again but would just book first of the day to prevent huge waits on the bridge.
