Fantastic tour. Professionally run from check in, to being fitted for wet suits, masks & snorkels, briefing room video and then onto coach for transfer to boat. All staff friendly and helpful. What an experience. Saw a pod of 7 Orcas playing and went close for onto opportunity. Then entered water for swimming with dolphins Most amazing experience right up close to possibly 200 dolphins swimming with you

This was a pleasant tour experience with amazing views and landscapes! Our driver/ guide was Mark who was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. There were various stops for us to enjoy the view, have a walk and take pictures. We were looking forward to the train ride but that was a little underwhelming. Perhaps it was because we already had the opportunity to stop and get up close to the views during our drive in the first part of the tour. Overall, would recommend this tour.

This was a brilliant day out. Good having the train journey at end of day. It was a very relaxing and beautiful way to finish a great day. Castlehill was well worth seeing. The boulders are huge. The small group was good as we weren't waiting around for everyone to return to move on to our next stop. Several stops for photo opportunities. Walk to the devil's punch bowl was worth the climb- waterfall was amazing. Overall this was a well organised day out in beautiful scenery - a great way to end our holiday to New Zealand.

The scenery is amazing and the guide was very informative and friendly. I wish I could have seen the Lupine in bloom and a little more snow on the mountains but the weather was great. It’s was a lot of driving and a little rushed when we got there but overall a very nice experience.

Will was a great guide and driver. Coffee stop at Fairlie bakery. Excellent day out. Great lunch provided. Good walk options.

Very informative and friendly guide. I had injured my knee and couldn’t go on trail walks Jakob took me to Visitor Information Centre and Cafe and stayed with me for a while and collected me from cafe. Jakob was the essence of cheeky and made our trip very enjoyable and is not a bad photographer either. Very helpful. Also food supplied was delicious from Fairlie Bakehouse. Cheeky tours also provided a snack pack of water, chips and chocolate. The scenery was breathtaking. Thank you.

Great views and Hikes. Sound system on Van did not work as well as it should have. It was almost impossible to heat at the back because of road noise.

Nice small group tour...our guide Mark provided informative commentary along the way about plants, trees, animals, New Zealand/Maori history, etc...enjoyed meeting and talking with other members of the group from different parts of the world...enjoyed a hike amongst large boulders with lunch provided by the tour...great scenery along the way culminating with awesome views of Arthur's Pass...then another hike to a cool waterfall...finished with a relaxing scenic train ride back with both mountain and farm views...would recommend this trip to others

We had Will as our tour driver. He was excellent, he made jokes on the way but also was cheery and knowledgeable in providing us information on background information and stories. We were lucky to have on the tour on an beutiful day and the tour was worth the cost. The tour took us to the main attractions and was well planned, pickup on time, sleep in the van, coffee stop over and pie at bakehouse, few stop overs, lunch and snacks were sufficient. Thank you!

If you don’t want your holiday to be ruined, do not book from Cheeky Kea Tours. They are extremely unprofessional in providing info on tour start time, pick-up time & location. And there is no contact number early in the morning should you encounter any problem. You are purely at the mercy of someone reaching out to you. They told us your start time is at 7:00am and at Distinction Hotel, one only needs to arrive 5 mins in advance. On the day of the tour, someone called at 6:20 am saying that the usual pick up time of Distinction Hotel at at 6:23. Thereafter, I received an email communication that the driver did not find me at Novotel hotel at pick up time; thus, it’s considered a no show. But they followed up with a separate email correcting that pick up location is supposed to be Distinction Hotel. Both are 5 mins walk away from each other. This caused me to miss my holiday destination that I planned a year in advance and took a 10 hours plane for. The worse is, they claim it’s my fault for not reading the fine prints on standard pick up time at Distinction hotel and refused a refund.

The tour exceeded my expectations, the New Zealand landscapes are fantastic! The company provides a great service from start to finish, punctual for the start, a very flexible schedule, the car is comfortable and has Wi-Fi. The guide Joseph was great in providing relevant information at all the stops.

Jacob did wonderful job explaining the high points of trip. The food was outstanding. The sandwich was delicious but the bake goods toped everything! Drive was long but the van was new and comfortable.

Joseph was an excellent tour guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about New Zealand and about the whole Mt Cook area. He is very professional and allowed us to see and do everything we would expect on this tour. We were blown away by Mt Cook and the glaciers! The day was sunny and clear and we got to see all the lakes and mountains. First rate experience!

Great service that provides an efficient way to commute great distances from one area to another. Drivers were excellent but van space was very cramped. WiFi provided and most appreciated.
