Well organised , friendly guide , great information, catered for various abilities . Snacks provided and water, plenty of time given to explore

The scenery was beautiful and breadth taking. The tour was well laid outwith the right number of stops and sights to see. The guide was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. Well done. Recommended.

This was a long day but we were well taken care of by Anuj, our guide and driver. He was terrific. The mountains and lakes on this tour are magnificent. The walk to the glacier was beautiful. There were quite a few stairs, but we had plenty of time to complete it, taking it slow. Overall, a great way to experience the stunning countryside of New Zealand in a day trip.

Even though Mt Scott was obscured by clouds, the trip was fantastic because of the Lakes and glaciers. The blue water was spectacular.

We had an amazing time on this tour. They gave us lots of snacks and everything was organised to schedule. It rained for us during the tour but our tour guide was an absolute star! He was so attentive and very friendly. We recommend this tour a 100%!!

An amazing day out! Beautiful scenery and a great experience exploring the mountains. Our guide (Anuj) was considerate, kind and shared so much knowledge and information about the area. It was money and time very well spent!

One of the best guided tour!! They have been sending timely communication about the trip that really helped avoiding any confusion. Anuj is the best guide I have had so far in any of the guided tour. Learned so much about New Zealand. Must recommend him to anyone looking for a NZ tour which they offer.

We traveled from Greymoth to Christchurch on the dining car . It was a lovely relaxing way to travel . The audio guide was informative and delightful. The attendants were pleasant and responsive to any need. The food was overall very good. There was wine and hot drinks. We loved the experience

The driver was amazing and he described everything perfectly. The vehicle was neat and clean. He made sure that there was water bottles and snacks available throughout our trip. A very considerate person.

TRANSPORT WAS TOTALLY UNSUITABLE. THE ALLOCATED BUS WAS A CITY COMMUTER - NOT A 13 HOUR TOUR. HARD NARROW UNCOMFORTABLE seating with NO leg room. VERY NOISY. POOR SUSPENSION WITH A HARD RIDE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS A TOUR BUS. A small group tour that was spoilt by appalling transport. Driver/Guide provided hardly any information or commentary and relied on local radio. Worst of the four tours we took. BUT - the tour content was very good and we enjoyed clear skies with clear views of Mt Cook and the lakes.

Except for how long the day was a perfect trip. Our driver/guide was terrific: had little snacks and water, coins when needed for toilets, good commentary on places we visited, recommendations for things to see and do. The tour itself hit all the high points for mid South Island.

Good valued tour. I got picked up at the hotel then went on the Tranz Alpine train and experienced hours of bliss: magnificent scenery (mountain high, valley deep, green farm land with the cute sheep, lamb, cow ...). Then our tour guide Anuj picked us up again at Arthur Pass Train station and took us to a little restful town for lunch, the foods are beautiful too, encountered with the cheeky Kea. Many stops along the way with dramatic landscape and Anuj commentary to help us appreciate the places even more. Anuj is a master of organisation, he had everything arranged for us to enjoy things along the way just like we would have done in a private car trip. He looks after every individual on tour. Highly recommended. One personal note, the open carriage on the Tranz Alpine train is not worth it in my opinion, it is too windy and fast moving for decent photography, I witnessed and encountered some examples of worst humanity that I can't unsee. This do spoil my perfect train trip, a little.
