Thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Ride out onto the lake was fun with the 180 spins. Then a fantastic ride through the chanels seeing so much bird life. Pools were lovely experience- just about the right length of time. Able to try out the varying levels of temperatures and have a beer! Obviously can get cold and windy on the boat so wrap up. You get given a big waterproof and life jacket. Changing area at pool side bit basic but fine. Will was a great captain! One of the best trips so far for us

Spent a sunny day and night in Rotorua as a break in a journey. Loved the lakefront development, Kuirau Park and walking around the central city.

Absolutely loved it! Was a great thrill ride for all ages - didn’t get knocked about as I was expecting to and was wonderfully refreshing on such a hot day. Also received a bit of local history at various spots which was another nice touch. We all wanted to go back on as soon as it finished. Would highly recommend, thanks team!

We all really enjoyed the entire trip our guide was great really funny and interactive and the spins were pretty awesome, would definitely recommend going! Our toddler wasn't too sure about the speeding and spins but enjoyed looking out at the sights and we all felt very safe on board.

Wow, what an experience. There was only 4 of us and the weather looked iffy, but the guys still took us out. And so glad they did! The jetboat speed and spins was the highlight for our 4yo and 6yo. The hot pools were lovely. Lots of different temp pools and an amazing view over Lake Rotoiti. Even a cold plunge into the lake via a water slide if you're brave. Highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed our 30 minute jet boat ride. Great driver with a good sense of humour. The age range in our group was 11-78 years so a great activity for all ages.

The team were so friendly and accommodating. I'm afraid of heights but this was the best thing I've ever done. 100% recommend to anyone

We had a really great time parasailing here - spectacular views. We enjoyed it so much we booked straight on to the jet boating which gave us a good insight into some of the local history whilst having a lot of fun!

Professionalism, fun and a must do experience while in Rotorua. It is a fantastic jet boat ride which won't disappoint as the captain shares local cultural knowledge, sightseeing and landmarks while on your boat ride.

We had booked online for our jetboat experience, however due to not enough people wanting to do this trip it was cancelled. The staff were very helpful about either rebooking our experience or refunding our payment. We will try again to get this trip done :)

Super friendly and supportive staff, we were nervous in the beginning but the staff on board helped to ease them. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rotorua!

Another beautiful day in Rotorua a great day to be on the lake. Staff were fantastic and very helpful putting on life jackets. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area. The only down side was on the very first spin I hurt my ribs by everyone leaning against me and suffered for about a month after. However, It was certainly worth the money my daughter and grand kids loved it.
