We had a great experience with Han on this private tour. He picked us up punctually at our hotel. It was an early pick up so we could not even get breakfast at the hotel. But Han came prepared with snacks to subsist on until lunch. The sights were beautiful and we got a good overview of what the region has to offer. The Thermal Wonderland was my personal favorite part of the tour. What we really appreciated was that we needed heavier jackets for the later travel to South Island. Han was able to fit in a pit stop so we can pick up jackets which became indispensable later on our trip. Han was on top of our needs throughout the tour. Thank you!

Han was a great tour guide. He accommodated us by taking us to Haku Falls. We had a great lunch at Taupo. We were able to see quite a large area of New Zealand. Han was also a great photographer. We have some fantastic photos of our trip because of him. If you’re interested in seeing a large area of New Zealand, I would recommend this tour.

Han was an amazing guide! We were picked up at the hotel and he brought us snacks and drinks for the morning. His driving was also very nice, and let us rest during the way. He was very accommodating, patient and flexible with the itinerary, as well as very helpful and walked through with us throughout the trip. He gave us a lot of other recommendations on activities and places in Auckland, and we feel that he definitely knows a lot of things going on in the city. He also gave us a cute souvenir and some chocolate as we were finishing our tour! So glad we took this tour, we feel we’ve made a new friend and I would most definitely recommend Han anytime. We had a terrific afternoon with Han visiting the best sight-seeing spots in Auckland. Such a beautiful city! Han was friendly, knowledgeable and sincerely interested in making sure we were getting everything we had in mind. His style was low-key, and the conversation was easy. Han gave us insight into how people live in New Zealand, the economics and industries. One final thing: Han is a great photographer and was anxious to take our pictures and then sent us a number of memorable shots that we can share. How creative!
