Your culinary journey begins at your Melbourne hotel, where you’ll board an air-conditioned bus destined for the Yarra Valley wine region—one of the most famous in Australia.
The first stop of the day is Coldstream Hills Winery, established by wine mogul James Halliday. Following a tasting session, you’ll continue to Medhurst Vineyard to sample elegant table wines and enjoy sparkling French-style offerings at Domaine Chandon.
Then it’s on to Yering Station Winery for an à la carte lunch in their wine-bar restaurant, which serves gourmet cuisine and overlooks rolling vineyards doused in sunshine. After lunch, take a tour of the Yering Station and Italian De Bortoli wineries before returning to Melbourne.
