          Fantastic experience!
This was such an amazing day. Our guide Esther was fabulous-cheerful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, capable and kind. The day was wonderful, with the chance to see and experience a variety of landscapes and scenery. It didn't feel like one of those overly curated touristy days where you're being shunted from spot to spot. Can't praise it highly enough. Loved it. The best day of my time in Australia for sure, and a very special experience.

Daintree tour - best tour guide!
Damien our tour guide made a memorable experience even more enjoyable with his knowledge and kindness. We learnt a lot of amazing facts about the areas we visited (Mossman Gorge, Daintree, Cape Tribulation), and the kids loved chatting with him and asking questions. A rarity to see someone so well suited to his job. Definitely request Damien if you are thinking of booking this tour - we had a great day!

          Great Time in Daintree
What an absolutely phenomenal tour experience! Damian is a top notch tour guide and made our trip one for the books! He took time to point out interesting facts, species, and sites at each location we stopped at, amd his enthusiasm while he did it was outstanding! This ends up being about 12 hours from start to finish, and not for a moment did he come across as any less than stoked! And his chief goal was to make sure we all had an impeccable time. We would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to experience all Daintree has to offer, from the rainforest walk to the croc tour, lunch to ice cream, we loved it.

          A great experience!
This tour really does provide an experience of the tropical forest. Tribulation Bay was stunning. Apparently it was our guide, Orion’s first day guiding the tour and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable about the area/activities speaking from personal experience. It was a long but enjoyable day. 🇨🇦

          Once in a lifetime trip
Such an amazing experience! Beautiful sights and the perfect amount of things to see an do in one day. Mossman Gorge was as beautiful as the photos show, but there were loads of horse flies! The rainforest did not disappoint! Simply breathtaking. Damian (our guide for the day) was super friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He really helped make the trip that little bit more special. Aaron was in training, but he was also really friendly and knowledgeable and will make a great guide. Thank you both for making this once in a lifetime trip such a memorable one!

          Fantastic
If you want to see the Daintree rainforest go on this tour! Our guide Stu was fantastic, so much fun, really friendly, knowledgeable and had some great stories. As a solo traveller I was made to feel at ease. I split the tour into a 2 day package and stayed a night up in Cape Trib which was a great way to really get a feel for the rainforest and to see more of the wildlife. Stu was there to pick me back up the following day to continue the tour. Unfortunately the weather stopped us from completing the after lunch portion of the trip due to flash flooding, it looked like we’d be staying the night at Cape Trib however Stu was extremely proactive and he managed to get us out safely after a couple of hours. This was an experience in itself and just shows how the weather can change instantly. Although I didn’t get to take part in the afternoon activities if they were anything like the morning it would be 5stars! Swimming in the gorge amazing, croc tour very interesting and we managed to see Cassowary’s!! The rainforest is beautiful, definitely a must see on anyone’s trip to Cairns.

Tropic day tour from Port Douglas
The trip was cool, comfortable and surprisingly informative and entertaining. Jordan was a great, relaxed guide and Chris on the river boat taught me to have a whole new appreciation and understanding of the crocodile and the rapidly changing habitat.

What a fantastic day out. Carlos was brilliant. Great story teller and very informative. Clearly loves his job. We visited lots of places. The rainforest was beautiful. The order of the day had to be changed but Carlos made sure we saw everything. Highly recommend.

Due to the recent rains, the tour was rejigged, no bad thing. Roger our guide, was very informative and knowledgeable of the areas covered. He made it a fun trip. Managed to see a crocodile and cassowary. Lunch was adequate. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide Esther had an impressive knowledge of flora, fauna and history. Friendly, efficient and a good storyteller! There had been a cyclone which prevented us from visiting Cape Tribulation but as an addition we visited a stunning beach which was on the edge of the forest. The river boat to see the crocodiles did not disappoint and the staff were amusing and informative in equal measure.
Lunch was included at a local village, drinks and a stop later for handmade local ice cream were an additional cost. Overall a great trip and good value for money.

Our tour guide Damian is highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate in his work. He had said he feels fortunate to be paid what he enjoys doing. He gives very interesting, humorous and engaging commentaries, well-heeded recommendations and good time management throughout the trip. We and another family greatly appreciate his service and would highly recommend him to other travellers.

What an amazing trip north of Cairns to explore the magnificent Daintree rainforest, allegedly David Attenboroghs' favourite place on earth, as well as Port Douglass and Mossman Gorge. A group of 25 travellers set off in the bus with our guide, Brendan. He provided a fun and informative commentary throughout the trip, both on board and at the various stops. A good but basic pub lunch was provided, as well as the opportunity to taste local ice cream with tropical flavours. Highlights were the crocodile spotting cruse (we saw 3), rainforest board walk, the Mossman Gorge indigenous centre including 'welcome to country' and a refreshing swim in the Mossman river. We left Cairns a 7.30am and didn't return until 7.30pm, so be prepared for a long day. Of the 12-hours, about 8-hrs were in the bus in stints of 40 to 90 mins and remaining 4-hours were at the various attractions on the very good itinerary. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative day visiting one of the oldest and most diverse ecosystems on the planet. Highly recommended.

What a glowing review Andy! 😊🌟 Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience exploring the Daintree Rainforest, Port Douglas, and Mossman Gorge with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had such an amazing trip and enjoyed the opportunity to visit these magnificent natural wonders. Far North Queensland is such a special place. We really do have the best crew and so glad to hear Brandan made your day. It's great to hear that you were able to spot Crocodiles during the Cruise, explore the Rainforest on a boardwalk, and experience the Indigenous culture at Mossman Gorge. What a day! Thank you for recommending us, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Company was quite disorganised on our day...picked up 40 mins late, driver had to spend time processing payments making us more late. We did not get to see and do everything on the itinerary and the things we did do were rushed. No time to swim at Mossman Gorge either. And, boat booked for crocodile tour could only seat 50 passengers and we were 54, 4 customers missed out on tour. Not confident I would book again with this company. Our guide tho was great. The guide of the other bus told his passengers there would be a fine of $365 if they seam at Mossman Gorge? I'm not sure under what law he could or anyone else could expiate such a fine. Should not lie to customers.

I find this a little unfair given you demanded we refund the full 780AUD for this tour with threats of a bad review and public shaming if we did not. Yes we made a mistake, yes unfortunately you missed out on the crocodile cruise, yes we have taken steps to ensure this can never happen again and yes we refunded the entire tour price. Will a full refund , a sincere apology and aknowledgment from you that the rest of the tour was great I find this a bit to harsh.

John the driver was very informative and entertaining, the day trip is long approx 11-12 hrs return, even though it was raining we saw all the sites mentioned in our package , including welcoming smoke ceremony , Mossman gorge and national park walks , Daintree , Myall beach and surrounds incl Cape Tribulation and river cruise (and saw crocs). Lunch was included which was light , there was option to buy your own food and drinks at the cafe where we had lunch. Plenty of rest stops and a new comfortable bus (max of 24 people). I would recommend this tourist package.

Don’t go to the independent booking / touristy offices , Go see Izumi at Novotel Cairns booking desk , she was so friendly and helpful planning all our trips. She took her time , explained all the advantages and disadvantages of each package and found the ones to suit our budget.

It’s a really wonderful area to visit. Our driver/ guide was good. The only issue was that it rained most of the time we were out of the bus. The rain isn’t the businesses fault at all, however a store of large umbrellas on the bus would be an easy fix and would have made our day much better. A few hundred dollar umbrella investment by the company on umbrellas that could have been reused multiple times would have solved the issue. As it turned out some of the group came home partly wet and cold including me. Some stayed in the bus at the sites because they didn’t want to risk getting any wetter than they already were. We had to use a beach towel over our heads to view one of the sites. The boat trip as part of it was very wet and the group was huddled on half the boat with wind blowing rain sideways under the roof. Apart from the rain and lack of protection from it, the area is stunning and well worth a visit. It’s worth checking the rain forecast and booking accordingly.

What an amazing tour! My partner and I went on this tour and loved all of it. We got picked up from the hotel, which was very convenient. Along the tour, our tour guide Steph, told us some really interesting things about the region (Cane trains!) as we drove to our locations. My partner and I really enjoyed the smoking ceremony and information at Mossman Gorge. You do have to move on pretty quick from Mossman, so my recommendation would be to wear your swimmers underneath if you want to take a swim in the gorge. The river tour was awesome and we ended up seeing so many crocs! We ran into a few challenges on our tour (that were outside of the control of our tour guide), including a broken ferry crossing at the river, as well as an A/C that broke on our bus near the end of the tour. Through these challenges, our tour guide stayed light-hearted and told us jokes and tried her best to make sure we were comfortable/cared for. Major kudos to the company, who had another staff member drive a new bus out to our location so that we could ride home in air conditioned comfort. That definitely shows that they do care about their tour participants. Overall, absolutely LOVED this tour and despite challenges we faced with the ferry crossing and broken A/C, our tour guide/the company did everything in their power to ensure we were looked after. Would recommend to anyone who wants a whole-day experience that includes great sights, interesting information, and a heaps of fun :)

Our guide John was pretty awful he even said he was sick of this job and pushed and shoved us all day and told us to hurry up and didn’t enjoy any of his time with the paying customers
Don’t get me started on the driving !!!
It was just rush rush all day
I found his commentary boaring and when he said look on your left you could t see anything because he was driving too fast
I thought we had a tour guide of the Mossman gorge and Daintree forest ?? Well after talking about a tree for 5 minutes he left us all at the first platform and said be back at the bus in 30 min !!
The choice of lunch was rubbish
Cheese burger and chips or 3 other burgers with chips or deep fried cauliflower with salad
Paying over $200 per person I expected more than a deep fried chicken burger and chips
we didn’t realise we had to tick off to say we wanted a capiccino at Mossman gorge he went mad because we would make him 5 min late and even said take my coffee we don’t have time to wait !!

The things we saw were amazing but the company we chose was not worth over $200 each that we paid

This was a trip that was recommended for me to do whilst visiting cairns. From the get go our tour guide Esther was warm and welcoming and as a solo traveler put you at ease, I was amazed on this trip how much we covered it was jam packed which was great if your time here is short. The knowledge of Esther and the other tour guides were exceptional and explained things through throughly nothing was too much trouble for them we even took a detour to an ice cream place which I can vouch by saying this was the freshest Ice cream I’ve tasted! Well worth a trip with these guys and I will be back to do it again for sure.

A good tour. A little rushed but ok. Unfortunately, due to being last on the pick up for the morning, hubby and I couldn’t sit together. People spend alot of money on these tours, I would like to recommend we should be allocated seats. There were about 3 or 4 solo travellers whom were sitting next to each other that weren’t even speaking. We got the single seats that were left. One seat at the front the other right at the back. Lucky for us someone did change seats for us, so we could sit together on our way back to Cairns in the late afternoon.
