It’s impossible to appreciate the magnitude of Ayers Rock (Uluru) from the ground. Get the very best views of Ayers Rock and The Olgas (Kata Tjuta) during a helicopter flight that reveals the desert landscape in its entirety. Choose between three flight options to suit your budget. Commentary designed to enhance your understanding of the landmarks is an important feature of the tour as is convenient hotel pickup and drop-off.
What to Expect

Your tour begins with pickup from your Ayers Rock hotel, where you’ll board an air-conditioned minivan destined for the helicopter launching point. On arrival, you’ll receive a short safety briefing from your pilot, put on a headset to listen to commentary, and climb aboard the helicopter.

Depending on the option chosen at checkout, you’ll experience a 15-, 30-, or 36-minute flight over the waterhole at Mutitjulu, Ayers Rock Resort, the surrounding desert, and the stunning scenery of the Red Centre.

If you’ve opted for a longer flight, you’ll also get aerial views of The Olgas (Kata Tjuta)—36 dome-shaped rocks—and learn about the spiritual significance of the formation. Your experience concludes with hotel drop-off.

A great view

Had a lovely trip over Uluru and the Olgas . The view from the helicopter was spectacular. Only critism is that the pilot seemed a bit bored. He could have made it a trip,to remember, still worth doing.

The only way to get a sense of scale of this vast timeless land

Very professional and informative personal service. We only did the fifteen minutes rock blast which was fantastic, especially for our six year old who was co-pilot. Thoroughly recommended way to see the “rock”.
