Blue Mountains Day Trip from Sydney Including Scenic World
From US$109.82
Cover more Blue Mountain attractions in less time on this day trip from Sydney. An early morning visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park lets you safely view Australian wildlife before the crowds rush in, and a trip to Scenic World Blue Mountains includes three sightseeing rides over the UNESCO-listed rain forest. Plus, your guide knows the best viewpoints for the Three Sisters and other panoramic mountain vistas.
What to Expect
Begin your day with pickup from your central Sydney hotel or other centrally located pickup point. Meet your guide and group, and board a bus to Featherdale Wildlife Park. An early morning visit lets you beat the crowds and spend more time viewing koalas, kangaroos, and other Australian wildlife.

Then, head to Echo Point Katoomba for an unbeatable view of the Three Sisters rock formation, one of the most well-known attractions in the Blue Mountains. Stop just long enough to learn the history of the area and snap a picture before continuing to the sightseeing rides at Scenic World Blue Mountains. Take three rides around the UNESCO-listed rain forest, including the glass-bottomed cableway that goes right past Katoomba Falls.

Complete your tour with a ferry ride back to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay, swapping rush hour traffic for a scenic cruise past some of Sydney’s most valuable real estate.

A great day out

Our driver/guide Rae was great. She was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and entertaining. Featherdale was good but the hour stop for lunch was unnecessary and we could have spent more time at Scenic World and eaten something there. The blue mountains were awesome. The boat ride...More

Great Value, Excellent Commentary by Driver

Our driver Mark ( ex Leura local) was excellent with his commentary. We had plenty of time at each stop to take in the surroundings. The ferry ride back from Homebush was an added bonus.
