DO NOT book this trip!!!!
I’m not even sure where to start this is so bad. To start it says the tour is 4 hours. Take heed this is not a half day trip. On our last day I was specifically looking for a tour that we could do in the morning and enjoy our afternoon and this proved to be very wrong. We are on this tour currently and after being told departure was at 930am we waited until after 10 to board. Fast forward 4 hours. We weren’t dropped for lunch until 2 pm at a deserted island. Lunch took 20 minutes and was HORRIBLE. Fast forward another hour. Lunch ended 40 mins ago, there is literally nothing to do, it is 3pm, and we’re told we HAVE to wait till 4pm to leave. Seriously?? Everyone is ready to be done but we’re trapped on this island with no way off. Unreal. There goes our last day in Cancun. Wasted. Now let me get to the detail of the missing hours in between boarding, 5 hours, and being trapped. After a long check in process and waiting to board a boat that says has unlimited free drinks they continue to try to sell you drinks in the waiting area. As well as push sales of merchandise. Finally we board. This process is fine. It’s probably the best part of the trip because at this point you still think you have some fun awaiting you. They immediately start serving “drinks”. Just sugary water that they say have alcohol in them. They don’t. Oh and no beer until after snorkeling. No reason given. You slowly work your way across to isla mujeres to snorkel. Oh wait. They forget to mention that conditions have to be PERFECT to snorkel. A slight breeze today and it was unsafe so what we thought would be the highlight was scrapped. I should have seen it coming when they started serving beer half way there. They did however still let people get off the boat and swim for a couple minutes. Yay!! I can do that at my hotel for free. And why can we swim but not snorkel?? Now the kids are crushed because that is what they wanted to do. However, no big deal. Next stop Isla Mujeres. They dock, and take you off the boat directly into a store that you can get 50% off for shopping there. Really? Another kickback for bringing in tourists? We got out of there quickly and tried to enjoy some of the town with the whopping 45 mins we had left. Stopped at a street vendor and had a great torta. Good thing we stopped because as I mentioned lunch was very late and very awful. Other than that the island was just eh. Lots of high pressure sales for junk you’ll throw away when you get home. We did try to make one purchase but the dock timeline was so strict we had to run to not be left behind. I now wish they would have left us since we are trapped on an island still waiting to go home. Next up, lunch. Yay!!! Uh, no. So bad. Other tours I’ve taken they cook for you on the boat and you have a great time getting to know others on the boat. Not this time. They drove us another 25 minutes and dropped us a beach cafeteria. We got to stand in line with people from other boats to scoop slop onto our plates. Yummy. I think this area maybe used to be cool but it’s just a broken down water park that is closed currently. It’s like those creepy closed carnivals in horror movies. Yikes. Well, we’re still waiting to leave and I’ve run out of nice things to say. Just beware. It appears that this company just changes their name on TripAdvisor once they get too many bad reviews so that they still get business. Trust me. I’m watching and will repost as necessary

Really ingenious!
What a fun place for kids. The Pueblo totally messed with your senses! Really well done! We arrived to Xcaret hotel before check in time. So we left our bags in the lobby and jumped on the bus to Xenses. We were there before 2:00 pm and spent a couple of hours. By then our room at Xcaret was ready. We had the All Fun pass so it was included in the package.

SCAM Alert! Drive left us behind. Corrupt company tried to keep my money.
Their driver will leave you behind - ours left us as we waited for pick-up. The tour operator apologized and said that he would approve a refund through Viator. Two days later, he attempted to keep ALL of my money after also ruining our only planned excursion for a wedding anniversary celebration. This company is a corrupt organization. Avoid these guys and go with a more trusted tour operator. They will take your money and leave you with nothing.

Brilliant Day Out!
XelHa pronounced as Shell Ha is a water based eco park so if you or the kids cant or dont want to swim DONT come on this trip - if you like swimming, zip wires, water slides, cliff jumping - great food and great drink (all inclusive once in) then this is the place for you and the family - only 15 minutes from Bahia resort is a bonus if you are staying there. You dont have to buy any of the picture packages but one tip I will give you is you MUST have a waterproof case for your phone to "really" enjoy what the park has to offer re photo opportunities.

Highly Recommended
I’m so glad I chose this excursions for me and my friends. I highly recommend this activity for anyone. Buffet lunch was good. The open bar was better. We snorkeled off Playa Tortugas for about 45 minutes. I do know how to swim well but the guide took great care to ensure I had an excellent experience. The first stop at Isla Mujeres was for lunch which was great for this type of tour and you can choose to little activities (water slides, games, etc. And the next stop at Centro Isla Mujeres which was a little crazy but we walked around and explored was timed perfectly. The pulled out from the dock and there was time open swimming and Spinnaker. The crew of the Toucan were super nice, very attentive, professional and provided top notch service while make the trip fun and safe. I would do this activity again next time I’m in Cancun.

A great experience and great service
We did this tour to Islas Mujeres with snorkeling, swim and stopped in Islas Mujeres to walk around. The service was great it included drinks and lunch which was probably the best lunch we had an all the tour we did. The personnel were super helpful and took great care of all the passengers. I strongly recommend you doing this special the swimming because the water in Islas Mujeres is a lot better then in Cancun is clean and a beautiful color as well as very calm.

Great trip, highly recommend
Boat #7 , Terry the guide went above and beyond to make our day trip awesome. Highly recommend!! Lunch was perfect, drinks were cold. We did the latest trip so we could sail back with the sunset, spectacular! Crew was extremely attentive to everyone on board, excellent service. The island adventure was a bit chaotic when you first get off the catamaran, once you get out of the downtown things got fun on our golf cart(we paid $10 per person for rental) . We found a cute little bar at a dead end road-La Palapa del Capitan, great fun for a quick stop. Never made it to any other sites as we had a 2 hour window but good time was had by all.

What a day!
I went with my daughter & son in law yesterday. We went down the lazy !! river which was quite good to start off with, but half way down there was a terrible current my daughter & son in law managed to paddle their dingy to one of the jettys to get off,but I was stuck on my inflatable paddling against the strong current, fortunately my daughter swam out to help me ashore. Not a lifeguard insight,I suggest that the life jackets have whistles attached & more life guards around. Also it's not all inclusive you have to pay extra for any other activities you do. Wont go again.

Awesome excursion
If you love water go!! This park is worth the trip. We booked the swim with dolphins and it was fantastic. Lots of walking though. It can take 20+ min to walk from activity to activity. Don’t bother to snorkel the lazy river. It is murky and really not a lot to see. Snorkeling is best done where the flags are in the water. The flags mark the best places to see fish and they are great spots. Water slide is super fun. We have been on better at Disney but it’s worth the ride. They include lockers. Bring dry clothes to ride home in. Depending where you stay it can be a really long bus ride in wet suits after a long day. You need to wear biodegradable sunscreen to help preserve the natural habitat. I wear it anyway so it wasn’t a problem for us. We bought natural bug spray but didn’t even need it. Water shoes are a big help but not absolutely necessary. Go! You won’t regret it. The reviews that say they ran out of stuff to do must not have read the map. We stayed all day and still couldn’t fit it all in.

Great value
We were a little nervous due to the lack of reviews, but we decided to book anyway. Shortly after booking, we were contacted for a pickup time. The driver was very punctual and the vehicle was new and very clean. After picking up a few other visitors, we were taken to the park. All of the equipment was well-maintained, and the activities were very enjoyable. There are several packages available, and based on the signs at the park, we saved over 30% by booking on TripAdvisor. Because there are several packages, it is important to ask for the next activity because no one else in the group had paid for the full package, and we would have missed the horseback riding had we not asked. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend!

Excellent Excursion
We were picked up on time and thoroughly enjoyed this all day adventure, we zip lined, repelled, kayaked, cliff jumped, swam in three xenotes, it was very beautiful and they have a photographer that follows you around and takes pictures, the packages are totally worth it and reasonable. I would highly recommend this to everybody. Angel was our tour guide and was phenomenal.

Excellent day out
I visited Xelha (pronounced shellha) with my children grandchildren and a group of twenty plus year olds. The ride through the mangroves should have been a calm and peaceful ride, however, my 6yr old granddaughter was soooo scared. Once through into the wider river she was fine. I have no idea why or what she was frightened of. The river flows very slowly and takes about 11/2 hrs to get through. Many challenges on the way around with zip wires and rope walks. The food was very good which is inclusive in the price. Saw manatees and dolphins They looked healthy but in small environments The snorkelling wasn’t as good as I thought it was going to be. There is a 20 dollar fine for any equipment you loose and there are many many mask and fins in the river!!!! The cenote was in poor condition and rather disappointing. If you want to see a good cenote go elsewhere. I’m sure that at one point it was a geographical wonderland but less so to accommodate the thousands of visitors that visit there now.
